Kafiludin","doi":"10.33752/JIES.V1I1.193","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33752/JIES.V1I1.193","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to (1) find out how the model of community economic empowerment program through the BISA (Bunda Mandiri Sejahtera) program in Yatim Mandiri Jombang (2) determine the effect of the economic empowerment model through the BISA (Bunda Mandiri Sejahtera) program on improving the economy of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research, library research and interviews. Because this research is a research which is sourced from field date and literature, the analysis that the researcher uses is descriptive analysis by describing the facts in the field so that it is easy to understand, then by deductive and descriptive methods to study and describe the situation in detail. The results of this study (1) the Bunda Mandiri Sejahtera (BISA) program increased the empowerment of Bunda yatim. Six of the eight indicators fulfilled consist of worship, neighboring, eating and drinking, housing, recreation, social activities. Two indicators were not met from economic empowerment, namely vehicles and education. This research was conducted to find out the implementation of zakat fund empowerment in mustahik in LAZISMU Jombang through caring for the poor and to know the impact of the poor caring program in LAZISMU Jombang in an effort to empower zakat funds in mustahik. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis through a phenomenological approach, besides that the author also uses library research and field research. Data collection techniques that are carried out are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of empowerment of zakat funds on mustahik in LAZISMU through caring for the poor is a form of empowerment, a mechanism for proposing mustahik, mechanisms for determining assistance, training and skills, mustahik business management, mechanisms for delivering assistance, and assistance mechanisms. Strictly speaking, competition for Social Institutions requires a lot of effort to maintain the weaknesses of protection. The success of this business is largely determined by the ability of the institution to provide quality services. The purpose of this research is to study the factors of service quality for muzakki (case study in LSPT). Data collection conducted in this study is by collecting, interviewing, library research, questionnaire collection using a Likert scale and non probolity sampling methods, namely incidental sampling with slovin formula as many as 104. The method used is multiple regression. The results showed that X1 (physical evidence) had a significant effect on muzaki satisfaction where the significance value was greater than 5%, that is 0.05 with t count (2.692)> t table (1.983). X2 (reliability) is significant with the value of t arithmetic (2.762)> t table. (1,983). X3 (responsiveness) has a significant effect on the value of t arithmetic (3.393)> t table (1.983). X4 is not significant to satisfaction with t arithmetic (- 2,413)> t table (1,983). This condition makes each LKS need hard effort to get customers and retain existing customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, emotional marketing influence, spiritual marketing influence, on satisfaction, and knowing these three variables together affect customer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative research. By using questionnaire instruments or questionnaires distributed to 57 customers saving KSPPS BMT Nu Jombang. The instrument test used is reliability and validity testand in testing the hypothesis the researcher uses multiple regression analysis tests such as T test, F test and R test coefficient of determination. The results showed that service quality, emotional marketing and spiritual marketing each had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The data that the author uses are data from the research results in the field that are supported by library data. From the results of this study revealed that the discipline of employee performance of PT. Data collection was conducted by interviewing the Hasanah Card Marketing Division, employees and Hasanah Card customers, direct participatory observation, and documentation. Data validity techniques use credibility techniques (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability (objectivity). Data analysis techniques use inductive, deductive, and comparative methods. The results of this study are the application of sharia principles on hasanah cards conducted by BNI Syariah KC Surabaya still not in accordance with Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 54. This can be seen from the DSN-MUI fatwa No.54 Based on the fatwa stipulated by the Sharia card, it cannot be used for transactions that are not in accordance with sharia. Al-Ghazali divides the level of consumption of a Muslim into three levels, namely, dharuriyyah, the level of consumption which is the most important at this level of consumption is the highest level of consumption. If this level of dharuriyyah consumption is not fulfilled then there will be no prosperity for a Muslim and will cause damage and loss to the world and the hereafter.
