Chronic restriction of nutrients and/or oxygen during late pregnancy causes abnormalities in the airways and lungs of off-spring, including fewer numbers of enlarged alveoli with thicker septal walls and basement membranes. The structural abnormalities and impaired lung function seen soon after birth persist or even progress with age. These changes are likely to cause lung symptomology through life and hasten lung aging.","PeriodicalId":214109,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy (ICPRE)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132142197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The start condition is that if unbalance of mechanical power and electrical power exceeds the limitation, the PLU protection will be actuated to close the valves but not stop the generators. But the accidents have happened and power grid simulation show that the grid faults may make the PLU protection false trip, that maybe turn the valves on and off frequently, seriously, it may even create power oscillation. In order to solve this problem, the generator rotating speed constraint is introduced into the PLU protection and the simulation model is established in this paper. The setting method of rotating speed constraint parameter is proposed. The simulation results verify that this method can effectively prevent the PLU false trip and improve the reliability of PLU protection.","PeriodicalId":214109,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy (ICPRE)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115718381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among all agricultural crops, rice is the main crop cultivated in Bangladesh and a high efficient processing is required for this. But excessive rise of fuel prices and limitation of power supply to the off grid areas is an obstacle for this sector. Ozone gas emissions for both fuel burning and power generation results in global warming and health issues due to inhalation of the smoke. Because of a good solar irradiation pattern, a solar powered rice husking machine can minimize this burden from the nation. The purpose of this paper is to design and analyse the performance of solar powered rice husking system. Physical demonstration was made by installing 2 kW crystalline PV modules by setting up the rice husking machine with VFD based 3-phase inverter and other measuring equipment in experimental building. Based on maximum solar irradiation, projected output is analysed by using PSIM simulation and the prospect of solar powered rice husking system in Bangladesh is shown with economic feasibility. Based on the experimental data, the performance of the system is also analysed and presented in this paper.","PeriodicalId":214109,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy (ICPRE)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121073152","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fault current injection to direct OHGW, which may cause insulation failure to electrical equipment, was simulated using the current distribution electromagnetic interference grounding and soil structure (CDEGS). Three cases were investigated on a 115/22 kV substation and a 22 kV distribution of provincial electricity authority (PEA): 1) the existing system, 2) bonding between the ground grid substation and the ground rod located in earth under the riser pole, and 3) the OHGW of the take-off located in the substation and the OHGW of the riser pole are connected. It can be confirmed from the study results that bonding between the ground grid substation and the ground rod located in the earth under the riser pole offers an effective means to help decrease the EP between the OHGW and the ground, therefore reducing the risk of equipment damage.","PeriodicalId":214109,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy (ICPRE)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125965831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The existence of power network equivalent impedance couples multiple inverters in PCC, and then causes the complex interactive influences among control loops of multi inverters grid-connected system. The equivalent model of multi inverters connected to weak-structured power system was established, dynamic relative gain array based on frequency was used to quantitative analysis the interactive influences among control loops of multi inverters and give interactive change characteristics with the changing grid-connected inverter units, control parameters and power grid equivalent impedance. Finally, a multi inverters grid-connected was built in Simulink simulation platform, the correctness of simulation results were verified. Meanwhile, general rules of changing interactive influences among control loops with the increasing number of inverters grid-connected were accurate descripted.","PeriodicalId":214109,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy (ICPRE)","volume":"2016 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114613739","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Also UHVDC transmission projects share corridors with underground oil & gas pipelines has become increasingly prominent. UHVDC ground electrode influences underground oil & gas pipeline is a new problem in China with rapid development of the electric power and oil-gas industry. When the UHVDC transmission system is working under mono-pole ground return operation mode, a high magnitude ground current will be injected into the soil through the ground electrode. The injected current will cause corrosion effect on the underground metal facilities such as oil & gas pipelines around the UHVDC ground electrode. In this paper, the influence of the ground return current of the UHVDC ground electrode in mono-pole ground return operation mode on the metal pipelines around the UHVDC ground electrode has been studied. The electrolytic corrosion principle of the underground metal pipelines caused by the ground electrode current was discussed. Then several protective measures were elaborated in detail. The research can give useful guideline to the corrosion influence of the UHVDC ground electrode current on the metal pipelines and can provide protective measures for the metal pipelines. It can also be applied in design, planning and site selection periods for new UHVDC ground electrode.","PeriodicalId":214109,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy (ICPRE)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117016462","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
