HDPE is a polymer material used as a waterwheel float. In outdoor working environment of the waterwheel float in the cultivation pond, which exposed to direct sunlight, resulting in an increase in temperature. The influence of heat from the sun certainly affects to the degradation process of the waterwheel float. In this study, HDPE material was given a variety of heat treatments. The variation of heat given was adjusted to the results of observing field conditions for 1 week where the water wheel was used in the aquaculture pond. The variations of heat treatment given were without treatment, lowest, average, highest temperature heat treatment, and cycles. This research aims to determine the effect of heat on reducing tensile strength, the condition of the functional groups contained, and the service life of the material. The result was a 9% reduction in tensile strength in the samples that were given the highest thermal treatment. Degradation due to thermal effects is proven by the decrease in wave peak intensity for each functional group contained in the HDPE material. Calculation of the estimated service life of the HDPE float must be replaced as fast within 5 months. Kincir air merupakan alat yang penting yang digunakan dalam melakukan budidaya udang vaname, yang berfungsi sebagai alat deposit oksigen pada kolam budidaya. HDPE adalah salah satu material polimer yang digunakan sebagai pelampung kincir air. Lingkungan kerja pelampung kincir air pada kolam budidaya yang terletak di luar ruangan, yang tentunya terpapar matahari langsung, mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan temperatur. Pengaruh panas dari matahari tentunya berpengaruh pada proses degradasi pelampung kincir air. Dalam penelitian ini, material HDPE diberikan variasi perlakuan panas. Variasi panas yang diberikan disesuaikan hasil observasi kondisi lapangan selama 1 minggu di tempat kincir air digunakan pada kolam budidaya. Variasi perlakuan panas yang diberikan yaitu tanpa perlakuan, perlakuan panas temperatur terendah, rata-rata, tertinggi, dan siklus. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh panas terhadap penurunan kekuatan tarik, kondisi gugus fungsi yang terkandung, serta umur pakai material. Didapatkan hasil penurunan 9% kekuatan tarik pada sampel yang diberi perlakuan termal tertinggi. Degradasi akibat pengaruh thermal dibuktikan dengan turunnya intensitas puncak gelombang pada tiap-tiap gugus fungsi yang terkandung di dalam material HDPE. The population of the subjects in this study were 700 people, Grabfood customers in the Royal Plaza area, with a sample consisting of 232 people using the clustering sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed on the Servqual scale, which is described in front (gap) of the expected service quality and the reality received by the customer so that it is known. the level of satisfaction contained in the service attribute which consists of five dimensions of Servqual, namely Tangible (Physical Evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Empathy). The results of the study indicate that the quality of Grabfood's services has not fully met customer expectations because all attributes have negative values. From the results of the integration of the Servqual method and the measurement of the Cartesian diagram, the dominant attribute is in quadrant I, the Tangible attribute value is -1,5303 the Reliability attribute value is -1,2121 the Responsiveness attribute value is -0.7013 the Assurance attribute value is -0.5065 attribute value Empathy is -0.8983. Therefore, the Company needs to maintain service quality and strive to improve its service quality so that it is optimal and puts attributes that are in other quadrants into quadrant I.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penelitian kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Royal Plaza Surabaya, sehingga didasarkan pada hasil analisa lima dimensi kualitas layanan dalam model Servqual untuk menciptakan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan diharapakan berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan. Jumlah populasi subjek dalam penelitian ini pelanggan Grabfood wilayah Royal Plaza sebanyak 700 orang dengan sampel terdiri 232 orang dengan menggunakan teknik clustering sampling data yang terkumpul dianalisa dalam skala Servqual yang menggambarkan kesenjangan (gap) kualitas pelayanan yang diharapkan dan kenyataan yang diterima pelanggan sehingga diketahui tingkat kepuasan yang terdapat pada atribut layanan yang terdiri dari lima dimensi Servqual yaitu Tangible (Bukti Fisik), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan) dan Emphaty (Empati). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kualitas layanan Grabfood belum bisa sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan pelanggan karena semua atribut memiliki kesenjangan bernilai negatif. However, aviation activities are highly influenced by uncertain events such as weather conditions. One of the activities that is impacted by these 2 events is turnaround operations. Turnaround operations is an activity performed to prepare aircraft for the next flight. This research aims to evaluate and improve turnaround operations performance both from relative duration tardiness (?T%) and on-time performance (OTP) using discrete-event simulation approach. Results obtained from simulation model show that the value of ?T% is 43.48% and OTP of 54.20%. Improvement scenarios are developed by arranging the new ground support staff (GSS) schedule and allocation as well as adding GSS at a certain rate. Scenario of implementing new schedule and allocation and adding GSS with rate of 50% comes out as the selected scenario which could improve ?T% and OTP performance to become 