Advantage of this system is to use of renewable energy\u0000source that is free in cost and an eco-friendly, economical and simple device. There are so many researcher who\u0000focuses to improve the efficiency and to maintain the continuous heat supply of the double pass solar air heater using\u0000sensible storage material. The heat transfer and friction characteristics due to the sensible storage material of solar\u0000air heaters have been reviewed in this research. A double pass solar air heater was fabricated and integrated with\u0000thermal storage system and powdered cherry pits are used as a thermal storage medium. The performance of this\u0000heater was studied for different configurations. The solar heater integrated with thermal storage delivered\u0000comparatively high temperature. The efficiency of the air heater integrated with thermal storage was also higher\u0000than the air heater without thermal storage system. The study concluded that the presence of the thermal storage\u0000medium at the absorber plate is the best configuration.

The use of Ozone to finish denim jeans offers environmental and economic benefits by reducing rinse periods, water use, and energy consumption. Ozone is a specialized oxidant with a strong oxidation potential and can decolorize textile effluents, and it has a particular affinity for indigo. This paper will demonstrate why Ozone-based denim wash should be recognized as sustainable in different aspects of denim washing. The study observed that denim fabric finishing with Ozone particles has reduced garments processing time and requires less water and chemicals than the Conventional finishing method. Moreover, because of the low use of chemicals and water, ozone-based finishing produces a minimal amount of wastewater which eventually has less impact on the ETP as well as less effect on the environment than the traditional denim washing method. Also, it gives two times more production than conventional. With an in-depth evaluation of different washing points, this paper has concluded that Ozone-based wash is a promising finishing treatment for denim products.

DFM and assembly is widely used in industry, especially in product design and development process. to meet customer needs, companies are struggling with competitive markets to produce low cost products with high quality and faster to market. It becomes an important concept as the best time to find cost reductions, at design stage, rather than during manufacturing. The paper concludes with some general guidelines that suggest how manufacturing firms can develop useful, effective DFM. Overall goal with the paper is to aid designers, manufacturers, process planners in the practical industries on the ground and researchers in the mentioned area of study.

Syringe based extrusion is technique of the additive manufacturing technology in which is mainly used for bioprinting, paste extrusions e.t.c. A syringe is used for the extrusion of material or printable inks; the material to be printed is placed in the syringe. The syringe plunger helps the material to extrude out of the syringe with certain diameter. Syringe plunger is moved forward through a gear set up to the stepper motor. Designing and development of the syringe extruder components is done in affordable ways and tested with several printable parameters. The application of these techniques is mainly in medical field (bioprinting) for fabrication of bone tissues, cell tissues. A good quality print is obtained using the parameters (print speed, travel speed, flow rate) and also calculated value of extrusion multiplier. The print quality can further improve using the bionks with good viscosity and some design changes of the setup and also by accurate leveling of print bed and better calibration of the printer after installing the syringe setup on the normal printer setup.

Cement is a key component in the production of\u0000mortar and concrete. Natural limestone is used to make cement. When limestone is burned to make cement, carbon\u0000dioxide gas is liberated as a by-product, which is considered as a greenhouse gas with adverse environmental effects.\u0000Waste materials can be used in the manufacture of mortar and concrete to minimize negative consequences and\u0000natural resource utilization. In investigations, a powdered form of eggshell passed through a 90µm IS sieve and jute\u0000fiber was employed as a partial alternative for cement in the production of cement mortar. Eggshells are abundant in\u0000calcium oxide and have a chemical composition similar to natural limestone. The cement mortar is formed with a 1:3\u0000mix ratio. ESP is added in percentages of 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% by cement weight. Mechanical properties such as\u0000split-tensile, compressive and flexural strength with percent Jute fiber were compared to a nominal cement mortar\u0000cube. The ideal fiber length is 5-10mm.
