This research aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline at Perumda Tirta Patriot. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, which in this study uses the Probability Sampling technique. The population in this study were all employees of Perumda Tirta Patriot, totaling 133 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it showed that in the partial test (t) the work environment variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05 and a t-count of 2.870 > table 1.978. And the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t count of 2.870 > t table 1.978. Furthermore, in the simultaneous test (f) the variables of Work Environment and Work Discipline jointly affect the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and an f-count of 283.131 > f-table 3.07. Then for the test of determination (R2), it was found that the correlation between the two variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) was 81.3%. \u0000Based on the identification of the problems that have been described, there are several problems encountered at Perumda Tirta Patriot such as performance, work environment, and work discipline. This purpose used a sample of 97 respondents. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS ver.3.3.9 data analysis tool. This research is a type of research that uses a quantitative approach, because the data used is in the form of numbers and is calculated by statistical methods. The data used is primary data. Primary data was obtained by a list of questions in the form of a structured questionnaire with the aim of collecting data or information from respondents in the Bekasi City and Regency area. \u0000The results of this study also explain that (1) taxpayer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on VDP, (2) tax socialization has a positive and significant effect on VDP, (3) tax sanction has a positive and significant effect on VDP. The ecosystem of numerous different businesses using digital media for commerce has grown to be very complex. Finding and keeping competent workers is crucial for businesses in the Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, and Technology (TMT) sector to seize development prospects. In order to provide alternative media options for the younger population, Brilio was founded in March 2015. The present issues in the digital media ecosystem affect Brilio as a digital media company. These difficulties include the struggle to find and keep qualified and skilled talent. Online qualitative interviews served as the main technique of data gathering for this study. Three qualitative data points were primarily collected during the interview. The researchers started by gathering descriptive data regarding Brilio's current talent acquisition procedure and tools. Second, the researchers gathered information about the problems and difficulties Brilio has been experiencing. Finally, the researchers gathered information on the business's short- and long-term talent acquisition plans. Era transformasi digital berimplikasi pada pentingnya pemahaman terkait dengan pemasaran dan konsep produk dan jasa, dimana perkembangan teknologi digital juga turut mempengaruhi dinamika bisnis tanah air. Dalam kaitannya dengan penguatan konsep pemasaran dan produk pada era digital tersebut, pengabdian pengajar kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan diskusi terbuka dengan perusahaan, khususnya dengan tema Pemasaran Stratejik pada Era Digital serta Konsep Produk dan Jasa. Aktivitas pemasaran pada banyak penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak positif baik pada loyalitas pelanggan dan pada ekuitas merek (brand equity) pada berbagai sektor. Bagi Peruri, realisasi strategi pemasaran membawa dampak positif bagi perusahaan dengan terciptanya beberapa kerjasama dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Peruri juga memiliki 7 jenis produk (uang kertas dan logam, logam non uang, kertas berharga non uang solusi bisnis digital, Peruri Code, Peruri Sign, serta Peruri Trust) yang memiliki posisi pada tahap siklus hidup yang berbeda. Posisi yang berbeda tersebut tentu juga memerlukan pemahaman dan aktivitas pemasaran yang berbeda pula. Pemahaman terhadap konsep pemasaran serta produk dan jasa bagi seluruh jajaran staf dan manajemen Peruri perlu terus ditingkatkan agar tindakan dari seluruh organisasi mampu mewujudkan kebijakan strategis yang dijalankan pada tahun 2021, serta meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan secara jangka panjang. We can only fight poverty with community empowerment. Community empowerment at national borders is one of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI). The method of implementing this activity is to conduct discussions to increase understanding of the TNI's duties to assist local governments in community empowerment programs in the border areas of NTT. The method of writing this paper is to use a qualitative approach by reviewing various literature and discussions conducted with Korem 161/Wirasakti Kupang and Kodim 1605 Belu NTT. At the NTT border, the Border Security Task Force (Satgas Pamtas) 742/SWY TNI performs the main task of Border Security and explores the community's potential, and empowers this potential. There are many creations of this unit in \"fighting poverty,\" namely through the five programs of the Wira Yudha House. Rumah Wira Yudha has programs in Education, Health, Love Pancasila, Entrepreneurship, and Wira Yudha Sharing to answer the needs and limitations in border villages.
