The common operation risk assessment methods mainly rely on the load shedding model based on linear programming theory, and the root means square error of the risk assessment results is large. Based on this, this paper introduces the concept of power flow transfer analysis and establishes a new risk assessment method for wind power system operation. Markov’s theory is used to predict the fluctuating state of wind power output in the future. Through the fast decomposition method, the node transfer distribution factor is obtained. The power flow distribution in the system after the branch is broken is calculated. Combined with the theory of power flow transfer and tracing, a load shedding model is established to describe the total load shedding amount of the system. Then, establish an active power out-of-limit index and a load Los index of that line to obtain a comprehensive risk assessment value. The results show that the maximum root mean square error of the comprehensive risk assessment value obtained by the proposed method is 0.04, and the minimum root means square error is 0. The proposed method can improve the stability of the wind power system.","PeriodicalId":211412,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Science (IC2ECS)","volume":"164 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123153355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a consequence, the problem of increasing peak-to-valley load difference and the difficulty of renewable energy consumption is becoming more and more obvious. Energy storage power stations are an effective means to solve such problems. With the development of energy storage technology and the decline of energy storage costs, the economic benefits of energy storage power station construction in the distribution network have become increasingly significant. On the basis of the economic benefits of traditional energy storage systems, this paper establishes a life-cycle cost model for energy storage power plants, and considers the benefits of energy storage power plants on the side of new energy power plants. Finally, through the example analysis, it is concluded that the energy storage power station on the distribution network side has economic benefits without government subsidies.","PeriodicalId":211412,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Science (IC2ECS)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116654782","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the increasing proportion of battery energy storage system in new power systems, it has a greater impact on the relay protection of transmission lines. In this paper, the mathematical model of the battery energy storage system is established, and the simulation model of the battery energy storage system is built using PSCAD software to study the fault characteristics when a short circuit fault occurs in the outgoing line between the battery energy storage system and the power system. It is a pioneering research for the fault characteristics analysis of transmission outgoing line. The results show that when a short circuit fault occurs in the outgoing line of the battery energy storage system, the fault current is limited by the inverter, and the zero sequence current has the greatest impact on the short circuit current. The fault characteristics on both sides of the fault point are also different.","PeriodicalId":211412,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Science (IC2ECS)","volume":"56 5","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120986165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of them are technology demonstration projects, and the internal market model is not yet mature. In this paper, a cooperative trading model is proposed, and cooperative game models are established for singleto-many and many-to-many trading scenarios with multiple participants. The example shows that the transaction between customers and distributed generators is influenced by the offers of all participants, and an aggressive offer strategy will bring more benefits; through the game, the distribution of collective benefits within the microgrid is optimal, and both sides of the transaction get the contracted tariff based on the optimal distribution, resulting in a win-win situation for both buyers and sellers.","PeriodicalId":211412,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Science (IC2ECS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125835446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research on lead-acid battery activation technology is a key link in the “ reduction and resource utilization “ of lead-acid batteries. Charge and discharge technology is indispensable in the activation of lead-acid batteries, and there are serious consistency problems in decommissioned lead-acid batteries. Charging and discharging a battery with poor consistency will hardly allow the battery to be effectively activated. According to the characteristics of lead-acid batteries, we carry out research on lead-acid battery activation technology, focusing on the series activation technology of lead-acid batteries with poor consistency.","PeriodicalId":211412,"journal":{"name":"2022 2nd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Science (IC2ECS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125906478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the procedure of prediction, we designed comparison experiments using LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory), CNN-LSTM, and our proposed FL-CNN-LSTM network based on the PyTorch framework.
