In this case, we developed an intelligent mobile phone online ordering system server based on Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and the Android client: The server is mainly used for hotel management, the client is mainly used for users to ordering. A number of sensor nodes which constitutes the Wireless sensor networks were developed in the region which can measure the concentration of CO and smog and detect flame and gauge the temperature and humidity. These data including position information are sent to monitor center through the GRPS net and real-time displayed on the electronic map. Aiming at this problem, in this paper, a new set of telecommunication installation and maintenance office automation system is designed, which selects iphone iOS system, the most popular phone system as its development platform, using Xcode software for Objective-C language programming, using HTTP protocol to realize the data exchange between phone platform and web platform. The wavelet transformation in the image processing can not only suppresses image noise but also has the strong ability of image enhancement. So I combine two filtering methods for image noise reduction processing. However, the complex data source's features are making the data mining process become very inefficient. In order to make data mining more efficient and simple, feature selection research is essential. In this paper, a new metric of mutual information based on mutual information is proposed (measure the correlation degree of the internal features of the collection), additionally Hoeffding inequality is also introduced to construct the HSF algorithm. The HSF is compared with the BIF (based on mutual information feature selection algorithm), the C4.5 classification algorithm is used as the testing algorithm for the experiments.
