Two is does institutional set-up of economic governance cause productivity? By taking Indonesian experiences, this paper tries to seed the light of international trade and productivity, based on the neoclassical and new institutional economic theory.  In order to address main task of this survey, it elaborates recent literatures that emphasizes on two strands. First part comes from trade policy which focuses to the strategic importance of firms, as main source of research data and main point of discussion. Besides that, this paper also reviews political institutions play their role in shaping the rule of games, broadly defined as institution and how the interest group influences trade policy, to protect special interest pro-free trade or pro-protectionist measures. Second part sheds light from the productivity literatures that cover the firm level and sector level productivity. Usia produktif banyak ditemui pada generasi milenial dan gen Z yang memiliki kecenderungan gaya hidup yang berubah-ubah dan ingin mencoba hal baru karena memiliki kepribadian yang merasa tidak puas. Karakteristik ini mengakibatkan mereka berkeinginan pindah-pindah kerja dari perusahaan sekarang ke perusahaan baru yang disebut turnover intention. Mudahnya berpindah-pindah bekerja dapat dikarenakan ketidakamanan bekerja (job insecurity) dan beban kerja yang ditanggung selama melakukan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 83 responden dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria responden yang ditetapkan adalah karyawan generasi milenial dan gen Z Bank BJB cabang Daan Mogot. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS yang kemudian diolah dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian yang diuji menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 68 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 23. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). A number of companies also use social media as a forum to accommodate consumer opinions, criticisms, and input. The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect of Social Media Marketing on Customer Engagement. The research design used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample taken in this study was 100 Instagram followers @somethincofficial. The data collection technique used in this study used a survey method using a questionnaire. The results show that Social Media Marketing (X) has a regression coefficient value of 0.861 and a significance value (Sig.) 0.000 in the Coefficientsa table with a value of (degree of significance) 0.05 meaning 0.000 <0.05 or there is a significant effect and the t test shows 7.554 > t. Produktivitas kerja merupakan salah satu tolak ukur penilaian karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan di sebuah perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan harus memastikan karyawan tetap produktif dalam menjalankan pekerjaan disetiap situasi terutama di kondisi ketidakpastian seperti pandemi Covid-19 yang tentunya bisa berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan karyawan yang bisa menyebabkan produktivitas kerja karyawan menurun. Resiliensi merupakan ketahanan dalam diri seseorang untuk dapat bisa menghadapi segala situasi tantangan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara resiliensi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada Departemen Business Operation PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services dengan melibatkan 49 responden yang masa kerjanya > 2 tahun yang sudah merasakan lingkup bekerja dari sebelum dan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara resiliensi dengan produktivitas kerja. For Indonesians, who are accustomed to use cash, digital banking will become new digital transformation. There is no information available on the variables that might affect Indonesians’ behavior intentions about using digital banking services. In particular, among generation Z in Indonesia following the COVID-19 outbreak, this research seeks to investigate the connection between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and self-efficacy in consumers' intention for using digital banking services based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). For the survey data gathered from 150 generation Z, multivariate data analysis approaches (reliability and validity test, multiple linear regression, collinearity analysis, and path estimations) are utilized. The results of this study's analysis demonstrate that perceived usefulness indicates a great influence on the attitude and intention to use digital banking services, compared to the perceived ease of use and self-efficacy. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri kecil menengah olahan kopi di Jawa Timur yang jumlahnya lebih dari 94 IKM,Sampel menggunakan 83 IKM sebagai responden dari populasi, dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui sistem kuesioner, www.googledocs.com. Pengumpulan data harus memenuhi dua syarat yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan software SPSS 24.0. Dua hal itu merupakan komponen penting dari strategi pemasaran, terutama bagi brand lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari social media advertising dan electronic word of mouth (EWOM) terhadap brand trust produk sepatu lokal di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan 385 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode penyampelan acak sederhana. Dari segi kontribusi akademik, penelitian ini menjembatani pengaruh social media advertising terhadap brand trust, yang mana area penelitian ini masih terbatas. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis dan IBM SPSS 26 untuk menguji data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa social media advertising dan electronic word of mouth berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap brand trust. Social media advertising dikenal sebagai promosi, sementara EWOM membantu konsumen membangun kepercayaan. Variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap brand trust adalah EWOM. Itu dapat terlihat dari beta di tabel unstandardized coefficient yang bernilai 3.099. Nilai ini lebih besar dibanding variabel social media advertising. Menjaga kinerja karyawan perusahaan sangat penting untuk dilakukan demi mendapatkan hasil pekerjaan yang maksimal dilihat dari mutu dan jumlah serta waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan target yang diibebankan oleh perusahaan. PT Cigna Insurance adalah anak dari perusahaan penyedia layanan kesehatan global yang mendedikasikan diri untuk membantu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, perasaan aman dan nyaman serta harapan hidup yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan retensi karyawan, komitmen organisasi dan turnover intention dengan kinerja karyawan di PT Cigna Insurance. Teknik analisis yang dipakai merupakan riset kuantitatif dengan metode menghimpun data primer yakni kuisioner sejumlah 100 responden karyawan PT Cigna Insurance.
