Current methods don't make full use of censor information, and only use the positions or sequence of censors, not the exact times. In the paper, a modified method has been used to combine non-parametric and parametric features, and made fully use of the censor information. Thus, more accurate and practical results were obtained. Industrial structure and distribution of Liaohe River Basin was described. Heavy industries have played an important role in the Liaohe River Basin's economic growth. COD and NH3-N emission of the main industries and their distribution in the Liaohe River Basin were analyzed. Green contribution of COD and green contribution of NH3-N for a certain industry were defined, and the values of green contribution of COD emission and green contribution of NH3-N emission were obtained according to the industrial structure and distribution of the control unit in the Liaohe River Basin. The on-line monitoring system in Panyu District of Guangzhou would make department of environmental management understand the actual emissions status of pollution source accurately and timely, which strengthened environmental supervision methods to investigate and deal with serious source of pollution emissions enterprise on over standard. This paper which combined the management of pollution sources business characteristics, on-line monitoring management system with specific functions and data needs analyzed the system design principles, discussed the functions and performance. Monitoring and early warning are the main means to effectively reduce the harm of landslide disaster. Different from the traditional method of monitoring, differential interferometry synthetic aperture radar (D-InSAR) measuring technique has the advantage of detecting and penetrating earth surface in all weather conditions and in all time, obtaining continuous and large-area deformation information. Taking the Jinpingzi Landslide of Jinshajiang valley as the research object. The monitoring technique of three orbits difference, the basic method of D-InSAR, is used to obtain surface deformation value. The adsorption isotherms and thermodynamics, and adsorption mechanism were studied. The results show that: (1) The isothermal adsorption process of NH4+ on aged refuse can be fitted by Freundlich equations with a high correlation coefficient (0.9873 ~ 0.9907). (2) The adsorption process of NH4+ on aged refuse is spontaneous and exothermic. Temperature is conducive to the spontaneous adsorption but adsorption decreased. The results show that the eccentricity of the diversion wall will improve on the low water flow areas behind wall and eliminate sludge deposition. With the increase in the eccentric value diversion, the second low-velocity flow area behind radial wall will be formed. Comparing different the velocity curve of eccentricity in the oxidation ditch, the eccentricity of the diversion wall should be set up between the 0.3m∼0.4m. Safe design of process control is an important part of risk management. Process control is widely applied in the field of explosion prevention and protection. The application of process control in sequence control and interlock, process monitoring and control, risk signal monitoring and safety protection, explosion suppression and isolation were introduced. Two case investigations of accidents because of process control design deficiency in chemical industry were presented. In this paper we propose a new strategy to determine the clustering number and initial clustering centers according to the actual situation of intrusion detection data, the strategy firstly extracted the features data by training data of intrusion detection, and then put these features data as initial clustering centers into the sample set to be detected to implement clustering analysis, finally to implement dichotomy clustering for each cluster set to discover new type network attacks. The region of interest (ROI) of a host image was selected by an image energy function, and the fragile watermark was embedded in ROI through quantizing the middle coefficients. Based on visual masking, the robust watermark was embedded in non-ROI. While the extraction of robust watermark needed the secret key and the seams, the fragile watermark extraction just needed the seams.
