Submersible pump (submersible pump) is a type of pump where the work system is placed in full water, the pump is damaged if the water is not in full condition. This type of pump must have a drinking water level so that the pump can operate properly, and the life of the pump can last a long time. The submersible pump is one type of centrifugal pump. This study aims to develop a security system for a fingerprint model on a motorcycle using the arduino-based prototype development method. The test was carried out to determine the results of the arduino programming configuration on the board with a fingerprint scanner. This study used ex post facto research method with quantitative approach. Population and sample of this study were Mechanical Engineering Education students of 2015 generation. Instrument used in this study as data collecting technique was an questionnaire. This study utilizes the Kirkpatrick four-level training evaluation model consisting of reaction, learning, behaviour, and result. The subjects of this study are students of mechanical engineering program and a few of industrial training tutors in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen. This study used questionnaires, tests, and documentations as the instruments. The results shows that in the reaction level, the level of performance of the trained students using indicators such as facilities, material, instructors, time, and infrastructure are within the good category. The results of pre-test and post-test of the learning aspects—with the mean value of 61,83 and mean value of 80,83—show that there is significant change to the performance. From behaviour level, referring to tutor assessments using indicators such as communication proficiency, intellectuality, cognitive and motoric strategy, as well as student behaviours are also within the good category. In this study, the validation of the program has been developed by involving two experts, namely material experts and media experts. Validation have been use to determine the feasibility of the program that has been developed before it will be tested on students majoring in mechanical engineering. The results of trials product by respondents, there are two aspects which are assessed namely, material aspects and media aspects. In an attempt to influence students in quality improvement by the motivation to learn, problem-solving ability, and the results of the study. This research aims to know the: (1) influence of Learning Motivation towards Work Readiness of students (2) Influences the ability of problem solving students ' Work against Italy (3) Influence the Learning Outcome against Italy work (4) influence of Learning Motivation, Ability of problem solving, and Learning Outcomes against the Work Readiness. This research is the research of ex post-facto. The subject of this research is the whole grade Machining XII SMK Pemuda 3 Kesamben, Blitar as much as 94 students. Now using the method of data collection and documentation. Test instrument of research carried out in the SMK Pemuda 3 Kesamben, Blitar. Testing analysis of the linearity test and the test covers multicollinearity. Data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis  techniques to hepotesis first, second third hypothesis, hypothesis and regression analysis of the double for the fourth hypothesis. The method used is pre-experimental design and data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques. The spindle rotation speed used is 1990 rpm, 2100 rpm, and 2300 rpm, while the feed motion used is 0.18 mm / rev, 0.23 mm / rev, and 0.28 mm / rev. The cutting tool used in this study is a Mitsubishi brand insert chisel with ISO standard CNMNG120404-MA, while the data collection technique using a measuring tool to measure the surface roughness of the workpiece is the Surface Roughness Test Mitutoyo Portable Surftest SJ 301 series. The results of this study indicate that high engine speed reaches 2300 Rpm and low feed motion reaches 0.18 mm / rev resulting in low surface roughness levels reaching 2.17 µm. The steel will be used is S50C and the cooling medium with value viscosity of 20-40. The research methods used is kuantitatif with pre-eksperiment design and one-group spesimen control and spesimen eksperimen category. The variation initial temperature colling medium used is 300C, 350C, 450C dan 550C. The results of this study indicate there is an increase in the value of hardness in line with an increase in oil temperature. At a temperature of 300C has a hardness value of 204.39 HVN and a toughness of 0.0618 Joules / mm, at a temperature of 350C a hardness value of 255.14 HVN and a toughness of 0.0478 joules / mm, 450C has a hardness value of 271.03 HVN and a toughness of 0.048 Joules / mm. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre experimental design. Jenis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Pemeriksaan cacat makro menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan variasi waktu pengadukan baik 60, 180, maupun 300 detik semua spesimen mengalami cacat deformasi karena pergeseran. Adapun hasil sifat mekanik dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penurunan nilai tegangan tarik dan peningkatan nilai kekerasan pada waktu pengadukan yang relatif tinggi. Berdasarkan nilai rata–rata hasil pengujian tarik dan kekerasan vickers, waktu pengadukan 60 detik menghasilkan nilai kekuatan tarik 181,4 MPa dan untuk nilai kekerasan diperoleh sebesar 53,03 HV. Waktu pengadukan 180 detik menghasilkan nilai kekuatan tarik dan kekerasan sebesar 158,3 MPa dan 57,94 HV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian berupa angket siswa dan hasil nilai rapot semester ganjil. Diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis untuk membuktikan hipotesis adanya pengaruh kapabilitas kerja, bimbingan karir, dan nilai praktikum terhadap kesiapan kerja. Anggota populasi siswa kelas XII berjumlah 86 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling sehingga setiap anggota populasi memiliki peluang yang sama untk menjadi sampel penelitian, berjumlah 71 siswa.
