This presents a deep learning technique for enhancing resolution for single picture super resolution. The method directly learns an end to end mapping between low quality and high-quality resolution pictures. A deep convolutional neural network represents the mapping, which takes the poor resolution picture as input and produces a high quality resolution image.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114870094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the past two decades, scientists have developed various multidisciplinary methodologies for sentiment analysis (SA) to enhance classification accuracy. Initial studies in sentiment analysis concentrated mostly on structured customer product and service reviews. However, academics have abruptly shifted their focus to unstructured data because of the availability of real-time messages via Twitter. Information considered to be more valuable is taken from tweets that express a point of view. There are a variety of programs, such as sentimentor, designed expressly for assessing the feelings of tweets. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the several available SA methodologies, from the earliest to the most recent and accurate. Further the paper presents emotion detection in political tweets about an individual using various supervised machine learning (ML) approaches under different training rates. Kernel Extreme Learning Machine (KELM) by incorporating it with the Salp swarm optimization algorithm (SSA) is investigated under different training rates and with different data sets. Experimental results depicts that proposed KELM optimized by SSA attains improved performance compared to KNN, SVM, and Ensemble Classifiers.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125088806","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This work presents a brain tumor classification approach based on deep learning framework. Deep learning-based approaches have been used in the work due to its self-learning capability and outperformance in classification problems. In this work, to study brain tumor classification, 2D MRI data are used. The proposed method consists of three stages: i) pre-processing, ii) design of a deep learning architecture for brain tumor classification, and iii) integration of conventional handcrafted features with deep learning features. A detailed study has been done by training the proposed architectures with raw MRI images, Local Binary Pattern (LBP) coded texture features, and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) coefficients for brain tumor classification. SoftMax classifier has been used for classification purpose. To authenticate the proposed method, publicly available brain tumor dataset (Br35H) has been used. The accuracies achieved are 81.11% when the proposed architecture is trained with LBP coded texture feature, 94.11% when network is trained with DWT coefficient, and 94% when raw MRI image is used for training ResNet architecture respectively at epochs 50. Further, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by comparing its results with other existing methods. The experimental results of the proposed method show the efficacy of the proposed method over the methods considered for comparison.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133252500","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to address energy shortages or meet energy demands, wireless power transfer (WPT) was introduced as a means to overcome this problem. With WPT, SNs can have their battery power restored by recharging them through one or more chargers, thereby extending their lifespan. Planning a charging schedule for a mobile charger (MC) is an NP-hard issue. As part of our research, we present a priority-based charging scheduling algorithm that can be used on wireless rechargeable sensor networks (WRSNs). The suggested algorithm primarily considers the SNs' remaining energy and the timing of charging requests. To demonstrate the suggested algorithm's higher performance, we simulate it and compare the results with those of other commonly used approaches.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128423949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A multimodal biometric system was developed due to various drawbacks of the earlier unimodal biometric systems, which only utilized one trait. More than one biometric trait can be combined at the feature level, and decision level called biometric fusion or multimodel biometric to overcome the limitations of a single biometric to achieve better performance in terms of security and acceptance by the public. Several biometric modalities are briefly described in this paper, like fingerprint, gait etc.. The two easiest used safety mechanisms traits are fingerprint and gait recognition reviews in this paper. Comparing several biometric methods shows that iris, gait, and fingerprint recognition systems have reduced error rates. Additionally, the combination of these methods yields biometric fusion, the most accurate method of identification and verification.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130696179","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Similarly, by visualizing the growing amount of nuclei implies disease status such as grading of cancer. In clinical diagnosis there is a link between texture of the nucleus and disease current status. In digital pathology the most crucial & important step for computer-aided diagnostics system is automated cell nuclei segmentation. Regular studies are going on digital pathology for automatic analyzing the nuclei cell images. However, providing accurate cell nucleus segmentation rate through automation is still poor. Scientists are rigorously working on the development of computerized segmentation algorithm to provide faster diagnosis. This paper proposed a novel thresholding based unsupervised technique which is applicable to detect nuclei contours. Proposed approach is applied to seven multi organ histological tissue images. Threshold is calculated by taking into consideration the first nonzero gray level pixel value followed by finding the pixel connectivity with 8 neighborhood concept. Furthermore, the various nuclei feature including mean intensity, diameter, perimeter, centroid is computed to get better insight to cell functionality providing a support in early diagnosis to diseases. When compare with traditional adaptive thresholding this approach achieved better performance rate by 48.31 %.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130523586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Machine learning techniques are highly dependent on the features selected for classification. A poor choice of features can deteriorate the classification ability of the system. In order to overcome this issue, deep learning techniques which are capable of automatic feature extraction are employed these days. For any ideal classifying machine, it is required to have a short training period and an ability to produce classification results within a short interval of applying an input. This work proposes a 1D CNN model which is able to classify all the 52 gestures of the NinaPro DB1 database which can be applied in real time applications with fast response. The developed model achieves an accuracy of 78.95% with just 351,532 trainable parameters and an average inference time of 0.258 ms.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116649289","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Use of social media and posting individual expression on it is very much use to for the people. So, social media posts are very useful for detecting a person is in depression or not. In this paper, we have considered depressive and non-depressive tweets classification. We have proposed a sequential Deep learning model with three layers: Embedded, lD-Convolutional and LSTM Layer. The performance of the proposed model has been compared with three traditional Machine Learning models Naïve Bayes, KNN, Random Forest for depressive and non-depressive tweets classification. Our proposed approach of sequential Deep Learning model has achieved 98.47% accuracy, which is better than other models we have compared with.","PeriodicalId":211409,"journal":{"name":"2023 International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Advanced Computing and Communication (ISACC)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127052482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
