Through this study, we analize the legal issues raised by the eventual creation of an electronic personality in the case of the most advanced autonomous robots (fourth generation robotics). Indeed, the special characteristics of these systems - and the difficulty for framing them in any of the already existing legal categories - demand a specific treatment by the Law that allows us to face the challenges of this kind of technology in the future. The main thing that is done by the bank is to identify whether the rights to the mark meet the legal and economic requirements as a guarantee and the important is imposition of perfect pawn collateral institutions or fiduciaries then it cause the property rights is born and bank domiciled as a preferred creditor. The analysis on guarantee is the bank effort to ward off legal risk such as weakness of the alliance until not fulfilled the contractual terms or not perfect of collateral binding even the cancellation of the brand certificate. El exito de las tecnicas de reproduccion humana asistida actuales hace que cada vez sean mas aquellos que deciden someterse a estos procedimientos con el anhelo de la paternidad y/o maternidad. Usuarias de estas tecnicas como mujeres que sufran de fallo ovarico, ovulos de mala calidad o enfermedades hereditarias que no puedan ser detectadas optaran por tecnicas de reproduccion en las que se empleen ovulos de donantes, es por ello que la donacion de ovulos es una practica cada vez mas comun en nuestro pais. El presente estudio sugiere un enfoque basado en los derechos humanos y analiza las soluciones adoptadas en el contexto de la Union Europea y del Consejo de Europa para garantizar un mejor y mas justo acceso a la asistencia sanitaria, tomando ademas en considearacion la jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Union Europea y del Tribunal Europeo de los Derechos Humanos. Por ende, se proponen unas soluciones basadas en los derechos humanos a la luz de las oportunidades que la biotecnologia, la farmacogenetica o farmacogenomica, la terapia genica y la medicina regenerativa ofrecen en una realidad en la que el transhumanismo como resultado de las mas avanzadas aplicaciones cientificas no parece mas una posibilidad remota. The era of the Anthropocene poses unprecedented challenges and affects human health, concerning above all socially and economically vulnerable groups. This study suggests a human rights-based approach and assesses the solutions adopted in the framework of the European Union and of the Council of Europe for ensuring a better and more equitable access to healthcare, by also taking into consideration the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union and of the European Court of Human Rights. La medicina es uno de esos sectores donde más han repercutido dichos cambios. El objeto del presente trabajo es el análisis de herramientas basadas en eHealth y neurorobótica que pueden reducir la carga de trabajo humano y contribuir a una mejor gestión de la salud pública, considerando determinados problemas ético-jurídicos que deben ser tenidos en consideración. En este sentido, se lleva a cabo un estudio sobre la cuestión de la responsabilidad en caso de daños causados por el uso de sistemas de IA a través de determinadas herramientas de soft law, llevadas a cabo por el legislador europeo. Sin embargo, no se ha conseguido un completo desarrollo de la bioética a nivel de organización sanitaria ni políticas sanitarias. Proponemos 3 niveles: el nivel fundamental: Respeto, Transparencia, Veracidad y Coherencia; el intermedio: Dignidad, Legalidad, Justicia, Confianza y el superior: Integridad y Ecología.
