No exception to the construction of settlements and housing scattered in the city of Surabaya. Arrangement of a housing environment is an important factor in improving the quality of life of residents in society. The residential space pattern in Babatan Pilang still maintains the brandgang system. The function of this brandgang itself is as a fire breaker to slow down or stop fires. Apart from the two main functions, brandgang indirectly also acts as a connection path between alleys or roads. The existing condition of the brandgang in the Babatan Pilang housing complex is not neat and well maintained. In general, the brandgang should not present a tense and frightening atmosphere. The method used is extracting data again looking at the aspects of the problems that exist in relation to the existence of brandgang so far. The function and role of brandgang wherever good and their existence are not necessarily forgotten and are more important, this is because brandgang is one of the main factors of a security system in a settlement or housing. However, most of the plate stone handicraft production process in Sukowiryo Village still uses simple tools and manual processes. Therefore, the production process takes a longer time and the quality of the production is not standardized. The purpose of this PPK service activity is to provide real solutions to problems in the production process that connect by partners so that partners can increase skill productivity so that partners can carry out efficiency and can increase their production. The results of the KDP service activities were; 1) provide assistance to increase Skill Productivity by providing assistance with plate stone cutting machines according to partner needs. The purpose of PKM is to provide training to MSME players in Tegalarum Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency so that they can find out about business developments and use financial reports to support the progress of their MSMEs. The enthusiasm of the community can also be seen with the formation of a tourism awareness group (pokdarwis). However, the management of Pokdarwis Krenomata in RW 03 still does not understand the roles and functions as well as how the strategies and next development steps are to realize an Educational Tourism Village. Therefore, training and mentoring are needed to optimize the role and function of Pokdarwis in order to formulate the right strategy for realizing a tourist village. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of the role and function of pokdarwis, mentoring the concept of a tourism village, and business management consisting of marketing strategies, financial records and simple bookkeeping, and charms. This service provides skills and knowledge to pokdarwis administrators and members in pioneering educational tourism villages.
