The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the efficiency of various PPP projects to further improve the project efficiency and ease the financial pressure. A new effective model is proposed to evaluate various PPP projects by DEA method. Foreign securities markets and securities investment funds developed relatively early, in the 1960s, researchers have put forward many indicators and models to evaluate fund performance from different angles and aspects, includes T-M model, H-M model, three factor model and improved four factor model. As the most mature country in the world, the United States has done a lot of empirical research on fund performance evaluation. Most of the studies show that the fund can not significantly overcome the market due to the influence of many factors such as stock selection ability and timing ability. On the basis of screening all kinds of international research results, combined with the actual situation of domestic fund market, this paper selects five indexes, including net return rate, sharp index, market risk, timing ability and stock selection ability, to establish the corresponding mathematical model, and uses the method of cluster analysis and factor analysis to evaluate the performance of fund, and the model is tested and analyzed. The article accesses the online applet used from https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulation of Physics Education Technology (PhET) and conducts experiments under the environment of installing Java script. Through experiments, the understanding and knowledge of related topics are effectively enhanced, thereby benefiting students. This paper intends to divide further China’s provinces and cities into consumption-led areas, moderate areas, and investment-led areas. Then this paper adopts the time-varying parameter factor-augmented vector autoregression (TVP-FAVAR) model to conduct a theoretical analysis of macroeconomic response under China’s economic policy uncertainty. Using the transmission mechanism of interest rate channel, credit channel, and exchange rate channel, we predict that the increase in policy uncertainty will have a more significant negative impact on regions with a low proportion of consumption, manifested in a higher degree of decline in consumption, investment, and output. However, the price level is significantly consistent across regions. Supposing the three fictional dragons were still alive, we build the DA model to analyze dragons. Firstly, we refer to Richards model—one of the most common model of creature size, to describe dragon’s body features in accordance with volume. Then in order to conduct fitting, we use the data of tyrannosaurus rex and the formula from another paper, which describes the relationship between femoral girth and body weight, finally we get the volume function. Secondly, when building the energy model, based on the energy budget equation, we decide to apply large bird’s energy model to our study and add the special activity energy to explain dragon’s ability to breath fire. Then we refer to the basal metabolic rate and active metabolic rate of super-large birds to calculate the energy of dragons. Finally, we get the calorie intake of dragons at different ages. Thirdly, for the characteristics, we assume that dragons can fly (even long distances), breath fire, and resist trauma. The mechanisms of flight and fire breathing are relative to energy metabolism. And we assume that dragon’s ability to resist trauma is related to the rate of cell proliferation. This would make the process of forgery images becoming monotony and not much challenges. In this paper, we propose an appropriate method to detect tampered images with the change in resolutions of the splicing areas that have been inserted within the images then a combination method of the superresolution approach and the deep learning technique would make an efficient method for image forgery detection. Specifically, we implement the CNN model namely VGG16 trained by the VGG network. We use the VGG16 model with 16 classes.
