Nanoparticles with spherical morphology have been synthesised at a pressure of 0.1 atm. The t-ZrO2 phase is found to be dominant (98 %). According to the transmission electron microscopy data, the nanoparticle size is 10 ± 4 nm. The luminescence properties of fabricated nanoparticles have been studied. It is shown that the strong red luminescence of the samples is mainly due to the bands peaking at 591 and 606 nm, which are related, respectively, to the 5D0 → 7F1 and 5D0 → 7F2 transitions of Eu3+ ion in the t-ZrO2 structure. It is shown also that europium is uniformly distributed over the ZrO2 matrix during laser synthesis. A comparative study of the t-ZrO2 : Eu3+ nanophosphor and the initial coarse-grained target has been performed. It is concluded that the proposed method of laser vaporisation is promising for synthesising t-ZrO2-based nanophosphors.","PeriodicalId":20775,"journal":{"name":"Quantum Electronics","volume":"108 3 1","pages":"149 - 154"},"PeriodicalIF":0.9,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79417947","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that by representing a four-frequency ZLG as a set of two-frequency ZLGs with orthogonal polarisations, the output characteristic of a four-frequency ZLG can be obtained through the arithmetic mean of the output characteristics of the same gyroscope. The experimental output characteristic of a four-frequency ZLG with an alternating bias in the form of a meander with a switching frequency of 1 kHz, as well as its combination with a low-frequency meander with a frequency of 1 Hz, is presented. The efficiency of using slow meander modulation for the linearization of the output characteristic of a four-frequency ZLG is demonstrated.","PeriodicalId":20775,"journal":{"name":"Quantum Electronics","volume":"11 1","pages":"202 - 206"},"PeriodicalIF":0.9,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90868387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The rotation of relativistic electrons around the ionised core of the cluster with a radius of rotation smaller than the laser wavelength leads to intense synchrotron radiation in the direction transverse to the laser wave vector. The parameters of the cluster plasma and laser pulse are determined at which, due to the small radius of curvature of the electron trajectory of the cluster shell, the intensity of synchrotron radiation exceeds the intensity of betatron radiation of the electron flux in the longitudinal (along the wave vector) direction.","PeriodicalId":20775,"journal":{"name":"Quantum Electronics","volume":"52 1","pages":"195 - 201"},"PeriodicalIF":0.9,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76259524","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on an analysis of the shape of Ramsey resonances, we show that with increasing optical density of the medium, the dependence of the light shifts of the CPT resonance becomes more and more nontrivial. The main factors hindering the development and spread of this method are the complexity and high cost of diagnostic tools, as well as the rigidity of the requirements they impose on the spatial and temporal uniformity of the magnetic field. The prospects for desinging a device capable of largely overcoming these limitations are considered. A review of studies aimed at developing an optical sensor applicable to magnetic encephalography is presented.
