In the process of water area garbage cleaning, the cleaning equipment not only needs to avoid obstacles, but also is affected by current resistance in the process of moving. Therefore, the resistance during the moving process of the cleaning device is denoted as the potential field partial repulsion force, and the potential field function is introduced into the algorithm sampling process, so as to solve the problems of blind node expansion and slow convergence rate of RRT* algorithm itself. In addition, the fixed step size in the sampling process is changed to the dynamic step size, which makes the path obtained by RRT* algorithm smoother. At the same time, combining the stepping motor with PLC can significantly enhance the advantages of the stepping motor. In this paper, the stepping motor based on PLC control is the main research topic. On the hardware design of the system, the design is made from the following aspects: the selection of PLC model, I/O points of input and output, the principle of automatic control and control circuit. However, some originally observable systems are not observable after these system transformations. For some standard normal systems with unknown interference, descriptor system form is also often constructed to design observers by using an augmented state vector. And the observability is also not always keeping in the latter transformations. The loss of observability will lead to a wrong observer, and usually it is inapparent. An extra constraint is added into the transformation matrices, and the observability can be guaranteed. Furthermore, the calculate process of the matrices is given. In this study, we found the difference in the mean power spectral density (mPSD) of electroencephalography (EEG) signals between tinnitus patients and healthy people, and realized the classification of tinnitus locations by extracting the connectivity features of the brain. The feature factor with the best classification accuracy was the connectivity feature the Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC), with an accuracy of 99.42%, and the Phase locking value (PLV) also performed well. This paper presents an improved Delphi-AHP-TOPSIS method. Firstly, Delphi method is used to determine the main evaluation criteria and sub-criterion by experts. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to compare each index. After that, the relative weight of the criteria is determined through the subjective judgment of many expert. Thirdly, the decision-making scheme is scored and ranked based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). Finally, the improved method is compared with the single AHP or TOPSIS method by introducing the adjacent scheme differentiation method. Each department in the custom when the BOM is not a unified specification design and management, and for different products of different enterprise each department involved in custom BOM. BOM attribute column is also a dynamic variable, most enterprises for BOM custom is still adopt the way of print before the department and the department of information sharing. Therefore, this paper proposes a concept of super BOM table, which can dynamically generate each business BOM table to meet the customization requirements of each department for BOM table. In addition, this paper also designs a super BOM creation platform based on B/S architecture to realize the paperless management of BOM., and proposes a new database access development mode for dynamic table building behavior. The last part of the article takes the machine tool product of A company as an example to test the related functions of the web platform. The mounter is the core equipment of the surface mount system, and it currently has no way to place components larger than the camera's field of view. Therefore, a high-speed image stitching method of BGA component is still not available. In this method, the hu invariant moment is used to determine the overlapping area of the image and reduce the range of feature point extraction. After obtaining the feature points, the differences between the SIFT (Scale Invariant Features Transform) algorithm, the SURF (Speeded Up Robust Features) algorithm and the improved SURF algorithm are compared. The improved SURF algorithm combines the SURF feature extraction method and the FREAK (Fast Retina Keypoint) descriptor is developed. After the feature points are processed by BFMather matching and RANSAC algorithm, the image transformation matrix of the two images is calculated. Finally, the perspective transformation is performed on the image to complete the image stitching. This image stitching method is shown to be simple and effective for high-speed industrial application.
