Paradigm. Synergetics. Genius 范例。协同学。天才

{"title":"Paradigm. Synergetics. Genius","authors":"G. G. Malinetskii","doi":"10.20948/future-2023-2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20948/future-2023-2","url":null,"abstract":"Academician I.T. Frolov at one time made great efforts to make the problem of man central both in the activities of the Academy and in the research of all domestic science. He was ahead of his time. It is this problem that is at the forefront of post-industrial reality. Apparently, the study of genius was to become one of the key tasks in the work of the Institute of Human, which was created by I.T. Frolov. The fact is that the development of the world community, civilizations, individual countries is determined by the ability of society to find people with outstanding abilities and help them realize their potential. I consider the problem of genius from the standpoint of the theory of self-organization or synergetics. This interdisciplinary approach considers the interaction of the three spheres of rational–emotion–intuition, each of which is very significant, in application to the study of man and society. The concept of white, gray and black swans, reflecting the probability of the events under study and associated with the approach of Nassim Taleb, is the key to the analysis. Genius in this context is determined by the appearance of Black Swans in various areas of creativity. I show that it is the phenomenon of self-organization that makes it possible to comprehend and describe the manifestation and embodiment of genius. Currently, there is a serious challenge that can determine the development of civilization. This challenge is connected with the revolution taking place in the theory of artificial intelligence. The emerging technologies have made it possible to effectively use the phenomenon of self-organization in the course of training neural networks. This allows computers to \"teach each other\" and achieve results far beyond human capabilities. These changes affect worldview issues, scenarios of interaction between people and technology, the problem of human essence. The comprehension of genius outlines the path to solving these problems.","PeriodicalId":200137,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference “Futurity designing. Self-organization. Forecast. Hope 自组织。预测。希望

{"title":"Self-organization. Forecast. Hope","authors":"A. V. Kolesnikov, G. G. Malinetskii","doi":"10.20948/future-2023-1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20948/future-2023-1","url":null,"abstract":"We present an analysis of the reports and discussions at round tables, as well as the considered forecasts at the VI International Conference “Designing the Future and the Horizons of Digital Reality”. This conference was held on February 2 and 3, 2023 at the Business and Cultural Center at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation. Interdisciplinarity and analysis of the key issues facing the world, the Union State of Belarus and Russia from the point of view of self-organization or synergy are an important feature of this conference. Temin “synergetics” was proposed in the 1970s by the German theoretical physicist H. Haken. Introducing it, he had in mind an approach whose development would require the joint creative efforts of scientists in the natural sciences, the humanities, mathematicians, and engineers. This fully applies to this conference, a key role in the organization of which was played by the staff of the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the RAS Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics. The dialogue between mathematicians, philosophers, entrepreneurs, psychologists, sociologists, teachers, physicists, which took place at this conference, turned out to be very interesting and useful. The human problem was in the center of attention of the conference participants. An outstanding philosopher, academician I.T. Frolov made great efforts in the 1980s to convince colleagues from various fields of research who worked at the USSR Academy of Sciences that this particular problem was the key one not only for academic, but for all domestic science. Leading specialist in the field of philosophy of science, full member of the academies of sciences of the USSR, and then of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine V.S. Stepin developed the same view. Unfortunately, they were not understood and heard neither by colleagues, nor by managers, who believed that there was a long cloudless road ahead and there was no need to rush to change priorities. The world system found itself at a point of bifurcation, at which the former trajectory of development lost stability. The situation is repeating itself. The world is at a bifurcation point again. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that the situation in the world is similar to that described in the revelation of St. John the Theologian – the four horsemen of the Apocalypse are riding around the world – critical threats to all mankind. It is at this moment that an objective, scientific, systemic forecast of the trajectories along which the world can develop after the bifurcation point acquires special significance. The focus of the conference was on this range of problems. Human lives in rational, emotional and intuitive spaces. The ideals of the Enlightenment were associated with the idea that it was the ratio that was the key, that knowledge itself would determine the best path to the future. The past century has shown that this is not the case. Mea","PeriodicalId":200137,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference “Futurity designing. This manifests itself in the excessive differentiation of knowledge, the disappearance of a holistic picture of the world, the lack of progress in solving deep problems. The way out of the crisis is possible when scientists master the synergetic style of thinking, i.e. thinking with “moving thought forms.” The paradigm of Parmenides, accepted in scientific thinking, is gradually being replaced by the paradigm of Heraclitus. The thesis “The One is essentially immobile” is replaced by the thesis “Everything is movement.” Fixed concepts become a special case of “moving concepts.” In logic, the law of identity can be replaced by the law of generalized identity. The new rationalism will require the transformation of a number of traditions of scientific knowledge.","PeriodicalId":200137,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference “Futurity designing. The materials of the article reflect the view of Russian scientists on the cardinal changes taking place in the world in recent decades, based on modeling of long-term (lasting hundreds and thousands of years) macro-social processes. The analysis of options for further world development is made. Analysis and modeling have shown that the interaction in the \"society-nature\" system will depend on the type of social interactions that will be formed in the future society.","PeriodicalId":200137,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference “Futurity designing. The neural network revolution of artificial intelligence and it's development options 人工智能的神经网络革命及其发展选择

But, just as in chemistry until the first half of the 19th century there was no doubt that “life force” was needed to obtain organic substances, so it is now widely believed that all modern successes in artificial intelligence are only an imitation of mental activity, which \"for real\" can occur only in a living person brain. To substantiate this opinion, it is indicated that the created networks of formal neurons not only have work algorithms that differ markedly from the living neural networks functioning, but also their learning processes properties are also radically different. Yes, this is true, but modern successes in the development of \"narrow\" artificial intelligence provide a basis for understanding the existing unresolved problems and allow us to look for ways to overcome them. The main step is to abandon the imitation of problem solving methods based on the knowledge that a person has and the transition to the acquisition and accumulation of new knowledge through interaction with the environment. But this does not mean that the civilizational knowledge accumulated by mankind should be discarded. On the contrary, it is the existing knowledge that should serve as the basis for obtaining new ones.","PeriodicalId":200137,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference “Futurity designing. Transformation of the idea of technological determinism in digital era 数字时代技术决定论思想的转变

{"title":"Transformation of the idea of technological determinism in digital era","authors":"Anatoly Arkadjevich Lazarevich","doi":"10.20948/future-2023-21","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20948/future-2023-21","url":null,"abstract":"The paper is devoted to the consideration of the features of a contemporary digital era from the standpoint of identifying the key factors of development in its basis, among which the author singles out technologies of production and socialization of information and social communication technologies. Scientific and technological progress has always been the locomotive of economic and social progress affecting the possibilities of social and communicative relations in a society and in its main subsystems, including science, engineering and technologies. Modern digital era brings its own changes into the correlation of scientific-technological and socio-communicative factors of progress, endowing modern technologies of social communication with the possibility of a significant reverse influence on scientific, technological and socio-economic structures of society. From this point of view, the author draws attention to the trend of transformation of the concept of technological determinism, according to which the prospects for the development of society are literally determined by the achievements of science, engineering and technology, and the latter in this context acquire self-sufficient value and autonomy. The classical idea of technological determinism is implemented within the framework of an instrumental understanding of socio-technological success. The trend of transformation of this idea is carried out because new forms of social and communicative relations are included into scientific and technological practice and act as interactive regulators of social actions and decision-making, also in the field of scientific, technical and technological development.","PeriodicalId":200137,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference “Futurity designing.
