Based on an extensive analysis of twenty-three pivotal research papers, this study explores the complex dimensions of gender-based violence, identifying various underlying factors contributing to it, as well as different forms such as physical, sexual, emotional, and economic abuse across multiple contexts including societies, cultures, and institutions. This study underscores the significance of integrating holistic strategies encompassing educational initiatives aimed at prevention, legislative changes for protection, and collaborative social service programs across various sectors, and active participation in local communities. Studies show that although efforts like CEDAW, RESPECT, and UNCRPD have contributed significantly towards reducing violence against women globally, implementation remains difficult due to obstacles faced by vulnerable groups and changes brought about by digital advancements. The document highlights the importance of specific measures aimed at eliminating unfair societal expectations regarding genders, fostering equality, and boosting support for victims as well as those who witness injustices. It is recognized that constraints related to geographical scope, variability in available datasets, and successful execution of policies exist. Informal recycling practices dominate the sector characterized by unregulated dismantling and primitive recovery techniques that release hazardous pollutants. Although formal recycling  mechanism exist under the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) , their reach and efficiency remain limited . India currently ranks among the top five global generators  of e-waste , with Jammu & Kashmir (J&K)  emerging as a critical concern due to the absence of a structured disposal framework . This Study investigates e-waste management practices in Srinagar, with a focus on stakeholder perceptions , disposal behaviors, awareness of government regulations, and willingness to contribute financially towards  sustainable management . A mixed -methods approach was applied , incorporating surveys and interviews across academic institutions, households, government bodies, and private enterprises. Findings reveal significant gaps in awareness, regulatory implementation, and accessibility of formal recycling facilities , resulting in the dominance of informal channels . However , more than half of respondents expressed readiness to pay extra for proper disposal , indicating potential for policy -driven interventions. This study concludes that effective e-waste management in J&K necessitates a comprehensive state level frame work incorporating public awareness , extended producer responsibility (EPR) , formalized collection systems , and integration of circular economy principles. Literature can help guide the formation of research questions. Both primary and secondary sources of information are considered during the discovery process. In order to derive the research of e-learning platforms in pedagogy and professional certifications, secondary data should be gathered from many websites. Primary sources include both educators (professors and teachers) and learners (students). The material was examined and hence the following findings were produced from the study. Today’s e-learning approaches in higher education can be traced back to the original remote learning techniques. The regression model had weak explanatory power (limited) and still accounted for a large proportion of unexplained variance (explanation of variance is still minimal). SEM shows how complex latent variables are apparently related to each other, helping to develop optimal strategies. The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) is a notable financial inclusion initiative in India that endeavors to promote financial wellness among rural populations.  This research is characterized as descriptive and employs primary data obtained from the beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) in four Taluks located in the Bangalore Rural District. A Cochran formula was utilized to calculate the sample size of 385 respondents who were selected through a proportionate random sampling technique. The respondents were administered a structured questionnaire consisting of Likert scale statements. The evaluation of scale validity and reliability is imperative in order to meet the standards of sound research. The validation of the hypotheses is conducted through the utilization of Chi-squared and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Path analysis techniques.  The study's results indicate that the primary reasons for beneficiaries enrolling in the PMJD Scheme are the absence of a minimum balance requirement and the opportunity to access government benefits. The utilization of the overdraft facility is minimal in this scheme, and the easy transfer of funds is also underutilized due to inadequate technical infrastructure in rural regions. The scheme's benefits are not impacted by demographic factors such as gender, age, qualification, and experience. The study concludes through path analysis that the PMJDY Schemes have a significant impact of 76% on financial empowerment. This finding suggests that implementing this scheme nationwide could be an effective means of improving the financial well-being of rural India. The PMJDY Financial inclusion scheme has been in effect in India for a period of 8 years, during which there has been a decrease in the number of accounts opened under the scheme in recent times. Consequently, it has become necessary to investigate whether the scheme has had any impact on the financial empowerment of its beneficiaries. Using advanced algorithms like K-Means clustering, Random Forest predictive modeling, and Support Vector Machine sentiment analysis, the study convincingly shows that these technologies contribute to the optimization of HR management by picking the best method to use. The outcomes of the study reflect the successful segmentation of employees into clusters having strategies developed with the individual's specific needs in mind. The existing predictive models of the HRM strategies show an overall high accuracy level ranging from 86% to 92% precision. Sentiment analysis shows that the majority of the input from the employees (70%) is positive, which indicates their high job satisfaction. Also, the implementation of Blockchain technology ensures the security and reliability of the data, with a transaction rate of 200 transactions per second and an average block size of 2 MB. The present paper investigates challenges experienced by Indian and Palestinian universities while teaching online in times of Covid-19 pandemic. \u0000Design/methodology/approach \u0000Data was collected from instructors of four Palestinian and Indian universities using a semi-tailored electronic questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. \u0000Findings \u0000Results showed that unique challenges experienced by four Palestinian and four Indian universities’ instructors when teaching online during the Covid-19 pandemic include difficulty in receiving feedback from students in online classes compared to traditional face-to-face classes; difficulty in categorizing students into sub-groups to facilitate group working; and unfavorable online environment at home because of the presence of other family members and children. On the basis of this study’s findings, universities should prepare for future crises by ensuring instructors are competent and have knowledge in information communication technologies (ICT) as well as take into consideration the development and enhancement of the quality of online (virtual) courses delivered during emergencies. \u0000Originality \u0000This paper aims to research the implications involved in online teaching and online learning. Through data collection, this research paper was able to measure the impact and suggest recommendations. \u0000Practical implications \u0000Study in the research will contribute to overcome the challenges of stakeholders involved in education profession. Online teaching and learning, both had its own challenge and discomfort whilst implementing it. \u0000Social implications \u0000This research will help to strengthen the bond between educators and learners.
