This study aims to describe the results and the analysis of students' mathematical proportional reasoning abilities in terms of field dependent and field independent learning styles. This research was conducted in class VII A MTs Nurul Huda Beringin in September Odd Semester Academic Year 2020/2021 with a total of 9 students. The research subjects were selected by purposive sampling as many as 4 students, namely 2 students who had a field dependent cognitive style and 2 students who had a field independent cognitive style. The research method used descriptive qualitative with a case study research design. The data collection used the Group Embedded Figures Test, mathematical proportional reasoning ability test, in-depth interviews and observation. The data analysis is done by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data used the technique triangulation method. The results showed that: (1) There were 7 students who had a field dependent cognitive style and 2 students who had a field dependent cognitive style; (2) Students with a field dependent cognitive style, namely the WL and IS subject are at level 0 non-proportional reasoning, both subjects have been able to meet the indicators of finding values or quantities to compare, however it has not met the indicators to find a relationship between value or quantity, and use appropriate procedures in calculating comparisons. Batik craft has long been developed in Indonesia, in terms of distribution, especially West Java. It has its own uniqueness both from the philosophical foundation, the types of ornamentation, the name of the ornament and the market share of its users. The spread of Sundanese batik based on the administrative region of West Java occurred grouping of motifs on batik works due to the visual style displayed. There is a coastal influence on Batik Cirebon, Indramayu and Kuningan. The types of ornaments found in the Sundanese Batik influence of coastal areas are Geometric Motifs, Human Motifs, Plant Motifs, Animal motifs and Mining motifs. Some researches on Sundanese Batik have been widely studied, but as an area that is influenced by coastal areas, Batik Kuningan has not yet received the full attention of researchers in particular. Type of correlational and this research is research methodology used is survey methods. Object research are state vocational high schools brass. In research study this population were students sample 106 and as many as 84 students calculated using formulas slovin. Sampling techniques used the random proportional sampling. And instrument used in this study is the type that uses scales survey Likert with five alternative answers. Data analysis technique analysis is the path. A subject in this study consisting of a variable free the entrepreneurship, x1 (knowledge) entrepreneurship, the ( x ) family environment ( x3 ), efficacy to z ( ) and variable interest bound the entrepreneurship ( he ).Based on testing statistics the results that knowledge, entrepreneurship, the family environment to efficacy and implications at interest to entrepreneurship of % 45,8, and the rest of % 54,2 affected other factors. Have concluded that hypothesis research received. In general conclusions from the test results applied in vocational brass show that knowledge, entrepreneurship, attitude a family environment impact on efficacy themselves and by implication at interest entrepreneurship. The research method used is quantitative research and the analytical tool used in this study is to use the Smart PLS version 5.0 application. This research is motivated by the low ability of students to think critically in science subjects and the attitude of students' curiosity towards learning which has a major influence on the success of achieving learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of the Multiliteracy learning model on elementary students’ critical thinking skill, (2) the effect of the Multiliteracy learning model on students' curiosity attitudes. The method uses Quasi Experimental, while the research design uses the Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The dependent variable in this study is the student's critical thinking ability and students' curiosity attitude. While the independent variable is the multilateration model. The subjects of this study were 20 students of grade VA and 20 students of VB at SD Negeri 1 Ciporang. This research data collection using objective tests in the form of essays and observations. The results showed (1) there was an effect of the multilateration learning model on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students, (2) there was an effect of the multilateration learning model on the curiosity of elementary school students. This is indicated by the calculation result tvalue > ttable. The purpose of this study was to describe the STEM - PBL process, the levels of students’ self-confidence, and students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities according to its level in senior high school. The research method is a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were six students who were chosen by two students for each level of self-confidence by purposive sampling. Analysis of mathematical problem-solving abilities based on the stages of problem-solving according to Polya. The data were collected through a self-confidence measuring questionnaire, mathematical problem-solving abilities test, and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of STEM – PBL applied a silo approach to the material of the sine rule, cosine rule, and area of the triangle. Students were guided by the teacher to solve problems online. The learning process can still encourage students to take an active role in every learning activity so that the results of the study show that the average student is included in the moderate level of self-confidence category an d only a few students with low self-confidence. This study aims to determine whether entrepreneurial orientation has an influence on marketing performance by including an intervening variable, namely the creativity of the marketing program. This research was conducted on all SMEs in Kuningan Regency engaged in the processing industry using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is concluded that entrepreneurial orientation and creativity of marketing programs have an effect on marketing performance, and creativity of marketing programs can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and marketing performance. The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic has had a major impact on various business sectors in Indonesia, besides that the Covid-19 pandemic has implications for business contracts made by parties. The purpose of this research are to find and analyze the implications of the Covid-19 pandemic on existing business contracts. The research method used by the author is Juridical Normative, with a means of collecting data through literature study. The results of this study indicate that the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic can also be said to be a force majeure, which has implications for business contracts made by parties. The conclusion in this study is that the implication of the Covid-19 pandemic on business contracts is that the debtor in a business contract is not required to pay losses and costs, fines and interest due to obstruction of fulfilling obligations. The problem that may arise is if the context of the COVID-19 pandemic has not been specifically regulated, especially if it is not included in the callusula contract as a force majeure so that risk responsibility can be shared. If a pandemic is included in the clause as a force majeure, then a force majeure claim can be submitted on a case-by-case basis, and based on the consideration that the matter is filed in good faith and based on proper legal references. General election is a mechanism of orderly circulation of power within a country. In a representative democracy system, the circulation of power is determined by elections. General elections are a concrete answer to people's participation in determining leaders and representatives in state institutions and are a symbol of people's sovereignty in a democratic system. It is feared that there is a threshold in the general election system in Indonesia that can reduce the level of democracy from the freedom to choose the best leader, besides that the existence of a threshold can reduce people's political aspirations. The purpose of this research is to find out and examine the legal and political consequences of the implementation of the threshold system in general elections in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is the normative juridical approach or also known as doctrinal law research or library research. In written legal normative legal research, it is studied from various aspects such as aspects of theory, philosophy, comparison, structure / composition, consistency, general explanation and explanation of each article, and the binding strength of a law and the language used is legal language. Cryptocurrency in the perspective of Islam has currently become a subject undergoing intense study among researchers. The Islamic perspective of money, has specific characteristics and requirements, such as stability and is based on assets. These characteristics also applied to the Cryptocurrency as it becomes the latest trend of payment. There are several Cryptocurrencies that has gold back up. This research aims to evaluate the volatility and risk possessed by the gold-backed Cryptocurrencies compared to other cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and Ethereum), S&P500, and gold. The stability of Gold-Backed-Cryptocurrency is analyzed using ARCH-GARCH method. The data used in this research is daily data of Gold-Backed-Cryptocurrency price for a year. The results will show us how close the gold-backed-cryptocurrencies to the Sharia Compliance. The results show that gold-backed-cryptocurrencies are more volatile than Bitcoin, Ethereum, S&P500. This shows how unstable they are and greater risk they possess. The results conclude that gold-backed-cryptocurrencies are nowhere close to the sharia compliance.
