The data is collected by the AD acquisition channel, processed by the limiting filtering method and the fitting algorithm, and then transmitted by the asynchronous transmission interface. After that, the data is detected by the NFT1230 single-chip microcomputer, thereby the research on the charged detection method of porcelain insulator in single asymmetric transmission line is achieved completely. The comparison experiment between the charged detection method of porcelain insulator in single asymmetric transmission line and the traditional detection method is carried out. The experimental results show that the charged detection method of porcelain insulator is about 25% higher than the traditional method in terms of detection efficiency. Under-sampling is a widely adopted technique to address imbalance classification, which mainly depends on either randomly or heuristically resampling on the majority class samples. These sample-based under-sampling methods ignore part of the majority class information during the training. In this paper, we propose a clustering-based prototype generation technique to generate representative the majority and minority class instances with relatively balance ratio, which reduces the imbalanced ratio and the overlap of boundary samples, so as to facilitate classification tasks. The major navigation data are obtained through the integration of various sensor information. Therefore, information fusion technology is very important for an integrated navigation system, which has become the research direction of researchers. The research of information fusion technology mainly involves three aspects, i.e. model, information, and algorithm. The space model of Kalman filter in discrete time state was built; in addition, the Sage-Husa adaptive Kalman filter (SHAKF) algorithm was applied to the research on UAV navigation attitude. The results have shown that the improved SHAEKF algorithm can adjust the specific gravity of each sensor according to the actual situation. In this paper, the T2 value of degenerative cartilage in the weight-bearing area of the femoral condyle of knee joint was measured in vitro by using 7.0T magnetic resonance T2 mapping sequence. The water content and collagen content of cartilage in the same site were calculated. The collagen fiber orientation was graded under polarized light microscope, and the T2 value was analyzed. Correlation with water content, collagen content and collagen fiber orientation. The results showed that the T2 value of degenerative weight-bearing cartilage was positively correlated with water content (r=0.70, P=0.000), and had no correlation with collagen content (r=0.14, P=0.200), and was positively correlated with collagen fiber orientation. r = 0.56, P = 0.000). The T2 value of degenerative cartilage in the weight-bearing area of human knee joint was positively correlated with the water content of the extracellular matrix component and the biochemical composition of collagen fiber. The magnetic resonance T2-mapping imaging sequence can accurately reflect under non-invasive conditions.