33.35% and 54.91% respectively. Aviasi telah menjadi aspek yang penting bagi manusia karena kemampuannya untuk membawa manusia ke tempat yang jauh dengan durasi singkat dan biaya yang relatif rendah. Akan tetapi, kegiatan aviasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kejadian yang tak pasti seperti kondisi cuaca. Salah satu kegiatan yang terdampak oleh kedua kejadian ini adalah turnaround operations. Turnaround operations merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan pesawat untuk penerbangan selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki kinerja turnaround operations baik dari sisi durasi keterlambatan relatif (?T%) maupun on-time performance (OTP) menggunakan pendekatan simulasi kejadian diskrit. Hasil yang diperoleh dari model simulasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai ?T% sebesar 43.48% dan OTP sebesar 54.20%. Skenario perbaikan dikembangkan dengan menyusun penjadwalan dan alokasi ground support staff (GSS) yang baru dan penambahan GSS dengan tingkat tertentu. Machinery and equipment must always be in effective condition so as not to disrupt the production process. Therefore, care and maintenance of the machine must occur properly. In a company that carries out fertilizer production processes in the Gresik Region, one of its production machines, namely the roll press machine, has quite high downtime. This causes disruption of the production process, which results in losses for the company. Therefore, this study investigated the effectiveness of the performance measurement of the machine. Through the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) method, the effectiveness of the roll press machine in the company was still below the minimum standard at an ORE value of 40% to 60%. Meanwhile, through root cause failure analysis (RCFA), the decrease in the effectiveness of the machine was due to a lack of employee training, checking, and accuracy in machine inspection. To overcome these problems, strategies must be developed to increase the effectiveness of the machine by providing training related to machine maintenance to employees, implementing quality maintenance, and applying a schedule for replacing machine components. Kondisi mesin merupakan penunjang utama dalam pembuatan barang atau produk. Mesin dan peralatan yang digunakan harus selalu berada dalam kondisi efektif agar tidak mengganggu proses produksi. Oleh karena itu, perawatan dan pemeliharaan mesin harus dilakukan dengan baik. Pada suatu perusahaan yang melakukan proses produksi pupuk di Wilayah Gresik ini, salah satu mesin produksinya yaitu mesin roll press memiliki downtime yang cukup tinggi. Hal ini menyebabkan terganggunya proses produksi yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran efektivitas kinerja mesin tersebut. Melalui metode Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) diperoleh hasil bahwa efektifitas pada mesin roll press yang ada pada perusahaan masih berada dibawah standar minimal yang berada di nilai ORE 40% hingga 60%. Sedangkan melalui analisis Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) didapatkan penyebab dari penurunan efektivitas mesin tersebut adalah kurangnya pelatihan karyawan, kurangnya pengecekan dan kurangnya ketelitian dalam inspeksi mesin. Lifting equipment is needed for the element lifting process which includes vertical and horizontal lifting processes, the design and calculation of components on the spreader bar must be calculated properly, the spreader bar components include the main profile, sling, shackle & padeye. This is done so that there are no fatal work accidents for either the worker, the material being lifted, the lift plane or the spreader bar. Calculation of the components of the lifting aid is carried out to determine the dimensions of the components to be used, then also calculate the von mises stress that occurs. This study aims to streamline the lifting equipment which previously amounted to 2 spreader bars to 1 spreader bar without reducing the strength of the structure. The results of the calculation of von mises stress that occurred in the vertical position amounted to 68.89 Mpa (FEM Validation = 29.16 Mpa), with an allowable stress of 83.3 Mpa, while in the horizontal position the resulting von mises stress was 30.92 Mpa (FEM = 17.12 Mpa). Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang EPCC sedang mengerjakan proyek penggantian elemen tube evaporator pada sebuah HRSG. Alat angkat dibutuhkan untuk proses pengangkatan elemen yang meliputi proses pengangkatan secara vertikal dan horizontal, desain dan perhitungan komponen pada spreader bar harus diperhitungkan dengan baik, komponen spreader bar meliputi main profile, sling, shackle & padeye. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja yang fatal baik bagi pekerja, material yang diangkat, pesawat angkat maupun spreader bar. Perhitungan komponen-komponen alat bantu angkat dilakukan untuk mengetahui dimensi komponen yang akan digunakan, kemudian juga menghitung tegangan von mises yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merampingkan alat bantu angkat yang sebelumnya berjumlah 2 spreader bar menjadi 1 spreader bar tanpa mengurangi kekuatan struktur. However, at the beginning of production in getting the parameter value still uses a trial and error system, so this problem results in defects that cause the weight of the product is not in accordance with the agreement so that this product must be recycled again by spending a long time. With this problem, the company suffered losses because it had to pay compensation for production delays. So that research is needed that discusses the optimization of injection molding parameters on the net response of bioring cone cup products. This research uses