In this paper, we propose a new approach to enable semantic Web applications to access relational databases (RDBs) and their contents by semantic methods. Domain ontologies can be used to formulate RDB schema and data in order to simplify the mapping of the underlying data sources. Our method consists of two main phases: building ontology from an RDB schema and the generation of ontology instances from an RDB data automatically. In the first phase, we studied different cases of RDB schema to be mapped into ontology represented in RDF(S)-OWL, while in the second phase, the mapping rules are used to transform RDB data to ontological instances represented in RDF triples. It is very import to process the big data for these data-intensive applications. In this paper, we do some analysis about the basic concepts of big data and semantic++ computing. It includes the definition of big data, semantic computing and semantic++ computing. In this paper, we make a detail analysis about the semantic++ understanding based on big data. It mainly includes semantic++ storage of big data resources, semantic++ information acquirement of big data resources, semantic++ resources management, semantic++ processing of big data, semantic++ service of big data, semantic++ security and privacy of big data, semantic++ interface and applications based on big data. Two kinds of semantic++ applications are proposed. In this paper, a semantic++ search and recommendation system framework is analyzed. As short texts like microblog do not provide sufficient word occurrences, sentiment classification methods that use traditional approaches have limitations. In this paper, we propose a short text sentiment classification model called FECEM base on short text entropy optimization method. This method first selects sentiment features based on expectation cross entropy, and then fuzzy sets is used to correct the degree of the comment words. In this paper, we focus on building a social emotion analysis system (SEAS) for online news. The system has implemented a text data crawler for mainstream online news websites, the modules of document preprocessing, document representation, and also integrates successful emotion analysis methods and provides the corresponding performance evaluation. SEAS will automatically analyze the emotions towards certain news articles and output the predicted emotions and probabilities of being classified into these emotion categories.
