It is an opposite of subtractive manufacturing in which material\u0000removal is required to reach the desired shape. ALM has better capabilities than the original 3D printing that used\u0000mainly for rapid prototyping because it makes the production more efficient if it is used in advanced applications\u0000such as creating highly customized products, producing small volume of serial components and visualizing tool in\u0000design, the future applications may concern human organs creation, clothes manufacturing and food confection. These weak formations\u0000may not detain sand particle movement, and produce along with the hydrocarbon fluids at high rates. This undesirable\u0000sand production can cause many different problems at surface as well as at sub-surface. An effective way of dealing\u0000with this problem is the use of gravel pack technique. However, designing gravel pack treatment requires consideration\u0000of different influencing parameters. This research aims to study the performance of gravel pack along with the gravel\u0000pack height and permeability on the well flow. The approach taken in this study includes the well performance\u0000modeling using a commercial simulator. A filed data is collected for gas condensate well that is being produced from\u0000Lower Goru Massive Sand Formation. The collected field data is simulated to compare the performance of Gas\u0000Condensate well before and after gravel pack completion. With this, the analysis is carried out to determine the effect\u0000of gravel pack height 8 permeability on flow parameters (i.e; flow rates of fluids, sand control losses, frictional losses,\u0000sand control skin, gravel pack critical velocity). Lastly, an appropriate height and permeable gravel is recommended\u0000on the basis of simulation results.

Research has proven that\u0000low salinity waterflooding is an economical and environmentally friendly process and it can give a higher amount of\u0000oil recoveries than the conventional waterflooding method. This study aims to run sensitivity analysis of water injection\u0000parameters like salt concentration, pattern selection, and injection rates. Secondly to use the pressure maintenance\u0000technique instead of pressure enhancement. The result indicated that the optimum injection rate was achieved at 6000\u0000bbl/day with a salt concentration of 0 to 5000ppm, while high saline water indicated no or little change in production.\u0000As far as flooding pattern is concerned, single injection and single production gave the optimum results. Artificial lift methods defined as to application of artificial method\u0000through which flow of crude oil production can be increased or improved from production well. In general, this could\u0000be done through a mechanical device that are used inside the well like pump or velocity string, this method is working\u0000through decreasing the weight of the hydrostatic column with injecting gas into the liquid phase distance down the\u0000well. To develop a troubleshooting model of pumping capacity of jet pump to achieve optimized flow rate using well\u0000performance nodal software (SNAP). To abridge the pump selection technique by conducting sensitivity analysis over\u0000nozzle and throat size. In this studies SNAP Software is used to select proper nozzle and throat for jet pump in various\u0000conditions, to avoid the problems. Through SNAP can analyze relationships between the reservoir, wellbore, and\u0000surface equipment to determine a wells’ production capacities. After that in this study troubleshooting for jet pump\u0000will also be discussed, in which most common problem of jet pump occurred during operation and installation will be\u0000indicated. Proper specific gravity ratio of reservoir fluid and power fluid can optimize high efficiency of jet pump. It is\u0000also observed that viscosity ratio of reservoir fluid to the power fluid can reduce the quantity of light oil in power fluid.\u0000(again economical). The HAP can be synthesized in two ways, through chemical methods and through extraction from\u0000natural resources. The evaluation compromises rainfall occurrence of 30 years, riparian habitats, and the river flow\u0000of 12 years. The rainfall analysis was carried out by the Standard Precipitation Index (SPI). Only three stations that\u0000contain continuous monthly precipitation data were considered. The river health and water quality were determined\u0000by the QBR (Riparian Habitat Quality), while the environmental flow was estimated by Tennant method. SPI results\u0000show a rainfall increment pattern with regular, extreme, and plentiful downpours causing rough deluges and floods.\u0000The ultimate flow result to support the river habitats was found 60% of the natural flow in the main channel. Cement\u0000isolates the wellbore in completion of oil and gas wells, prevents failure of casing, and it also prevents wellbore fluids\u0000so that they cannot be contaminated from fresh water aquifers. In slurry state cement is distinguished by rheological\u0000properties like plastic viscosity and yield stress. Proper selection of cement slurries plays a vital role in well\u0000commenting and that could be possible with the utilization of efficient materials that may results the superior\u0000rheological properties of cement slurry i.e. plastic viscosity, gel and yield strength. The selection of cement has been\u0000done on account of higher values of compressive strengths for which quality of cement sheath will be enhanced.\u0000Cement Slurry design can be optimized by operators for which it is mandatory for operators that they have\u0000knowledge about actual temperature that cement will encounter inside wellbore. Down hole temperatures of\u0000cementing have impact on thickening time, rheology, and compressive strength development. In this research work\u0000Rice Husk Ash (RHA) and Egg Shell Powder (ESP) are used in cement slurry so that compressive strength of cement\u0000specimen can be increased. The cement slurry has been made from locally manufactured cement, water, RHA and\u0000ESP. Cement slurry of 600ml by volume has been prepared.
