First, a method based on the rules and feedbacks from users is offered for concept-designing. User's feedback is integrated with case-based reasoning (CBR). This method can improve effect and precision of knowledge support for problem cases. Function unit and restriction matrix are used in the process of integration. Then, information of user's feedback is analyzed for improving the product quality. At last, this paper presents a system framework and analyzes the practical flow of the module. Through bringing in the theory of Multi-Agent, this text has proposed a kind of new-type long-range monitoring system of water-supply based on multi-agent. The system consists of control center agent, monitoring agent federation, as well as inquiring-pay agent. Monitoring agent federation completes the function such as measuring and treatment of the full parameters of all the monitoring points in the entire water-supply system, and is responsible for sending measured data to the control center; after analyses and processes the received messages, control center agent sends the handled data to monitoring agent to go on the new regulation running on the one hand, on the other hand to inquiring-pay agent for users to inquire and pay. Each subproblem is optimized by information from its several neighboring subproblems, which makes MEIP lower computational complexity at each generation and be capable of determining the user position with high accuracy. Experimental results have demonstrated that MEIP is able to achieve accuracy significantly better than the current WLAN location determination systems. It has been shown that MEIP using objective normalization can deal with disparately scaled objectives, and MEIP with an advanced decomposition method can generate a set of very evenly distributed solutions for n-objective test instances. Robust Collaborative Optimization (RCO) method is built based on CO method. The research establishes the RCO Model based on genetic algorithm for the problem, and proposes a MATLAB program to calculate it, which eliminate the coupling of the system and minimize the fluctuations of the system objective function, so as to obtain the stable and optimal solution for the system. The results are compared and analyzed to validate the effectiveness of RCO method and MATLAB program. It proposes that the particles' position have relationship with the one particle's and the whole swarm's perceive extent in the processing of this time and last time, and presents the inertial weight based on simulated annealing temperature. So a new Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm (NPSO) is proposed. It can not improve the one particle's and the whole swarm's perceivable extent and improve the searching efficient but also increase variety of particles and overcome the defect of sinking the local optimal efficiently. At the same time we give the convergence condition of this new algorithm. The algorithm of PSO and NPSO and LPSO are tested with four well-known benchmark functions. The experiments show that the convergence speed of NPSO is significantly superior to PSO and LPSO. In DCGA, populations one by one evolve according to the relay race mode, by which the DCGA holds a mechanism of transferring from a local optimal solution to another better one and finally finding the global optimal solution under the guidance of knowledge, which is continuously updated along with the alternation of population evolution. To evaluate DCGA, TSP is applied. This management of Web service-flow should not only run the service-flow accurately, but should also evolve it dynamically and be sure to provide a nice combination every time. At first,this paper extends the definition of WSF with a candidate set of services, and then a composite score function regarding the capability of the service-flow is presented,according to the budget of combination, time limit and the credit of service. Some candidates, which adapted well touser requirement and system environment, are selected by using genetic algorithm, it enables the agent evolve the service flow dynamically.