the parameters of injection pressure, injection temperature, and cooling time. The method used is taguchi with signal to noise ratio criteria, namely smaller is better to determine the effect of factors and also the optimal parameters for the production process. From the experimental results, the optimal combination of variables is obtained, namely the injection pressure parameter at level 1 with a value of 80 bar, injection temperature at level 3 with a value of 230 , and cooling time at level 3 with a value of 0.5 seconds. Produk Bioring Cone Cup diproduksi oleh industri molding Sukodono dengan mesin injection molding. Namun pada awal produksi dalam mendapatkan nilai parameter masih menggunakan sistem trial and error, sehingga permasalahan ini mengakibatkan adanya cacat yang menyebabkan berat produk tidak sesuai kesepakatan sehingga produk ini harus didaur ulang kembali dengan menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, perusahaan ini mengalami kerugian dikarenakan harus membayar kompensasi keterlambatan produksi. Sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian yang membahas optimalisasi parameter injection molding terhadap respon netto produk bioring cone cup. Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter injection pressure, injection temperature, dan cooling time. Metode yang digunakan adalah taguchi dengan kriteria rasio signal to noise yaitu smaller is better untuk mengetahui pengaruh factor dan juga parameter yang optimal untuk proses produksi. EV buses have short life cycle and suitable for city mass rapid transport. This research used Integrated Methodology into Business Model Canvas (BMC) to provide PSS on EV bus products. This business model has been translated to customer and company needs. This research was developed by modifying the input data information using Multi-layer Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and AHP method, which integrates customer and company needs. The result are 3 (three) business models of PSS, which represent business models M1- Product Oriented, M2-User Oriented, and M3-Result Oriented. There is business model M3-Result Oriented (Availability sarana/Buy the service) which recommended to be applied to the company. This model looks attractive for the customer because they don’t need to invest the product and it can optimize the operational cost. By this business model the company has more potential projects and repetitive revenue that the company can be achieved. Bus Listrik merupakan salah satu segmen produk EV (Electric Vehicle) yang mendukung program green energy pemerintah. Bus Listrik memiliki usia peremajaan yang relative singkat, serta sangat cocok digunakan untuk tranportasi masal perkotaan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Integrated methodology dalam perancangan Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC) untuk mendapatkan model bisnis PSS untuk segmen produk bus listrik. Pada model bisnis ini telah diterjemahkan tidak hanya kebutuhan pelanggan tetapi juga mempertimbangkan kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan melakukan modifikasi pada input informasi data awal dengan mengunakan Multi layer  Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan AHP yang diintegrasikan antara kebutuhan pelanggana dan perusahaan.  Dari Hasil penelitian didipatkan 3 (tiga) model bisnis PSS yang mewakili bentuk bisnis model M1- Product Oriented, M2-User Oriented, dan M3-Result Oriented terdapat 1 (satu) model yang paling direkomendasikan untuk diaplikasikan oleh perusahaan yaitu model bisnis 3 (tiga) (Availibilty sarana/Buy the service). Model ini dipandang attractive bagi pelanggan karena pelanggan tidak perlu berinvestasi atas sarana serta dapat mengoptimalisasikan biaya operasi. The company has a series of processes involving stakeholders to achieve company goals. Companies need to compile performance indicators and measure them to find out achievement of the company's goals their supply chain performance. Approach that used in assessing supply chain performance is SCOR (Supply chain Operation References) that includes plan, source, make, deliver, and return processes. The initial hierarchical model is adapted to the SCOR, each level is weighted using the AHP. The initial SCOR hierarchical model is adjusted to the company's conditions to measure its supply chain performance. The Snorm De Boer normalization is used to equate the value matrix of measurement indicator from AHP. Then grouping indicators to provide recommendations for improvement using the Traffic Light System (TLS). It was found that the company's performance assessment was 76.68 out of 13 company supply chain performance indicators. The value of supply chain performance is in good condition, but there are 10 performance indicators that still have not reached the maximum target. This is because the company does not have an optimal plan related to the process of material procurement, production, to product delivery, and coordination between stakeholders. PT. Duwa Atmimuda adalah perusahaan mebel dengan bahan baku metal. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, perusahaan memiliki serangkaian proses yang melibatkan beberapa stake holder saling berkaitan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Perusahaan perlu menyusun indikator kinerja dan mengukurnya untuk mengetahui apakah tujuan perusahaan telah tercapai dilihat pada kinerja rantai pasoknya. