Komunikasi efektif antar profesi kesehatan dan kepada pasien juga dapat mencegah terjadinya medication error. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi kebutuhan pendidikan komunikasi bagi mahasiswa kesehatan serta alasan pentingnya pendidikan komunikasi kesehatan.Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan Metode survey yang dilaksanakan secara acak kepada 174 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa farmasi, keperawatan, dan kebidanan yang sedang/telah menjalani dinas, praktik kerja lapangan atau magang.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 99.4% responden memahami pentingnya ilmu komunikasi namun sebanyak 34.7% menyatakan masih kurang mendapatkan ilmu komunikasi dalam perkuliahan. Komunikasi dalam kesehatan harus menjadi kemampuan utama dan harus selalu disertai praktik yang memadai sehingga melatih mahasiswa kesehatan untuk dapat berinteraksi dengan baik kepada pasien atau profesi lain.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Kesehatan, Komunikasi EfektifPerception of Communication Education Needs in HealthAbstract Background: Effective communication has become an important key in achieving the goal of a therapy. Effective communication, whether it was inter-health proffessions, or between health proffessions and the patients, were also be able to avoid medication errors. Objective: The objective of this study was to review any perceptions of communication education needed for health students, plus the reasons why it was necessary. Methods: Methods used in this study was a randomly conducted survey on 174 respondents consisting of pharmacy, nursing, and midwifery students who were/ had been undergoing any services, field work practices, or internships. Results: The result of this study showed that 99.4% of respondents considered communication education as important, while 34.7% stated their lacking of communication science in class.Conclusion: Health communication should be the main ability and be accompanied with sufficient practice, so that it would train health students to interact well both with patients and other health proffessions. Penatalaksanaan patah tulang dilakukan dengan cara membatasi pergerakan tulang (imobilisasi) dapat dilakukan dengan cara Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF). Managemen nyeri post operasi fraktur merupakan tindakan sangat penting dapat berupa nafas dalam dan mendengarkan musik gamelan.Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh nafas dalam dan mendengarkan music gamelan terhadap tingkat nyeri pasien post operasi frakturMetode: Penelitian dengan Jenis kuantitatif pendekatan quasi ekeperimen ( pre-post test with control group design ). Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien post operasi ORIF (Open Reduksi Internal fixation) yang mengalami rawat inap dengan sampling menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sejumlah 30 responden. Kelompok intervensi diberikan nafas dalam dan mendengarkan musik gamelan, kelompok kontrol dengan nafas dalam dan mendengarkan musik instrumental.Penilitian dilaksanakan bulan Agustus – September 2018Hasil: Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji t- berpasangan yaitu paired t-test dan independent t-test. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa niali p value 0,05 sedangkan untuk nafas dalam dan mendengarkan musik gamelan serta nafas dalam dan mendengarkan musik instrumental dengan nilai p value 0,000, Pada independent t-test nilai p = 0,03. Nilai p0,05 Sehingga nafas dalam dan mendengarkan musik gamelan berpengaruh terhadap perubahan tingkat nyeri secara bermakna pada pasien post operasi ORIFKesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh nafas dalam dan mendengarkan musik gamelan terhadap perubahan tingkat nyeri pasien post operasi di RSUD dr. Program 1000 HPK dapat dilihat dari peningkatan status gizi pada bayi dan balita dan penurunan angka stunting. Angka stunting di Indonesia masih relatif tinggi, faktor resiko penyebab stunting di Indonesia kekurangan asupan gizi terutama pada bayi dan balita. Akibatnya menyebabkan meningkatnya resiko kematian, gangguan pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan mental (Profil Kesehatan Indonesia, 2016). Seiring munculnya berbagai jenis makanan yang mudah di dapatkan dan instan yang mengakibatkan ibu atau masyarakat menjadi malas untuk mengolah dan mengkonsumsi makanan yang bergizi seimbang, karena adanya anggapan makanan instan lebih mudah, murah dan juga enak, sehingga kecukupan status gizi anak tidak terpenuhi dengan optimal (Patimah S, 2017).Tujuan: Mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Makanan Bayi dan Anak (PMBA) sesuai Tahapan pada Balita Usia 0 – 24 Bulan dalam Upaya Penurunan Resiko Stunting pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan di Posyandu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya.Metode: Desain penelitian mengunakan Quasi Exsperimen dengan model after and before with control design. Populasi adalah Semua ibu yang memiliki bayi dan anak usia 0 – 24 bulan di Posyandu, teknik sampling purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian digunakan lembar observasi dan Check List. Data yang digunakan data primer. Analisis Data Univariat , Bivariat,Multivariat. Prinsip etik yaitu Beneficence, Respect for Person, Confidentiality Procedures,Justice, Informed Consent.Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh kenaikan TB dan BB Balita yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pendidikan kesehatan Pemberian PMBA, hasil analisis bivariat kelompok penelitian, kelengkapan imunisasi, jumlah anak, pemberian vitamin, berat lahir, ASI Ekslusif, Menu MP-ASI, dan status pekerjaan orang tua dengan kenaikan BB, TB, dan LILA. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kenaikan BB adalah cara pembuatan MPASI. Hasil analisis didapatkan Odds Ratio (OR) dari variabel cara pembuatan MPASI adalah 1,006 artinya balita yang diberikan MPASI dengan cara buatan sendiri akan mempengaruhi kenaikan BB sebesar 1,006 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan MPASI yang di buat dari bahan instan.Simpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan cara pembuatan PMBA dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu intervensi mandiri untuk meningkatkan status gizi pada anak dan penurunan resiko stunting pada bayi dan balita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia di Puskesmas Sedayu II Kabupaten Bantul yang berjumlah 45 orang.Metode: Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dukungan sosial dan kuisioner self care management. