Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replications for each treatment, used in this research. The treatments consisted of P0 fermentation for 0 days, P1 fermentation for 7 days, P2 fermentation for 9 days, and P3 fermentation for 11 days. The parameters measured were dry matter content, crude protein content, and crude fiber content. The results of the analysis of diversity showed that the length of fermentation of soybean juice with Aspergillus ficuum had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on dry matter content, crude protein content, and crude fiber content. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 perlakuan dengan komposisi tiap perlakuan R1 30% Klobot jagung, R2 30% daun jagung, R3 15% klobot dan daun jagung serta 3 metode penyimpangan yaitu 0, 2, dan 4 minggu. Alat dan bahan kadar air, kerapatan, dan daya serap air. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial (Gaspersz, 1991) yang terdiri dari 3 x 3 dengan tiga ulangan. Sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan wafer pakan komplit mengandung klobot dan daun jagung, waktu penyimpanan,dan interaksi antar kedua faktor berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap kadar air. Sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa wafer pakan komplit mengandung jerami klobotdan daun jagung, waktu penyimpanan, dan interaksi antar kedua faktor berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kerapatan. Sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan wafer pakan komplit mengandung klobot dan daun jagung, waktu penyimpanan, dan interaksi antar kedua faktor berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap tinggi-rendahnya persentase daya serap air. In this study, 400 grams of EM4 were used, 3680 grams of citronella pulp, and 320 grams of rice bran as a carbohydrate source. Completely randomized design 4 levels adding the rice bran with 4 replication used in this research. There were: A (5%), B (7%), C (9%), and D (11%). The variables observed in this study were dry matter content, ash content, and organic matter. The results of this study showed that the fermentation of citronella pulp with EM4 using rice bran as carbohydrates on dry matter content, ash content and organic matter gave no significant effect (P> 0.05). Factor A is a type of local bioactivator consisting of A1 = MOL, A2 = crude enzyme. Factor B is the dose of bioactivator, B1 = 10%, B2 = 20%, B3 = 30%. Utilization can be used as waste so as to increase the population of native chickens in the Nagari. Nagari Durian Gadang, where most of the people work as farmers so that a lot of agricultural waste that can be used as chicken feed. This study uses a survey method by collecting information from all native chicken in Nagari Durian Gadang who meet the criteria. The Data used are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the population native chicken in Nagari durian Gadang is still small (315 chick). Characteristics of native chicken farmers in Nagari durian Gadang average productive age (91.18%), the dominant sex is female (52.94%). The level of education in general is elementary/equivalent (50%) with experience raising for 1-5 years (88.24%) and semi-intensive maintenance system. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the characteristics of native chicken average productive age with a dominant female sex. The level of education of breeders is generally elementary/equivalent with experience raising for 1-5 years which is a sideline business. The seeds used are local seeds with a semi-intensive system, the feed has not met the nutritional standards and the handling or prevention of disease is almost non-existent. The hormones used in this study were PGF2α and GNRH. The Chi Square used as analysis data method with variables measured were cement deposition (4th, 2nd cervical ring), buffalo pregnancy (number of pregnant; not pregnant) and estrus (buffalo estrus; not estrus). The results showed that the percentage of post-synchronous estrous buffalo was 84.61% and post-synchronized buffalo cattle which was not estrous was 15.39%. Chi Sqaure analysis for estrus on pregnancy was X²count> X²table (9.4545> 3.841) and cement deposition on pregnancy was X²count> X²table (40.7524> 3.841). The results of this study indicated that estrus synchronization in buffalo in Kampar Regency was able to produce estrus up to 84.61%. The post-synchronous estrus also showed a significant relationship with the number of pregnancies. Puyuh yang digunakan berumur 5 minggu, diperoleh dari pembibitan puyuh di Nagari Cupak, Kabupaten Solok. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan yaitu rataan suhu lingkungan di waktu pagi (22,63 ± 1,040C), siang (32,14 ± 1,370C), sore (31,02 ± 1,280C) dan malam (25,46 ± 0,660C). Masing masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Peubah yang diukur adalah suhu rektal, konsumsi pakan dan konsumsi air minum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suhu lingkungan di waktu siang dan sore sangat nyata meningkatkan suhu rektal dan konsumsi air minum dibandingkan suhu rektal dan konsumsi air minum di waktu pagi dan malam, namun suhu lingkungan di waktu siang dan sore sangat nyata menurunkan konsumsi pakan dibandingkan konsumsi pakan di waktu pagi dan malam. Isi rumen + molasses+ air tahu secara an aerob, 2. Cairan rumen+ molasses+ air rendaman kedele secara aerob, 3. 1si rumen+ air beras+ molasses secara an aerob, 4. Isi rumen + gula+ air rendaman kedele. Ke empat campuran mikroorganisme local ini diinkubasi selama selama 7 hari. Hasil pengamatan identifikasi mikroba dibahas secara deskriptif . Limbah tepung roti yang merupakan sisa dari pabrik pembuatan roti dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pakan alternatif sumber energi pada ransum broiler untuk mengurangi pemakaian jagung. Limbah roti mengandung Gross Energy 4217 Kkal/kg, Protein Kasar (PK) 10,25 % dan Lemak (LK) 13,42 %. Limbah tepung roti ini mempunyai gross energi yang cukup tinggi sehingga dapat mengurangi pemakaian jagung dalam formulasi ransum broiler. Keamanan pemanfaatan limbah tepung roti sebagai ransum broiler dapat dilihat dari organ dalam broiler seperti berat hati, gizzard dan panjang usus. \u0000Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimen dengan membandingkan dua perlakuan yang terdiri dari 2 perlakuan yang terdiri dari 2 jenis ransum yaitu ransum J ( konsentrat + dedak padi + jagung) dan ransum R : konsentrat + dedak padi + tepung limbah roti. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji T. Parameter yang diamati adalah persentae bobot gizzard, persentase bobot hati dan panjang usus. \u0000 \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata (P>0,05) antara 2 jenis perlakuan terhadap organ dalam yang meliputi persentase bobot gizzard, persentase bobot hati dan panjang usus.
