The results show that, in the future, it is necessary to improve the level of spatial division of labor in manufacturing industry and give full play to the agglomeration economic advantages of spatial division of labor in manufacturing industry; spatial division of labor has a significant positive correlation with regional economic growth; the degree of specialization of service industry has been continuously improved, and now it has developed to a higher level; in the aspect of urban carriers, different stage, speed and competitiveness of urban development and the problems faced will be different. In terms of enterprise carriers, the Yangtze River Delta region actively introduces and goes out. Multinational corporations as well as small and medium sized enterprise, are leveraging their IP assets in exchange for finance, and lending institutions around the world are increasingly extending their business to provide loans on the basis of IP. Intellectual property financing plays a significant role to solve the financing problem for a number of the small and medium sized enterprises. As one of the highly developed countries in the market economy, the financing of intellectual property in the United States tends to be mature. Based on the study of the financing of intellectual property in the United States, we can get a lot of inspirations and enlightenments from the social judicial experience of United States. We used World Bank data for five former Soviet Union countries and Worldwide governance index (WGI) data on institutional quality and governance, for the period 1996-2015 and applied Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares method to investigate the impact of institutional and governance development on economic growth. We found a positive and significant effect of change of Institutional and Governance on economic growth in all the countries. Based on the objective reality, and supported by the relevant theories of international trade, the current situation of trade structure of China and the United States is analyzed and summarized. Through the further accurate classification of trade goods, the changes and trends of three types of trade commodities, such as resource intensive, labor intensive and capital intensive types, are studied from various angles of change range of trade commodity structure, trade union degree, commodity coupling degree, and commodity market coupling degree.