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik fisher’s Exact Test.Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan bahwa dukungan sosial masuk dalam kategori baik yaitu.29 responden (70,7%), sedangkan self care management masuk dalam kategori baik yaitu 28 (69,3%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai dukungan sosial dengan self care management hipertensi dengan p=0,000 dengan nilai keeratan hubungan koefisien korelasi = 0,514 kategori sedang.Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan self care management pada lansia hipertensi di Puskesmas Sedayu II Bantul Yogyakarta dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (p00.5).Kata Kunci: Dukungan sosial, self care management, lansia hipertensiBackground: Social support can increase knowledge and emotional stability in hypertensive patients. To maintain and overcome hypertension in the elderly, social support with self care management of hypertension needs to be done.Research Objectives: The purpose of this study aims to determine the relationship of social support with self care management in hypertensive elderly at Puskesmas Sedayu II Bantul Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional study design. The population in this study is the elderly in Puskesmas Sedayu II, Bantul Regency with a total of 45 people.Method: The research instrument used a social support questionnaire and a self care management questionnaire. Data processing using statistical fisher's Exact Test.Results: It was found that social support was included in the good category, 29 respondents (70.7%), while self care management was included in the good category, 28 (69.3%). Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan kesehatan “ Sarapan” terhadap pengatahuan dan sikap siswa sekolah dasar. Metodologi: Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten SDN Bojong Asih, SDN Leuwi Bandung Bandung SDN Cangkuang, SDN Pasawahan. Desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan pre test dan post test. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas 4- 6 berjumlah 323 orang. Sample yang digunakan total sampling. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan video tentang sarapan sehat. Semua siswa diberikan quisioner sebelum dah setelah intervensi untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap. Hasil: Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan sebelum intervensi 252 (78.0 %) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dan meningkat menjadi 307 (95.0%) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang sarapan sehat setelah intervensi. Pada variabel sikap diperoleh hasil bahw perbedaan rata-rata sikap sebelum intervensi 256 (79.3 %) memiliki sikap mendukung dan meningkat menjadi 316 (97.8%) sikap mendukung.Terdapat pengaruh intervensi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswa (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Edukasi kesehatan mempengaruhi sikap dan pengetahuan siswa tentang sarapan. Salah satu pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA dengan menggunakan intervensi edukasi palliative care.Tujuan: dari penelitian adalah menganalisis dan mensistesis pengaruh intervensi edukasi palliative care terhadap kualitas hidup ODHA dengan antiretroviral (ARV) di Kabupaten Biak Numfor.Metode : Desain penelitian quasi-eksperimental design dengan pre-post nonequivalent control group, sampel 120 dipilih secara purposive sampling.Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik responden berusia 26-35 tahun (41,7%), perempuan (59,2%), berpendidikan SMA (44,2%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon (p value= 0,000: 0,05) dan uji Mann-Whitney nilai (p value= 0,019: 0,05) intervensi edukasi palliative care signifikan meningkatkan kualitas hidup penderita HIV/AIDS. Domain tertinggi dan terendah berdasarkan domain adalah domain sosial dan domain lingkungan. Nilai probability of event pada intervensi edukasi palliative care 5 kali dan pekerjaan 0,78 kali meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Evaluasi terhadap perubahan perilaku dan pengetahuan dilakukan pada hari ke 12 dan 24 setelah intervensi. Intervensi edukasi palliative care secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 17,2% terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup, 15,6% perubahan perilaku dan 15,5% peningkatan pengetahuan serta perilaku dan pengetahuan terhadap kualitas hidup sebesar 4% .Kata kunci: HIV/AIDS, intervensi edukasi palliative care; kualitas hidup Abstract Bacground: The HIV/AIDS affected many aspects of human life and the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). The palliative care education intervention was one approach to improved the quality of life of PLWHA. Aim:The aimed of this study was analyzed and synthesized the effected of palliative care education on quality of life of PLWHA with antiretroviral (ARV) in Biak Numfor District. Method: The quasi-experimental was conducted with the nonquivalent pre-post control group in this study, total samples of 120 PLWHA were selected by purposive sampling.Result: The result showed the majority of respondents aged 26-35 years (41.7%), 59.2% female, senior high school (44.2%). Wilcoxon test results (p value = 0,000: 0.05) and Mann-Whitney test value (p value = 0.019: 0.05) showed that palliative care education interventions significantly improved the quality of life of the intervention group against the control (pvalue = 0,000: 0.05). Futhermore based on domain of quality of life, the mean of the highest domain in the social domain and lowest on the environment. The probability of event palliative care education intervention was 5 times and employment 0.78 times improved quality of life. Constructive feedback of simulation methods needs to be given to students in order that they are motivated to increase their knowledge and skill. The objective of this study is to understand increasing of student’s knowledge and skill in simulation methods with and without constructive feedbacks. Methods used in this study is Quasi Experiment using pretest and posttest with control group. Total respondents used in this study are 77 respondents with 40 students of intervention group and 37 students of control group using purposive sampling technique. Respondents were given interventions such as constructive feedback.The results of study using paired sample t-test indicate that there was significant effect on giving constructive feedback to students before and after giving interventions with p-value result of 0.05.
