This research is a type of library research (library research). The data sources that are the study of this research are books, scientific articles from journals, papers, magazines, and so on, which are relevant to this study and can answer the main problem. At the same time, the approach used in this research is philosophical. While the data collection technique used is documentation. In order to direct the accuracy and accuracy of the data under study, the analysis method used is content analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the competence of Indonesian students in writing scientific papers is still very low. In writing, most of them do not heed the guidelines and rules of writing scientific papers, and the level of plagiarism is very high. Based on the research results, in general, the most challenging problems students face in writing scientific papers are difficulties in obtaining references and not knowing writing techniques. Like Italy which as a whole imposes a lockdown and does not respect other human rights, Indonesia is implementing travel tires against foreign nationals who come from the UK, where this can be said to be a form of discrimination committed against only certain citizens of the country, and others. Because of this, it is important to look from another perspective regarding respect for human rights at this time in order to achieve respect for human rights. This article is in the decision of the Religious Court of Madiun City number 0020/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Mn. The judge only granted the application for permission to have polygamy and rejected the application for separation of joint property; the decision was not granted on the verdict. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method that produces descriptive data analysis. Primary data in the form of the judge's decision of the Religious Court of Madiun City Number 0020/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Mn The secondary source of library materials in the form of books and interviews with judges. The results of this study there are three conclusions, namely 1). That is the decision with case number 0020/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Mn is by the rules of Maslahah Dzaruriyyah because in this matter, to preserve religion, soul, intellect, lineage, and property have been fulfilled. Only one thing has not been fulfilled about the property, so the more significant problem must come first. 2). The maslahah of formal and material written evidence has been met, but in the evidence of common property is not by the law, the judge rejected it, and it is by the maslahah mu'tabaroh supported by syara '. 3). The maslahah in the witness evidence, including the maslahah hajjiyah, is less than maximum, or it is still doubtful that the witness only knows it. Not by the material requirements (Article 171 HIR/308 RBg) to see, hear, and experience for himself. The type of research conducted by the author is field research using qualitative methods, while the data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. From this research, it can be concluded that 1) The maslahah element in the implementation of the production sharing agreement in Sumberdodol village is that the owner of the garden has prospered the farm cultivator by providing a good job. Farmers can work to supplement their family’s needs. While the element of mafsadah is the distribution of results that is not in accordance with the agreement and the cultivator does not yet know the deadline for the end of the collaboration. 2) The level of maslahah hifz al-mal in cooperation for profit-sharing in the village of Sumberdodol is included in the Hajiyah level, its existence is needed to provide convenience and eliminate difficulties in human life.
