It is provided that three lay architecture. Composition service based on OWL-S, GA model is the middle model and the Promela model is the verification model, SPIN as a model validator. The OWL-S composition Web services transform a top-down conversation protocol process into a GA model, use WAST tool into Promela model, the SPIN tool analysis and verification structure and performance of composition services. The search results are rather inaccurate. The essential reason is that description of Web Service lacks semantic information. Search Engines can't achieve the interaction automatically and intelligently among services. In this paper, we design and implement a SWSF-SP (Semantic Web Service Framework- Service Pool). Based on domain ontology, we introduce semantic condition expression converter which is designed to describe the SWS (Semantic Web Service) matchmaking condition and semantic expansion reasoning algorithm is applied to expand user's query keywords. The experimental results show that the SWSF-SP simplifies the process of SWS search. This paper proposes a new method, which uses coordinate axis rotation and projection transformation to measure the area. The advantages of this method are: transform the 3D measurement into 2D, reduces the computation complexity, moreover, and simplifies the process of computation. Experiments prove that the method has small measurement difference, high reliability; and it can measure the cross-sectional area of vertebral canal precisely. Clustering-based indexing structures are quite efficient for high-dimensional data indexing. Unfortunately, clustering-based indexing structures are normally static, and the whole structures have to be rebuilt after inserting new data. To resolve this issue, a two-level indexing method, called PASDS plus PPAT method, has been developed in this paper. In the PASDS level, clusters and their subspaces can be partially updated, while the indexing trees within the clusters are able to be partially updated at the PPAT level. By choosing proper number of children nodes, the proposed method can balance query accuracy and indexing efficiency. Firstly, emergency resource scheduling problem is discussed in the transport path optimization. Then according to the actual situation of emergence decision-making, of chance-constrained model a model of fuzzy chance constrained programming (FCCP) based on the credibility theory is constructed with fuzzy times. And a hybrid intelligent algorithm for solving chance constrained programming models with fuzzy decisions was also designed. Due to the premature phenomenon of genetic algorithm (GA), the simulated annealing algorithm is introduced in which selection and mutation operator is modified,. So the convergent speed has been increased and premature phenomenon can be avoided.
