Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang mempengaruhi para kiai di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga untuk terjun kedunia politik karena mereka memiliki konep dakwah dalam kehidupan, karena Nabi Muhammad SAW menjadi panutan bagi seluruh ummat manusia dibumi ini, bukan hanya untuk merubah akhlak manusia dan untuk mengajak manusia masuk Islam, Nabi Muhammad SAW pun mengajarkan bagaimana berpolitik yang benar, bagaimana cara membuat kebijakan yang benar-benar untuk kemaslahatan ummat. But there are ideological differences between Hamas and Fatah, Fatah with secular nationalist ideology while Hamas with Islamic ideology. The difference in ideology is considered to be the cause of the lack of cooperation between the two to free Palestine from Israeli occupation. This paper seeks to answer the question of why Hamas and Fatah did not unite to free Palestine from Israeli occupation when both have the same goal, whether differences in ideology are the main obstacle for Hamas and Fatah not to unite to liberate Palestine. In this paper the authors use the theory of conflict resolution and descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that ideology is indeed one of the reasons Hamas and Fatah are not cooperating, because these two ideologies are in conflict with each other, but the historical conflict factor between Hamas's predecessors, the Muslim Brotherhood and Fatah has affected the inability of Hamas and Fatah to cooperate in efforts to liberate Palestine because differences of opinion in addressing resistance to Israel, then coupled with the disappointment of Hamas against Fatah which was hit by the issue of corruption and abuse of power, and Hamas considers Fatah to recognize the existence of Israel after signing the Oslo Declaration. The focus of this research also wants to see and explain where the function of women is like and about the role of women laborers who perform two roles at once, namely in the domestic and public sectors as well as power relations between men and women in industrial societies in the sweet love sugar factory. \u0000The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This research source is primary data taken directly from the field through interviews with informants from women felling laborers. Secondary data obtained from documentation, books or journals. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. \u0000               The results obtained in this study are the first, Ketiau Village before the entry of the Cinta Manis sugar factory, the community's work in this village is a farmer and trader, but more dominant farmers. After the entry of the sugar factory in this village also experienced changes in terms of livelihoods, many people who worked as employees or as factory workers, who worked in the factory and even then not only from the Ketiau area but from outside the area also many who worked at the company. Second, there are many women in this factory who work as sugar cane cutting laborers. What makes women come to work is by economic factors, because if you rely on your husband alone can not meet their needs. The role of the fostering also changed, which usually played the role of a housewife but now works, women workers in the factory must perform two roles at the same time. Third, women only live and obey what has been determined by culture. Culture that distinguishes the roles of men and women. Clearly this culture has assumed a man's position higher than a woman's. The culture referred to here is patriarchal culture, patriarchal culture is defined as a dominant culture that is male, or the ruling is male, as in terms of earning a living a man not a woman. This movement is in order to maintain their administrative status from the demands of recognition of the Banyuasin District Government based on Law Number 23 of 1988 concerning Changes to the Regional Levels of the Palembang Second Level Region, Musi Banyuasin District Level II District and Ogan Komering Ilir Level II District. The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics and patterns used by the community movement so that the demands and resistance of the Tegal Binangun community were realized by the Government of the Province of South Sumatra and Banyuasin District.               The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach with stages, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the source of this research is primary data sources. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that, this movement carried out resistance against the Banyuasin District Government, ranging from peaceful actions to delivering letters to the DPRD of South Sumatra Province, the Governor of South Sumatra, the President, the DPR-RI, the Minister of Youth and Sports, the Minister of Home Affairs, and Mayor of Palembang.               