С целью уточнения геомеханической модели Сарбайского карьера выполнена оценка напряженно-деформированного состояния пород. Контроль напряжений в прибортовом массиве осуществлялся на основе использования эффекта Кайзера в горных породах при нагружении стенок скважины гидродомкратом Гудмана. Определению и сравнительному анализу коэффициентов хрупкости горных пород посвящены работы отечественных [1 – 3] и зарубежных ученых [4, 5]. В них же можно найти и обзоры предшественников по этой теме. Базируясь на известных значениях модуля упругости Е и модуля спада M, Тарасовым Б. Г. [5] проведена классификация степени хрупкости пород по коэффициентам хрупкости k1 = (M – E) / M и k2 = E/M (Е — модуль упругости, М — модуль спада), причем некоторый диапазон значений коэффициента соответствует одному из состояний породы (табл. 1). В данной работе приведена модификация этого критерия. Диапазоны для k1 и k2 представлены в терминах угловых коэффициентов , . Марысюк","doi":"10.15372/fpvgn2019060211","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15372/fpvgn2019060211","url":null,"abstract":"ЗФ ПАО “ГМК “Норильский никель” с 1965 г. ведет добычу сульфидсодержащих медноникелевых руд Талнахского и Октябрьского месторождений пятью действующими рудниками системами разработки с закладкой выработанного пространства. Обоснованность выбора данной технологии обусловлена высокой ценностью извлекаемых руд и большой глубиной залегания, поэтому на первый план выходят геотехнические аспекты с ключевым направлением — совершенствование применяемой в компании камерной системы разработки [1 – 7]. Очевидно, что выделенное направление является достаточно сложной и объемной задачей, поэтому в практическом плане ее решение включает ряд конкретных задач, среди которых выбор параметров: — очистных камер, обеспечивающих оптимальную производительность системы разработки и устойчивость очистных выработок; —закладочных смесей для оптимальной скорости вовлечения в отработку вторичных камер и параметров разубоживания закладочным бетоном; — буровзрывных работ, определяющих приемлемый уровень потерь и разубоживания [8 – 11]. Указанные задачи являются основополагающими и требуют четкой и слаженной работы всех внутриструктурных подразделений, поэтому координация и процесс принятия решений в компании осуществляется в рамках постоянно действующей Научно-технической секции.