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menilai kinerja rantai pasok adalah SCOR (Supply chain Operation References). SCOR merupakan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang mencakup proses plan, source, make, deliver, dan return. Sebelum menggunakan SCOR dilakukan pembobotan tiap level menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Model hierarki awal SCOR disesuaikan dengan kondisi perusahaan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasoknya, sedangkan normalisasi Snorm De Boer digunakan untuk menyamakan nilai matriks yang digunakan sebagai indikator pengukuran. Kemudian dilakukan pengelompokan indikator untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan penilaian kinerja perusahaan adalah 76,68 dari 13 indikator kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Nilai kinerja rantai pasok yang diperoleh termasuk dalam kondisi baik, tetapi terdapat 10 indikator kinerja yang masih belum mencapai target yang maksimal. So far, PT. ZYX never measures productivity performance but only records input and output results without conducting analysis for improvement so that this has an impact on the company's development which is not as expected. To develop its business PT. ZYX conducts business by measuring productivity performance, conducting evaluations to find out the root causes and corrective action plans to increase productivity performance. Measuring productivity based on the partial productivity method for labour criteria, working hours, raw materials and also using the Total Productivity method. This productivity will provide information on the highest and the lowest productivity values. Calculation of the value of Partial Productivity - the lowest labour force was 170 pcs/man.day, the value of partial productivity - the lowest machine working hours was 14.61 pcs/min while the value of partial productivity - the lowest raw material was 6.67 pcs/kg. For the lowest total productivity value was 19.60. To find the root of the problem used fishbone with considering several factors such as labour, methods, machines, and materials in each productivity criteria. After that, the improvement plan was made such as revising SOPs, making change over work instructions, training, implementing FIFO, evaluating skills, improving raw material layout based on ABC classification, searching new suppliers, improving change over schedules, making incentive and punishment procedures. Kinerja produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang memberi kontribusi yang sangat besar pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Selama ini PT. ZYX tidak pernah mengukur kinerja produktivitas tetapi hanya mencatat input dan hasil output tanpa melakukan analisis untuk perbaikan sehingga hal ini berdampak pada berkembangnya perusahaan yang tidak sesuai harapan. Untuk mengembangkan usahanya PT. ZYX melakukan usaha dengan mengukur kinerja produktivitas, melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui akar permasalahannya serta rencana tindakan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja produktivitas. Mengukur produktivitas berdasar metode partial productivity untuk kriteria tenaga kerja, jam kerja, raw material dan juga menggunakan metode Total Produktivity. Produktivitas ini akan memberi informasi nilai produktivitas tertinggi dan terendah. Perhitungan nilai Partial Productivity – tenaga kerja terendah 170 pcs/man.hari, nilai partial productivity – jam kerja mesin terendah 14.61 pcs/min sedangkan nilai partial productivity – raw material terendah 6.67 pcs/kg.  Untuk nilai total productivity terendah 19.60. The geometric shape of the workpiece as a result of the machining process can be used to quantify machine quality and can take the form of cylindricality, smoothness, roundness, and other geometric shapes. The results of the workpiece surface's cylindricality will depend on machining parameters such spindel speed, feeding, and depth of cut. For the design of the research experiment and the data analysis, this study employs the Box Behnken Design in Response Surface Method that is figuring out the trial variation using 3 stages. The specimen used was ST 42 steel, and a DNMG 150404 carbide insert tool was used on a Pinacho L-1/260 conventional lathe machine to perform a total of 15 experimental modifications on the specimen. Furthermore, the cylindricity test was carried out using a dial indicator. The research results on the effect of parameters on surface cylindricity, namely engine speed with a Pvalue of 0.068, depth of feed with a Pvalue of 0.784, and feed speed with a Pvalue of 0.839, the three parameters were declared not to have a significant effect. The engine rotation parameter provides a contribution effect of 26.87%, the depth of cut is 0.52% and the feed speed is 0.28%. Keakuratan dimensi benda kerja mungkin dipengaruhi oleh variasi geometris yang sering dialami mesin. Bentuk geometris benda kerja sebagai hasil dari proses pemesinan dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas mesin dan dapat mengambil bentuk silindris, kehalusan, kebulatan, dan bentuk geometris lainnya. Hasil kesilindrisan permukaan benda kerja akan tergantung pada parameter pemesinan seperti putaran mesin, kecepatan pemakanan, dan kedalaman pemakanan. Untuk desain percobaan penelitian dan analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Response Surface Box Behnken Design yaitu mencari tahu variasi percobaan dengan menggunakan 3 tahap. Spesimen yang digunakan adalah baja ST 42, dan alat insert DNMG 150404 carbide digunakan pada mesin bubut konvensional Pinacho L-1/260 untuk melakukan total 15 modifikasi eksperimental pada spesimen. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji kesilindrisan dengan menggunakan dial indikator. Hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh parameter terhadap kesilindrisan permukaan yaitu putaran mesin dengan Pvalue 0,068, kedalaman pemakanan dengan Pvalue 0,784, dan kecepatan pemakanan dengan Pvalue 0,839, ketiga parameter tersebut dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan.
