This relationship between roles and interactions reveals whether stakeholders’ embedded capacity and formal authority (proxied by role of each stakeholder) would result in effective management and governance of border region. The paper aims to illuminate specific roles of stakeholders that influence and/or impede their interactions with other stakeholders. Drawing from the case of Mount Ijen bordering between Banyuwangi and Bondowoso in East Java, we analyze whether stakeholders’ roles and interactions are shaped by the specific characteristics of the area within the Mount Ijen region that lead to the emergence of particular governance mode. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The analysis techniques used are pattern matching and stakeholder. Two significant roles are identified: policy creators and facilitators, of which these two were influenced by physical aspects, institutional arrangements and legal binding concerns.","PeriodicalId":192769,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kebijakan","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115060497","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the facts in the field industry agglomerates and uses land for industry. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of industrial existence on land use in Way Lunik Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City. Researchers used Spatial Analysis with map overlay analysis techniques to see land use conditions in 2001-2021. Furthermore, using descriptive qualitative analysis with sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling and snowball sampling to identify the impact of the existence of industrial estates. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, land use changes change the physical and non-physical land use conditions. There are changes in land use and changes in economic activity. The dominant land use change is the change in land use to industry. Changes in economic activity are directly reflected in changes in land use, changes in the function of residential buildings, changes in yard area, distance between buildings, land ownership, land prices, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and the most important community activities.","PeriodicalId":192769,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kebijakan","volume":"92 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125111980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the mixed-use areas with high mobility in Bandar Lampung is the Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam Mixed Area, Bandar Lampung City. The Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam Mixed Area does not meet the standards in fulfilling pedestrian path facilities. This is indicated by the fact that there are still many roads in this area with no pedestrian path. The condition compels pedestrian to pass through the road, thus increasing the risk of accidents. This study aims to identify the need and availability of pedestrian path in the Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam Mixed Area, based on pedestrian path' quantity, and distribution. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry has nominated Bandar Lampung as one of Indonesia's dirtiest cities. The waste quantity produced increases, but waste management does not run optimally. In addition, the Bakung TPA still applies the open dumping method so that the waste is immediately disposed of without any processing. The processing carried out is merely limited to composting at several sources of market waste. Technology and innovation in waste management continue to formulate, and it can help improve the quality of waste management. Therefore, this study aims to formulate the best strategy for optimizing the waste management system integrated with technology and innovation. This study used a qualitative deductive approach with descriptive analysis and AWOT analysis (AHP and SWOT). It was concluded that the best strategy to optimize waste management in Bandar Lampung City is the defensive strategy. The strategy consists of fulfilling infrastructure and staff according to standards, increasing efforts and maintenance funds by the government and community retribution, waste socialization movements and simultaneous assistance, optimizing existing technologies and innovations, integrating waste management systems, pursuing a waste monitoring movement, and digitizing the waste management system.","PeriodicalId":192769,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kebijakan","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126766844","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Twelve variables are gathered from several works of literature, namely trip cost, parking cost, trip duration, trip distance, number of people on the trip, the highest number of lanes in the trip, the age of the trip maker(s), number of vehicle ownership, whether those are motorized or non-motorized, and the number of household member. Correlations between variables are more than possible to find in that amount. Therefore, a principal component analysis is used to group the variables into factors, representing the structure or dimension laid down beneath them. This method shows that five groups of variables, or factors, are generated. The result then is compared to number of literatures that priorly have been reviewed. These factors finally are refined by grouping them into only 3 factors: “trip characteristics”, which consist of trip duration, the highest number of lanes in the trip, and trip distance. The second factor, namely trip-maker characteristics, which is built upon trip maker’s age(s), number of people on the trip, and vehicle ownership of the trip maker(s). The last, but not least, factor is labeled “household structure”, with its variables being the number of adults and kids in the trip maker’s household. Each factor also contains the variables’ factor loadings.","PeriodicalId":192769,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kebijakan","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115169999","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural activities, the application of technology, especially digital-based ones, is very necessary because it has a significant impact on improving the economy of farming communities in particular, one of which is the digitalization of agriculture.Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it is known that the application of agricultural digitization in terms of the use of applications used as online marketing media in Adiluwih and Gadingrejo sub-districts is still relatively low. The low use of this application is due to several factors that influence the use of agricultural applications, including farmer readiness factors, age factors, gender factors, education factors, extension factors, and income factors. Furthermore, this agricultural digitization has an impact on the economic level of the farming community, although it is still relatively low, this digitalization can increase farmers' income by 8.5%. This increase in income is obtained from the marketing of agricultural products through online media which is part of the digitalization tools in agriculture. This is an opportunity so that the application of digitalization and information technology in agriculture can be developed optimally in order to increase the economic growth of rural communities.","PeriodicalId":192769,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kebijakan","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124652005","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Achieving common prosperity is a reflection of the success of development that is expected by every country in general, including Indonesia. Prosperity can be measured by a decrease in the level of poverty which if the prosperity of an area increases, it means that there is a decrease in the level of poverty. This paper aims to map the pattern of poverty at two points in time, namely 2015 and 2020 between regions in Indonesia. In mapping poverty patterns and trends, the spatial analysis method is used to determine the distribution pattern of poverty between regions in Indonesia. As a result, there are various patterns of poverty ranging from very low to very high class, with poverty in the east being higher than in the west. Based on the changing trend, regions with high poverty rates such as Papua Island actually had the largest poverty reduction from 2015 to 2020 but this has not been able to change their position into regions with the highest poverty rates.","PeriodicalId":192769,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Kebijakan","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127867641","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
