{"title":"Gadai dan Investasi Emas: Antara Konsep dan Implementasi","authors":"Nanda Safarida","doi":"10.32505/jii.v6i1.2994","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32505/jii.v6i1.2994","url":null,"abstract":"Pawn services, particularly Islamic pawn services in gold (rahn) is one of Islamic banks product that distributes short term financing to consumers without repayment (qardh) in order to mutual assistance principle (tabarru’). Gold pawning services could be an alternative for consumers to get easy money and have a fast process in sharia way. Yet this gold pawning services turn to be speculative investment in practice that contrast with sharia principle and the same time it raises quention on how strong the commitment of all stakeholders to pursue the sharia principle. This study aims to analyze the concept and various problems indication in gold pawning services implementation. Descriptive analytic method is applied to analyze secondary data related to its problems. The result of the study indicate that to ensure the practice of pawning gold does not become speculative motive, it’s necessary to have a clear and binding regulations on how the pawning practice should be carried out. These regulations must also be followed by strict sanctions. In addition, ensuring the gold pawn financing is channeled to the real sector will help prevent the emergence of speculators. Data diperoleh dari website resmi OJK dan Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien bersama-sama dengan level of significance 5%. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t (parsial) variabel pendapatan bagi hasil berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap bonus wadiah dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,155. Variabel pendapatan margin murabahah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bonus wadiah dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,041. Variabel dana simpanan wadiah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bonus wadiah dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,761 yang berarti variabel independen dalam model ini mampu menjelaskan sebesar 76,1% terhadap bonus wadiah. Dan sisanya 23,9% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. \u0000This research was conducted to examine the effect of revenue sharing.murabahah margin income and wadiah savings funds on wadiah bonuses at bank Muamalat Indonesia. Data obtained from OJK official website and Muamalat Indonesia bank. The method use is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the coefficients together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the results of t test (partial) of revenue sharing variables have a positive and not significant effect on wadiah bonuses with a sig. value of 0,155. Murabahah margin income variable has positive and significant effect on wadiah bonuses with a sig. value of 0,041. Wadiah savings variable has a positive and significant effect on wadiah bonuses with a sig. value of 0,001 While Adjusted R Square value of 0,761 which means the independent variable in this model is able to explain 76,1% of wadiah bonuses. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penarikan Sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa FEBI angkatan ≥2016 yang mempunyai rekening saham sebanyak 65 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan membagikan kepada mahasiswa FEBI yang telah memiliki rekening saham. Metode Analisis Data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel independen yaitu Pengetahuan, Motivasi dan Modal Minimum secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara besama-sama antara variabel Pengetahuan, Motivasi dan Modal Minimum terhadap minat investasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) bahwa 61% variasi nilai minat investasi ditentukan oleh tiga variabel yaitu Pengetahuan, Motivasi dan Modal Minimum. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using the Accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results simultaneously and partially show that celebrity endorsers and halal labels significantly influence purchase decisions for Wardah cosmetic products in Lhokseumawe City. Result of the research shown that simultaneously give significant effect to buyer decision Wardah cosmetic product in Lhokseumawe City and has result F-statistic > F-table (373,379 > 2,31) and has positive relation. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik wardah Di Kota Lhokseumawe dan memiliki nilai F-statistik > F-tabel (373,379 > 2,31) dan memiliki hubungan positif. In this study only 14 years were taken. This research uses quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is a deliberate sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is secondary. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the analysis of classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypotheses. The formulation if the problem of the influence of MSME growth on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia, the effect of unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia, the influence of MSME, inflation and, unemployment rates on economic growth in Indonesia. Partial results (T test) the influence of MSME (X1) of 0.010 <0.05, inflation (X2) of 0.029 <0.05, unemployment (X3) of 0.013 <0.05 and a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. F test results (Simultaneous) showed a significant value of 0.007 <0.05 meaning that MSME, inflation, and unemployment simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Then from the R-square test results of 0.656 or 65.6%. In the case of the percentage of poverty in Mesuji Regency and the influence of agricultural land area, this method will provide important information in analyzing the relationship between the characteristics of poverty between regions. Therefore, in this study, a spatial autocorrelation analysis was carried out on the percentage of population poverty data in 2017. The methods used were the Morans I test and the Local Indicator of Spatial Autocorrelation (LISA). The results of the spatial autocorrelation of poverty among 7 sub-districts in Mesuji Regency in 2017 are spatially clustered. Poverty grouping occurs where there are sub-districts that have almost the same observational value as sub-districts that are located close to each other or neighbors.There is one grouping based on the level of poverty, which consists of one high-high cluster, namely Panca Jaya District. low-low cluster group. While the high-low outliers and low-high-outliers categories were not found in the inter-district research area in Mesuji Regency. The sampling technique used was a quota sampling technique with a total of 75 people. Data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partial ease of use had a positive and significant effect on people’s interest in applying for credit at fintech with a value of t arithmetic 2,506 > 1,993 (t table) and sig value 0,003 < 0,05. Partially the effectiveness is positive and significant effect on people’s interest in applying for credit in fintech with a calculated exchange rate of 3,603 > 1,993 (t table) and a sig value of 0,002 < 0,05. Partially the risk of positive and significant effect on people’s interest in applying for credit in fintech with a value of t arithmetic 2,296 > 1,993 ( t table) and a sig value of 0,004 < 0,05.
