It occurs as a result of the impact on the metal of mechanical impurities contained in the working environment. Erosion often occurs together with corrosion. The type of destruction under the influence of mechanical impurities is determined by the fluid flow rate, and the intensity and rate of erosion depends on the concentration and composition of mechanical impurities. Solving the problem of effectively determining the degree of adverse environmental impact depending on various parameters requires the development of new approaches, such as modeling. Modeling of hydrodynamics to determine critical flow rates and calculation of expected zones and erosion rates is due to the importance of solving the problem of anti-erosion protection. In this paper, CFD modeling of hydrodynamics and erosive wear of the control valve of the suspension line of the catalytic cracking unit is performed in the ANSYS Fluent software package. The flow velocities are calculated, and the areas affected by critical velocities at which corrosion erosion occurs are also shown. The low efficiency of protecting metals from biocorrosion is largely due to insufficient knowledge of all aspects of the damaging effects of microorganisms. There are no quantitative data on the processes of biodamage of equipment elements in real operating conditions. To date, reliable methods for diagnosing and predicting the durability of metals and their structures under conditions of interaction with wildlife have not been developed. In this work, an attempt was made to explain the role of biofilms of microscopic fungi as the important factor in the mycological corrosion of metals. The formation and accumulation of a corrosive medium is possible as a result of the metabolic processes of microscopic fungi that form a biofilm. A detailed determination of the mechanism of biocorrosion of metals is a complex scientific problem. The corrosivity of atmosphere of Kon Zo corrosion station assessed in to relation to each metal according to the Methodology of international standard ISO 9223:2012 (Е). Using Dose-Response Functions (DRF) the corrosion rates of these metals for the first year (К1) were calculated with use of meteorological and aerochemical parameters of the atmosphere. A satisfactory correlation between the observed and calculated values for steel, copper and aluminium obtained. Their similar use is due to the structure of molecules containing unsaturated bonds, aromatic rings and heteroatoms, such as O, N, S, etc., as well as conventional organic inhibitors. In his work, the inhibitory effect of expired drug Omeprazole against carbon steel corrosion in a NACE model stratum water containing 400 mg/L hydrogen sulfide was investigated. The concentration of omeprazole varied within 10…60 mg/L. The studies were carried out by gravimetry, potentiodynamic polarization and impedance spectroscopy methods. The inhibitory properties of omeprazole in the studied medium are estimated as average with a protective effect of 75…80% at the maximum concentration studied. The inhibitor causes a slowdown in both electrode reactions. The adsorption of omeprazole on the steel surface is described by the Langmuir isotherm. According to the purpose, the primers used for these purposes should have a sufficiently high temperature resistance. The highest resistance to high temperatures, of which polyorganosiloxane oligomers have found application in the field of paint coatings, characterizes Organosilicon polymers. However, coatings based on them, formed without thermal stimulation, are characterized by fragility, unsatisfactory adhesive and barrier properties and, as a result, low anticorrosive efficiency. In order to ensure the chemical structuring of polyorganosiloxane oligomers during the formation of coatings without exposure to elevated temperatures, functional additives were synthesized, which are products of the addition of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to polyesters with terminal epoxy groups of various functionality and structure. The effect of the obtained adducts on the anticorrosive properties and operational characteristics of polyorganosiloxane coatings investigated. The data obtained as a result of the study made it possible to conclude that the branched structure of the hardener contributes to the improvement of the anticorrosive and other operational properties of polyorganosiloxane coatings, and an increase in the distance between the crosslinking nodes increases the level of their chemical structuring. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of salt deposition and corrosion inhibitors based on OP of various chemical composition and structure and their complexates with zinc and magnesium was carried out. It was found that with an increase in the number of functional groups in the reagent molecule and an increase in the length of the hydrocarbon radical connecting the aminomethylene-phosphone groups, an increase in the kinetic param-eters of nucleation and, accordingly, their efficiency is observed. Zinc and magnesium com-plexonates obtained at a molar ratio of 2.5:1 (OF:Me) were tested as salt deposition and cor-rosion inhibitors. It is established that magnesium complexonates are not inferior to zinc ones. The decrease in the corrosion is due to the formation of a protective film on the metal surface. The inhibitor-bactericidal effect of amino esterson the corrosion process has been studied. The inhibitory effect of the synthesized amino esters on CO2 steel corrosion at concentrations of 25, 50, and 100 mg/L was studied. Samples T-1, T-2, T-3 at a concentration of 25 mg/l for 20 hours showed an inhibitory effect of 40,36…74,15%, respectively, at a concentration of 50 mg/l, respectively 79,96…92,04 %, at a concentration of 100 mg/l, respectively, 98,09…99,59%. In order to study the antimicrobial activity of the obtained amino esters, their solutions were prepared in various media (isopropyl alcohol 60%) at five different concentrations (5; 50; 500; 600; 700 mg/l) and their effect on the vital activity of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) was studied at 30…32 °C for 15 days. It has been established that at a concentration of 600 mg/l, the synthesized amino esters exhibit a 95,2…100% bactericidal effect, and at a concentration of 700 mg/l, they exhibit a 100% bactericidal effect, completely suppressing the vital activity of bacteria. The synthesized complexes exhibit a higher bactericidal effect even at low concentrations. The corrosion resistance of the high-strength 1980T1 aluminium alloy used for the manufacture of the riser in seawater and drilling mud, the effectiveness of its protection with zinc-rich coatings using the methods of polarization resistance, potentiometry, as well as appearance assessment studied. In seawater at 20 and 40 °C, alloy 1980T1 refers to resistant materials - 3-4 (6 grade according to GOST 5272- 90), intense pitting formation is observed, in drilling mud the corrosion rate (Km) increases more than 10 times refer to seawater (low-resistance, 6 grade), which is due to the alkaline nature of the medium. There is intense continuous corrosion, large pitting, ulcers on the seam and its border. In seawater at 20 °C, the Km of aluminium and coatings are comparable. In the drilling mud at 20 °C, the coatings provide a 2,5…4-time reduction in Km. After 30 days of exposure in seawater and drilling mud at 20 °C, the zinc-polyurethane coating detached to40…70%, intense pitting of base observed. Bubbles all over the surface of zinc-epoxy coating observed. Zinc-silicate and zinc-polyurethanalkyde coating with a high concentration of zinc had only small delamination in the weld area. In seawater at 20…40 °С and drilling mud at 20 °C zinc-silicate coating has the greatest tread capacity, the zinc-polyurethane, zinc-polyurethanalkyde and zinc-epoxy coatings are insignificant. The presence of CO2 or H2S in the produced gas in combination with the presence of condensation water, as well as a number of other factors, stimulates the intensive development of carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulfide corrosion of a local nature. To determine the limiting rates of local corrosion, corrosion tests were performed under conditions of moisture condensation, which occurs when a temperature gradient occurs and the transported gas is rapidly cooled. A study was carried out to assess the influence of the main operational factors on corrosion processes during moisture condensation on the inner surface of the gas pipeline: humidity, temperature, type of steel, the presence of a weld and the presence of alcohol, monoethylene glycol and acidic environments. It has been established that many of the above corrosion parameters accelerate local corrosion of carbon and low alloy steels, thedevelopment rate of which reaches up to several mm/year. It has been determined that the rate of development of corrosion processes during the condensation of water-glycol and water-alcohol solutions depends on the amount and composition of the liquid condensing on the metal surface. Created in 1997 by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation, the Certification System, after a series of reorganizations, has turned from a narrow departmental system into a multidisciplinary and multifunctional system that performs all types of physical- chemical, physical-mechanical analyzes, examinations, studies of equipment, instruments and materials.
