The mixing process in the medical laboratory examination with a blood check is important to determine the overall health condition and provide information on the disease suffered and also determine the treatment carried out or the next stage. This paper aims to study the simulation of microfluidic mixer devices based on flattening channels for blood mixing applications. The finite element analysis is used to study the effect of flattening channel geometry related to the microfluidic mixer performance. The results show that the mixing index above 0.98 is obtained which means the fluid was mixed homogenously. As a consequence, rapid and efficient mixing remains a challenging task within the design and development of micromixers. Online shopping activities carried out on social media are called social commerce. One of the social commerce business models is currently being carried out on social media is the Jastip business. However, the high level of risk and uncertainty in Jastip makes it difficult for Jastip businesses to gain customer trust. This research aims to identify the factors that influence customer trust in Jastip market on social media. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 213 respondents who have social media and know Jastip business. Data was collected and analyzed by PLS-SEM using SmartPLS3. Based on the results of the analysis of key opinion leaders (an expert in a particular field), emotional support, endorsements by social media influencers, familiarity, and word of mouth (recommendations and comments) can influence trust in Jastip business on social media positively. Until now, it is very common in some areas that farmers keep honey bees to use their honey for personal consumption as well as for mass production for sale. In the care and maintenance of bees, of course, is not an arbitrary thing. There are several factors that need to be considered so that the bee can produce honey properly and optimally. These factors are the state of Temperature and Humidity of the beehive itself. Extreme temperatures and humidity affect the pattern of making honey and the yield of honey itself. Therefore, the authors designed a prototype of a tool for monitoring humidity and weight of the frame and automatic temperature control using Fuzzy logic. The Fuzzy logic is an appropriate way to map an input space into the output space so that in the system to maintain the temperature of the bee stable so that it can be optimally carried out in greater detail. The result of this system test is the fuzzy logic can read the temperature state is more or less than the optimal vulnerable and the reverse is again at the optimal temperature that is between 32°C-33°C. The development of lip motion recognition is expected to be used to develop communication tools with deaf people and to automate the speech-to-text process visually. In the Indonesian language, the existence of vowel phonemes is needed to produce sounds so that words and sentences in the Indonesian language can be formed. This paper proposes a model that can recognize Indonesian vowel phonemes (/a/, /i/, /u/, /e/, and /o/) in lip movements. We proposed a model that uses 3D Convolutional Neural Networks. The data in this paper were processed by resizing into 112x56 pixel resolution then, proceed to the data augmentation by reversing the data horizontally and add blur to the data. Indonesia is a country that produces food waste, the second largest after Saudi Arabia. Currently, there are several communities who care about the issue of food waste and hunger in Indonesia. The Community collects excess food from eligible donor consumption to be distributed to people in need. They have the aim to reduce the problem of food waste and numbers starving in Indonesia. However, the process of channeling food to donors and the community is still practically a manual where the community contacts the donors one by one, so it is considered less effective. This research aims to create a system to connect the community with individuals or organizations that want to donate excess food. In order for users to give faster feedback, this system was made using the prototype methodology. At the final stage of the development, testing was carried out by involving several volunteers and 3 communities to see the completeness of the features system. This discourse needed to be understood better and more deeply. For credible research results, it is necessary to use a mixedmethod research approach. This research aims to develop a model that will help uncover the phenomenon of FinTech to sustainable development in the Financial and Banking Industry in Indonesia, using mixed methods research. In this study, Exploratory Sequential Mixed Method used as a type of mixedmethod approach. The main results of this study reveal that FinTech, which is influenced by business drivers, has a significant role in sustainable development in the Financial and Banking Industry in Indonesia. Such unprecedented abrupt adoption requires a degree of student readiness to ensure the success of distance learning delivery. However, prior research about student readiness of e-Learning adoption is still limited to discussing proactive adoption in normal conditions. To address this issue, this study investigated the factors that affect the student’s perceived readiness for abrupt distance learning adoption. By applying Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the Partial Least Square algorithm, this study found that self-competence, comfort with e-Learning, uncertainty avoidance, financial ability, and technological facilitating conditions are factors that significantly affect student’s perceived readiness. Based on this finding, faculties are recommended to be an early adopter of e-Learning, to provide an e-Learning platform with excellent usability and effective instructional design for the students, to provide clear instructions for both students and instructors, and to provide needed resources (e.g. internet connection) to the students. In the era of rapid information technology development, business competition is also getting stricter through the transformation of digital business. This is also happening in one of Indonesia’s digital business company known as PT XYZ Indonesia. For its sustainability, knowledge management has been adopted. But, there are some issues in its implementation because of high turnover rate and incorrect implementation process. In addition, there is a complaint rating of approximately 20% of 1049 projects. This paper aims to investigate KM implementation process on job satisfaction and worker performance for XYZ and give recommendation based on the measurement result to KM process implementation. The result of this paper is organizational culture has significant relationship with job satisfaction and knowledge sharing has significant relationship with worker performance.
