Methodology This research uses a qualitative approach and this type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research Results: 1) planning the HR Development program, schools are able to formulate a strategy to develop quality teacher resources by involving teachers in professionalism development activities, and creating a planning document known as the School Work Plan (RKS). 2) Organizing the HR Development program, the principal has given clear job descriptions to teachers according to the abilities, skills and achievements of teachers in the form of a Principal's Decree which must be implemented by all teachers. 3) Implementation of the HR development program the head of SDN Ulu Benteng 2 involves teachers in professionalism development activities, such as KKG, workshops, IHT, seminars and conducting research, 4) Supervision of the HR development program is carried out through school supervision. The conclusion of this research is to develop human resources in accordance with planning, organizing, implementing and supervising, schools can provide training and professional development to their teachers. The strategy that has been used in this study is known as descriptive qualitative research. This means that the method utilized emphasizes monitoring data or information until it is deemed adequate to produce an interpretation. Mataram City is a place that offers a wide variety of different things to do, all of which are impacted by the general circumstances that exist in the surrounding region, including astronomy, geography, administration, and social and cultural aspects. According to the findings, the traditional culinary qualities that serve as an attraction for culinary tourism in the city of Mataram mostly result from the absorption of hereditary ancestral culture that originated in Taliwang, located inside Mataram City. The tourist sector in Mataram City might be expanded and improved by using the city's culinary potential, which could be a direct or indirect method. This is connected to the fact that the cuisine of Mataram City may be both a draw factor and a motivator for people from outside the region to become tourists in Mataram City. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used by researchers using primary data and secondary data, primary data includes interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used by researchers is an interactive model analysis method from Milles, Huberman, and Saldana which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In conducting an in-depth analysis, the researcher used theoretical triangulation and data source triangulation methods to strengthen the results of the study. The research results from the author's interviews with tourists also show that there is an influence on the intention to return. There is a relationship between the dimensions of interest in repeat visits and ecotourism variables such as attractiveness, accessibility and facilities and other factors that can be linked back to the main variable, namely management strategy. One of them is the #IniJakarta 2022 Festival event which is being held by Plus Jakarta and The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This study aims to analyze the role of the #IniJakarta 2022 Festival event in enhancing the image of Jakarta Old Town tourism destination. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis includes four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that the #IniJakarta 2022 Festival event increased the public awareness of Jakarta Old Town’s event and entertainment destination image. There are three supporting and inhibiting factors of the event. Gadgets have a significant influence on changing the behavior of their users in this advanced technological era. The population used in this research consisted of eighth-grade students from SMP NEGERI 20 in Jakarta, with a total of 48 students from 9 classes, where each class had 5-6 students. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Data collection was done using a Likert scale, and the prerequisites for analysis, such as normality, linearity, and hypothesis tests, were conducted. The results of the field research on the influence of gadget usage intensity on self-disclosure showed that there is a significant effect of the variable (X) on the variable (Y). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.014 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be interpreted that the alternative hypothesis (Ha), which states that gadget usage intensity has an influence on self-disclosure, is supported.
