Almeida, Luiz Abilio Ribeiro Alves","doi":"10.5380/RSA.V19I1.50337","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5380/RSA.V19I1.50337","url":null,"abstract":"O manejo do herbicida glyphosate pode interferir diretamente no desempenho fitometrico e bioquimico das plantas de soja e pouco se conhece sobre os efeitos que subdoses do glyphosate tem sobre genotipos de soja convencional e transgenica. Nesse contexto, o objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar o efeito das subdoses de glyphosate sobre o desempenho de plantas de soja transgenica e convencional em condicoes de casa de vegetacao. O delineamento experimental foi inteiramente casualizado, em esquema fatorial 2 x 6, sendo dois genotipos de soja e seis subdoses do herbicida glyphosate (0; 3,5; 7,0; 10,5; 14,0 e 17,5 g e.a ha -1 ), com cinco repeticoes. Foram avaliadas caracteristicas fitometricas e bioquimicas das plantas de soja, e os dados submetidos a analise de variância, conduzida aplicando-se o teste F e por analise de regressao ate segundo grau para subdoses, todos os testes a 5% de probabilidade de erro. O desempenho fitometrico das plantas de soja possui influencia inerente ao genotipo, sendo a massa seca de trifolios e o diâmetro de haste principal afetados negativamente pelas subdoses de glyphosate. A aplicacao de subdoses de glyphosate modifica os teores de pigmentos fotossinteticos dos genotipos de soja, havendo resposta diferenciada entre eles. For this, we seek to articulate theory to the analysis of the images, using a theoretical framework that has elective affinities with the film structure. At first, it is intended to make a quick bibliographical and conceptual review, whose purpose is to assist us in the incursion of the artistic material. Without losing sight of the determinant category of material conditions and the dialectical conception of history, the hypothesis that conjugates this study is that, in neoliberalism, the Capital sums up efforts to establish a distance between the subjects and the themes of the great politics and, for that, it spectacularises the terrain of small politics. The present article is thus guided by important Gramscian keys - such as hegemony, the search for consensus and the idea of an intellectual - in dealing with neoliberal reality, spectacle and corruption as rhetoric. It is through art, with critical expressions and denunciations of social injustices, that Candido Portinari, in 1944, presented to the world the artwork Crianca Morta, with the purpose of denouncing the miseries of miserableness, which provoked repercussion in the society at the time. In this context, economic, judicial, political and social issues of domestic and international order are analysed as factors of contradiction that explain the maintenance of capitalist system and the difficult to fully fulfil the democratic regime in the region. Plinio originated a conservative line of thought with an expressive strand of Catholic intellectuals and thinkers in Brazil and another countries of the world who defend his preaching based on a conservative line connected with traditional catholicism. In the Vargas era (1930-1945), anti-liberal values and authoritarian/totalitarian tendencies put the values defended by liberal democracies in crisis all over the world. Communists, Integralists, Liberals, Conservatives and Catholics were disputing space in the Brazilian social structure.
