This prayer schedule is still used and guided by the community. To make it easier for implementation, the mosque management has also provided digital prayer schedule. But unfortunately, even though these facilities have been completed, it's still can cause confusion for the congregation, which schedule is correct to use. Because the schedule that runs automatically on the digital clock is not according to the schedule stated in the prayer schedule of all times. Therefore It is necessary to analyze the method of determining the prayer schedule at the Baitussalam Mosque, Gampong Nga LB Arakemudi, Lhoksukon District and the accuracy of the prayer schedule. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research. The primary data sources in this study are prayer schedules on the all-time prayer schedule and digital clock schedules. The results of this study are the method used in preparing the prayer schedule for the Baitussalam mosque, Gampong Nga LB Arakemudi, Lhoksukon based on the method of calculating the prayer schedule of all times, which uses the classical method in the sense that the input data calculation is still static while the digital prayer schedule uses dynamic data. This is what causes the Baitussalam mosque prayer schedule in Gampong Nga LB Arakemudi, Lhoksukon, between the all-time prayer schedule and the digital prayer schedule, there are varying differences. On November 25, 2022, OIF Barus Team managed to capture the new moon crescent at noon at 13:49 WIB with an elongation of 18°25'. The understanding of facing the Qibla must be understood properly and optimally so that efforts to face the Qibla can be done properly and precisely. but for people who are far from Mecca and cannot see the Kaaba directly, the majority of scholars only require facing towards the Kaaba. However, when reviewed, the scholars actually have an agreement that for the person who can see the Kaaba, and the person who cannot see the Kaaba but in fact he can have faith to know the direction to the Kaaba. This research tried to find the opinion of jungka Gajah scholars about the law of observing the qibla for those far from the Kaaba and the limits of tolerance for the direction of qibla for people far from the Kaaba. This research is empirical research using a qualitative approach. With data obtained from interviews with religious leaders Jungka Gajah North Aceh. The data obtained using interview techniques and literature studies, then descriptive analysis with stages of reduction and verification. The results of the research obtained showed: Religious leader Jungka Gajah said that the law confronts the direction of the Qibla when the legal prayer is mandatory, if the person can see the kaaba directly, it is mandatory to face the 'ainul Kaaba when praying. And for the person who cannot see the kaaba then the person must have faith in determining the correct direction of the Qibla. And can make the mosque as a benchmark for the direction of the Qibla, if the mosque has been calculated the direction of the Qibla by people who are experts in the field. The direction of the Qibla that can still be tolerated is that if the shift is below 2 degrees, it can still be forgiven. Astronomers doubt the results of the sighting without visuals from the new moon, especially when the new moon is too low, while jurists hold on to the testimony of the explorer even though there are no visual results. One of the supporting factors for the visibility of the new moon is the weather. Therefore the author formulates the problem, namely how to determine the beginning of the lunar month according to the Indonesian Ministry of Religion and analysis according to fiqh and astronomy with the study of the Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) regarding the determination of the beginning of Ramadan, Shawwal and Zulhijah 1435 H/ 2014 M – 1440 H/ 2019 M. This research includes a qualitative research library. The primary data source for this research is the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia (1 Ramadan, Shawwal and Dzulhijjah) in 1381 H -1440 H / 1962 AD - 2019 AD issued by the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, while secondary data sources were obtained from documents , reports, manuscripts and technical instructions that support primary data. The determination of the beginning of the lunar month carried out by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the government's ijtihad carried out to unite Muslims in Indonesia, the determination through an isbat meeting based on the results of reckoning and verification of the rukyatul hilal which is carried out throughout Indonesia. In fiqh terms, the determination made by the government is in accordance with fiqh principles, including hukm al-hakim ilzan wa yarfa'u al khilaf, tasharruf al-imam 'ala raiyatih manuthun bi al mashlahah, and yattabi' al mashlahah ar raajihah. The Qibla compass feature is interesting because it utilizes the device's compass sensor that users can immediately find out the Qibla direction indicated by the feature and according to the circumstances of the surrounding environment, starting with calibration first. With the Qibla compass feature in the Quran Kemenag application, it can make it easier for people to determine the Qibla direction and can use it whenever and wherever they are. The purpose of this study is to explain in more detail the method of measuring the Qibla direction using Qibla compass on Quran kemenag application and to explain in detail the accuracy of the Qibla direction using the Qibla compass on Quran Kemenag application. The research method is included in the type of qualitative research that is descriptive (descriptive research) and classified as field research (Field Research), namely direct observation of objects studied in the field. The primary data sources for this research are observation data and measurement results data from features in the Quran Kemenag application Version 2.1.4. The secondary data is reports of collaborative community service activities for lecturers and students. This research found the results that Qibla compass on Quran Kemenag application is very easy to use, namely by opening the application then clicking the compass feature and placing the cellphone on a calibrated flat plane, the feature shows the Qibla direction. The level of accuracy of the Qibla direction from the compass feature is different from the theodolite results, namely by a difference of 1'-2'. So that the differences make the Qibla compass feature on Quran Kemenag application is not suitable to be used as the main reference in determining the Qibla direction, for example for the construction of mosques and meunasah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode perhitungan jadwal waktu salat dan keakurasian jadwal waktu salat di dataran tinggi. Kajian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dengan survey lokasi. