Metode pengabdian terbagi 3 tahap yakni tahap pra program KIE, Penerapan program KIE dan pasca program KIE. As educators of Vocational High Schools, especially in the Department of Computer and Network Engineering, teachers and students are expected to increase their understanding in the field of computer networks using Mikrotik. Mikrotik training is given to teachers and students at SMK Negeri 10 Malang to be able to implement a network system and can become a trainer to be able to teach about Mikrotik in their schools. This training is used to prepare teachers and students to face the certification of the basic network system or Mikrotik Certified Network (MCTMA). Kurikulum pendidikan terbaru mendorong pembelajaran IPA harus bersifat kontekstual yang artinya menerapkan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sains. Pembentukan karakter ini dapat dibangun dengan metode pembelajaran dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering dan Mathematics) dengan mengangkat tema tertentu. Material-material baru dalam teknologi seperti komposit dapat diambil sebagai contoh aplikasi dalam pembelajaran IPA sehingga peserta didik tidak hanya terkotak pada materi-materi pembelajaran berupa konsep tetapi mengetahui terkait aplikasi dan kaitan materi-materi dengan teknologi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di MA Tri Bhakti  dengan sasaran  guru-guru mata pelajaran IPA dengan  kegiatan sosialisasi material komposit dan aplikasinya khususnya dalam bidang perkeretaapian, sehingga diharapkan dapat menambah referensi  guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar IPA  seperti dalam pembelajaran tematik. It is known that high prevalence of gout occurs at the age of 75 years and over and is more often experienced by women with a percentage of 8.46% compared to men with a percentage of 6.13%. Gout is the most common arthritis that appears with symptoms of swelling, redness, pain, hot sensations and often interferes with movement. The Health Office of the City of Depok stated that gout arthritis (a disease of gout) is one of the most common diseases of the top 10 diseases that occur in the elderly in Depok City. Preliminary studies show that there are still many elderly people who have never had their uric acid levels checked. This needs special attention because if the uric acid levels in a person's body are not known, it can result in a decrease in physical condition and affect the activities of the elderly. The uric acid examination was carried out on 33 ordinary elderly people in the work area of Posbindu Widuri RW 08, Mampang, Pancoran Mas District, Depok. These elderly need a health effort that facilitates them to determine the health status of uric acid levels in the blood. Examination of uric acid in the elderly lasted for three hours at Posbindu Widuri. The elderly take turns being checked for vital signs, checked for uric acid and given health education. The results of the examination showed that the percentage of elderly people in the Posbindu Widuri working area with high uric acid levels was 39.4%. The evaluation is carried out by looking at the results of the uric acid examination that has been carried out. The results of the activity show that there are still many elderly people who have high uric acid levels. Personal education is given to the elderly with high uric acid test results in order to improve lifestyle so that uric acid levels in the blood return to normal levels.
