Therefore, Learning must be done remotely or online by utilizing technology. This research is aimed at examining the challenges and roles of Gadget media in implementing Islamic Education learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a library research with descriptive-analytical literature methods and through conceptual and comparative approaches. The results of this study explain that gadget media has a very important role in implementing the Islamic Education Learning policy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Gadget media features and applications act as communication intermediaries and introductory students in stimulating attention, interests, thoughts, and feelings, enriching knowledge and experience, changing spiritual and social attitudes, and training their skills in Islamic Education Learning. Media gadgets make it easier for students to master spiritual, social, knowledge, and skills competencies in Islamic Education subjects without having to meet face to face. However, the use of gadget media besides having a positive side, it also has a negative impact on children's development. One thing that is interesting from this Circular Letter is that in pawns 11 sub a, whose contents appeal to all Muslims to hasten the payment of zakat. From this background the question arises as follows: first how is the problem of ta'jil az-zakah in the pandemic Covid-19 seen from the proposition of the Qur'an? Secondly, how is the view of the ulama related to ta'jil az-zakah during the pandemic Covid-19? To answer this question, normative juridical approach or doctrinal law research is analytical descriptive. The results of the study note that, firstly the Qur'anic argument was not found in the verse specifically discussing ta'jil az-zakah, but permissibility of ta'jil az-zakah was included in the generality of the verse about advice to hurry the good. Secondly, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding ta'jil law az-zakah. The sample used was 150 respondents randomly from the general population of the City of Blitar which included 3 Subdistricts namely Sukorejo, Kepanjen Kidul and Sananwetan without any age, education, employment and other specifications due to the limitations of the researchers. The results of structural equestion modeling analysis show that the promotion carried out by online sellers in Blitar City through social media and the internet has given a tendency to influence the advancement of online technology by 28.7%. In order the policy to be successful, the character building includes three points: 1) about learning such as giving more time for religion subjects, 2) the capacity building for teacher, 3) outside class activity such as supplying “my diary” book. The character building education in Miftahul Ulum Tambakrejo elementary school was applied inside and the classroom. The activity inside the classroom was applied with integrated model and strategy, namely integrated all the subjects with character value and related to the character in daily life. Meanwhile the approach used is inculcation approach. It is an approach that uses example in learning procces such as warshipping activities in the school. The character building outside the classroom was applied by having outbound, outdoor, extracurricular and worshipping custom. It has been used as a tool in language learning throughout the world at all different levels especially adult learners. Nowadays, it is important to engage students to speak confidently and learn independently in their daily activity as students. However, the level of their speaking skills is still not satisfactory. They still have difficulty to communicate using English. The purpose of this study is to examine whether video project able to improve the speaking skill of the students. A Classroom Action Research design was applied. The data were collected through small group and individual activities. Video project competition was done for the final project. This study was conducted in two cycles of seven meetings in each cycle. Based on the analyses, data showed that there are changes from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1, the percentage of students English skill is 54% and it is increased become 75% in cycle 2. The average result of percentage in cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 21%.