The researcher uses the theory from Sidney Tarrow that is in line with this conflict that a group of people or ordinary citizens who join and form an alliance with figures or groups that have a large influence in a country, groups or the like move together to make a fight against the holders of power or the political elite if what is considered to be a policy is not in accordance with what is desired. Until now, when the Banyuasin District Government put pressure on the community, immediately the Tegal Binangun community took the fight. This conflict has not found a solution because it is still being resolved by the Government of South Sumatra Province. With this condition, how is the role of political parties in political education during the Covid-19 pandemic (Study on the Prosperous Justice Party at the DPC PKS, Kalidoni District, Palembang City. \u0000To analyze the research results, the writer uses role theory, political party theory and political education theory. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. By using the primary data sources, namely observations and interviews, while the secondary data is obtained from the results of documentation, books, journals, and other reports from the results of related research. \u0000The results of this study found that the forms of political education during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Prosperous Justice Party at the DPC PKS Kalidoni District, Palembang City were divided into three target audiences, namely for individual parties through the Political Recruitment and TOP (Party Orientation Training) program with regular carried out during the pandemic to facilitate party individuals with legal and political insight, then programs aimed at party administrators including the khalaqah program and political education through webinars, finally political education aimed at the community through the Mothers Motivator and Pioneer of Kindness Political Education program which is still being carried out at the sub-district level during the pandemic by implementing physical distancing and BPJE (Economic Network Empowerment Sector) which was conducted in a webinar and was specifically aimed at MSME actors. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana terbentuknya serta pemanfaatan Kelompok Tani dalam Politik dan juga Bagaimana Damsih S.H mengelolah Jaringan Akar Rumput Sehingga menjadi moda Kemangan?. kemudian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat strategi komunikasi yang di gunakan damsih guna mempertahankan suara di masyrakat dengan cara memanfaatkan Kelompok Tani sebagai Tim sukses pada saat Pileg 2019. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kialitatifmelalui analisis deskriptif, dokumentasi dari hasil Observasi dan wawancara dengan praktis, pengamat,dan penelitian di bidang yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini.Penelitian ini menemukan hasil dengan kesimpulan bahwa Proses terbentuk hubungan politik antara Damsih Dan Kelompok tani pada saat pileg 2019 melalui proses pendekatan dan pemahaman terhadap kondisi di sekitar Dapil (daerah pilih) serta pemahaman terhadap lokasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat kemudian bantuan yang memang di berikan kepada kelompok tani. The purpose of this study is to find out how the local political oligarchy occurred in the Ogan Ilir election. And what factors caused the local political oligarchy. This study uses Jeffrey A. Winter's theory, Oligarchy typology, political resources, and Vedi R. Hadiz's theory, Oligarchy operationalization patterns at the local level. This research method uses qualitative research with a political sociology approach. Then the data sources are parties who are able to read from the local level oligarchic movements from academics, socio-political observers, mass organizations engaged in socio-political and also data from related agencies such as election organizers, data collected through the observation process. , in-depth interviews and documentation, data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Orgsnisasi PITI tidak seperti organisasi  lainya yang menyatakan dukungan secara langsung dan terbuka dalam mendukung salah satu pasangan colon. Dapat dikatakan bahwa organisai PITI yang berada di kota Palembang namapaknya kurang teralu membuka terhadap kegiatan politik atau tergolong tertutup. Karena dari segi jumlah PITI tidak memiliki banyak anggota seperti organisasi masyarakat lainya. \u0000  \u0000Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini, yaitu: Pertama, Bagaimana partisipasi politik etnis Tionghoa dalam pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota Palembang tahun 2018. Kedua, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi etnis Tionghoa dalam pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota Palembang tahun 2018. \u0000  \u0000Metode dalam penelitian ini termasuk metode kualitatif deskriftif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung dengan narasumber sebagai sumber primer. Selain itu, sebagai sumber sekunder informasi diperoleh melalui buku, jural, dan tulisan-tulisan ilmiah terdahulu. Adapun wawancara dilakukan dengan wakil ketua umum, bendahara, dan anggota PITI kota Palembang. \u0000Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa paartisipasi politik oraganisasi PITI dalam pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota Palembang tahun 2018 bersikap netral terhadap pilihan politiknya. Namun, netral yang dimaksud ialah secara organisasi PITI tidak mengajak anggotanya memilih salah satu kandidat calon dari keempat pasangan calon, akan tetapi anggota bebas untuk menentukan pilihannya dan mempengaruhi teman-temannya asalkan tidak dalam kegiatan resmi organisasi PITI.