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan survei lokasi guna memperoleh jadwal salat dan data lokasi perhitungan untuk keperluan analisis waktu salat di dataran tinggi Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan jadwal salat di Kecamatan Bebesen data ketinggian tempat tidak digunakan, variasi jadwal salat ada jadwal digital dan manual (print out), beberapa jadwal salat diantaranya menggunakan titik koordinat sosial religius dan menggunakan konversi. Dalam penyusunan jadwal salat perlu diperhatikan kelengkapan data yang digunakan, karena data penyusunan menjadi jaminan kredibilitas akurasi jadwal salat. From the help of the Sun, many qibla direction instruments were born such as the Mizwala Qibla Finder and Qiblat Tracker. In this case the author wants to test the accuracy of both instruments with the help of theodolites. To find out the extent of the accuracy of the results of measuring the direction of the Qibla with the instrument, the author formulated several research questions. 1 what is the qibla direction measurement technique using Mizwala Qibla Finder and Qibla Tracker? 2 how is the accuracy rate of Qibla direction using Mizwala Qibla Finder and Qibla Tracker? To answer these research questions, the author uses a qualitative research method with an astronomical approach, the primary data used is in the form of the results of a trial measurement of qibla direction with Mizwala Qibla Finder and Qibla Tracker. Matahari merupakan benda langit yang bisa dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan awal waktu salat. Selama ini masyarakat menentukan waktu-waktu salat itu dengan cara melihat bayang-bayang matahari, piringan matahari dan syafaq (twilight). Selama ini masarakat juga hanya melihat keindahan warna langit barat tanpa mengetahui apa saja yang mempengaruhi perbedaan warna langit pada setiap harinya. Dalam hal ini penulis ingin meneliti astronomical twilight, karena penulis sendiri sangat tertarik dan penasaran dengan langit senja astronomical twilight. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh warna dan keakurasian astronomical twilight, tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui apa saja yang mempengaruhi astronomical twilight dalam menentukan awal waktu salat Isya, untuk mengetahui bagaimana keakuratan astronomical twilight dalam menentukan awal waktu salat Isya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan astronomi, data primer yang digunakan berupa hasil dokumentasi foto langit barat pada tanggal 18, 20, 21, 22 dan 23 Mei 2022 dan hasil wawancara kepala BMKG Lhokseumawe. Data yang dikumpulkan lalu dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadinya perbedaan warna setiap harinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh suhu udara, di Lhokseumawe langit sudah benar-benar gelap (astronomical twilight) rata-rata pada pukul 19:33. Keterlihatan hilal kerap sekali gagal teramati di lokasi pemantauan hilal, Observatorium atau POB (Pos Observasi Bulan), Observatorium merupakan tempat pengamatan hilal yang rutin melakukan rukyat hilal setiap awal bulan hijriah, Observatorium Teungku Chieek Kuta Karang merupakan Observatorium yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah dibawah naungan kementerian agama Provinsi Aceh, yang memiliki gedung dan instrumet pengamatan yang moderen. Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Tingkat Keberhasilan Rukyat Hilal Di Observatorium Teungku Chiek Kuta Karang dengan dua rumusan masalah yaitu: Bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan Rukyat Hilal dan apa saja faktor-faktor yang menghambat Rukyat Hilal di Observatorium Tgk. Chiek Kuta Karang Lhoknga Aceh Besar. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field reserch). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan interview dan dokumentasi guna memperoleh data pengamatan di Observatorium ditambah dengan Klimatologi saat pengamatan dari BMKG Stasiun Klimatologi Kelas IV Aceh. Kemudian Interview penulis lakukan dengan Tim Falakiyah di Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi Aceh untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengamatan dan faktor kendala saat pengamatan rukyat hilal. Hasil penelitian adalah 1). Pelaksanaan rukyat hilal Bulan Ramadhan, Syawal, dan Dzulhijjah di Observatorium Teungku Chiek Kuta Karang dalam 5 tahur terakhir ini hanya satu kali hilal yang berhasil terlihat di lokasi tersebut. 2). So far, the measurement of the direction of the Qibla in most methods always uses the Sun, the Sun is one of the celestial bodies that can be used as a reference to measure the direction of the Qibla either in the shadow of the Sun or the azimuth of the Sun. In this case, the author wants to test using the azimuth of the full moon, because there are still many who do not know that the measurement of the direction of the Qibla can not only be with the Sun but can also use the Moon. To find out the extent of the accuracy of the results of measuring the direction of the Qibla with the azimuth of the Moon, the authors formulated several research questions. 1 what is the technique of measuring the direction of the qibla using the azimuth of the full moon? 2 what is the accuracy of qibla direction using the azimuth of the full moon? To answer the research question, the author uses a qualitative research method with an astronomical approach, the primary data used are in the form of trial results of measuring the direction of the Qibla during the full Moon, namely the night of the 14th, and 16th which is marked with a lunar illumination value above 95 percent, and night 15 which is marked with a Lunar illumination value of 100 percent. on the first day obtained a value difference of 00° 03' 50\", on the second day obtained a difference in value of 0° 02' 20 and on the third day obtained a difference in value of 0° 02' 12 The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The results of the study can be concluded that the technique of measuring the direction of the Qibla using the azimuth of the full Moon is the same as the technique of measuring the direction of the Qibla by using the azimuth of the Sun.
