To complete the study, a case study was instituted by analyzing the responses of the pharmaceutical companies; the data collected were analyzed with a statistical package. The study concluded some results, the most appearing were; pharmaceutical companies depend on intellectual capital at a high level, competitive advantage also high, and there is a significant statistical effect of intellectual capital on competitive advantage as a whole and on all its indicators (leadership, human recourse, innovation, processes, and financial excellence) at (α ≤ 0.00). Researchers recommend pharmaceutical companies management and staff to reinforce using intellectual capital at all levels and functions and use it as a main source for competitive advantage in all its areas. The proposed approach consists of reranking the set of documents returned for a given query by considering three sources of evidence namely, the relevance scores w.r.t query of a document neighbours, the text of the anchor links, and the document title tag. In this paper, we propose a general approach for identifying the most suitable centrality measure for detecting key concepts in a semantic or linguistic network. We experiment with seven network centrality measures (degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, eigenvector centrality, current-flow betweenness centrality, current-flow closeness centrality and communicability centrality). For the purpose of evaluation, we compare the original Wikipedia hyperlink network with a constructed concept network. The obtained results indicate that all seven used measures have good potential for identifying key terms, and that degree centrality achieves the best score. A good score is also obtained for current-flow betweenness centrality and current-flow closeness centrality. In this paper, we study how XML namespace evolution is handled in an XML environment that supports both schema and document versioning. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work on such a topic. Indeed, we propose a systematic approach that allows specifying changes on XML namespaces defined in XML Schemas, and propagating their effects to underlying XML documents, while maintaining all XML schema and XML instance versions.","PeriodicalId":197165,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Digital Information Management","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126834831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Learning styles present one of the most factors that affect learning outcomes. Game-based learning (GBL) that takes into account learning styles in the process of adaptation, it furnishes to learners a greater benefit owing in the personalization of learning and contents materials according to their proper learning styles. In this paper, Adaptive system that personalize a collaborative serious game based on learning style proposed by Felder and Silverman is described. This system used trace and agent technology. A model of trace and group model are developed to extract adaptation knowledge in order to form plan that will be executed by Npc player. To evaluate a system, an experiment has been conducted on group of students. From the experimental results, it is concluded that the adaptive collaborative serious game based on learning style improve learning outcomes and effectiveness, and promote learning motivation.
