The Aek Bamban village office is one of the government centers that takes care of all activities related to carrying out administrative activities in the village, one of which is Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). Direct cash assistance is a government program by providing cash or other assistance, whether conditional or not, given to the poor in each village. However, the selection of beneficiaries in Aek Bamban village has not been on target and the recipient's assessment can be subjective, causing injustice in the provision of assistance. Another problem is that Aek Bamban village staff still use the manual method by checking the documents of prospective recipients and matching them with the existing criteria one by one without using tools and there is no implementation of a decision-making system for recipients of direct cash assistance. To overcome these problems, a decision making system for recipients of direct cash assistance was created using the composite performance index method using several criteria such as age, income, dependents, and type of house with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research will later produce useful applications for the analysis of residents who are most deserving of assistance and help staff to speed up performance in determining the classification of social assistance, so that errors can be avoided and results more accurate. Keywords: BLT; composite performance index; SPK Abstrak: Kantor desa Aek Bamban terletak di kecamatan Aek Songsongan, kabupaten Asahan, provinsi Sumatera Utara, memiliki sekitar 1036 penduduk. Kantor desa Aek Bamban salah satu pusat pemerintahan yang mengurus segala kegiatan terkait untuk melaksanakan kegiatan administrasi di desa, salah satunya adalah Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Bantuan langsung tunai adalah suatu program pemerintah dengan memberikan uang tunai atau bantuan lainnya baik bersyarat maupun tidak yang diberikan kepada masyarakat miskin disetiap desa. Namun pemilihan penerima bantuan di desa Aek Bamban belum tepat sasaran dan penilaian penerima dapat menjadi subjektif, menyebabkan ketidakadilan dalam pemberian bantuan. Masalah lainnya staf desa Aek Bamban masih menggunakan cara manual dengan memeriksa dokumen calon penerima dan mencocokkan dengan kriteria yang ada satu persatu tanpa menggunakan tools dan belum adanya implementasi sistem pengambilan keputusan penerima bantuan langsung tunai. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibuat sistem pengambilan keputusan penerima bantuan langsung tunai menggunakan metode composite performance index menggunakan beberapa kriteria seperti umur, penghasilan, tanggungan, dan jenis rumah dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database Mysql. The complaints of Xanthelasma patients frequently take the shape of aesthetic problems; while these conditions may not always cause death, they can lower patients' levels of self-confidence, which can have a negative impact on their quality of life and make it more difficult for them to carry out their daily tasks. Despite having a tendency to expand, xanthelasma is not painful, does not inflame, and does not typically turn malignant. Extremely rarely, severe jaundice may affect eyelid function and result in drooping or drooping of the eyelid. On the basis of these issues, a system of experts is required that can quickly identify Xanthelasma and offer suitable care to patients. The approach of the certainty factor is used to construct expert systems. Factor of ConfidenceXanthelasma adalah bentuk xanthomas (kondisi kulit) yang paling umum. Istilah Xanthelasma berasal dari kata Yunani xanthos (kuning) dan elasma (cakram/datar). Keluhan penderita Xanthelasma seringkali berupa gangguan kosmetik, walaupun tidak sampai menyebabkan kematian, namun dapat menurunkan kepercayaan diri pasien penderita Xanthelasma sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas hidup sehingga menghambat pekerjaan sehari-hari penderita. Xanthelasma tidak menimbulkan rasa sakit, tidak menyebabkan peradangan, dan tidak cenderung menjadi ganas, meskipun cenderung membesar. Dalam kasus yang sangat jarang, penyakit kuning yang besar dapat mengganggu fungsi kelopak mata dan menyebabkan kelopak mata terkulai atau terkulai.Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat dengan mudah digunakan untuk mendiagnosa Xanthelasma dan memberikan pengobatan yang tepat bagi penderita. Sistem pakar dibangun dengan menggunakan metode certainty factor. Teknologi pun sudah berkembang ke bidang medis. Teknologi di bidang medis sekarang sudah dapat melakukan medical check up. Medical check up adalah tahap awal pemeriksaan pasien. Hasil dari medical check up dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa pasien. Medical check up yang paling wajib dilakukan salah satunya adalah pemeriksaan detak jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia. Untuk mengetahui kondisi ini, tidak perlu pergi ke Rumah Sakit untuk melakukan pengecekannnya. Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk melakukan pengecekan pun terbilang mahal untuk kalangan menengah kebawah. Ini disebabkan peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk pengecekan mahal. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan alat dengan harga yang terjangkau untuk dapat mengetahui kondisi jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia. Dari penjelasan di atas maka muncullah sebuah ide untuk membuat alat yang bisa berguna untuk membantu melakukan pengukuran dan monitoring detak jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia secara mudah dengan menggunakan pulse sensor dan sensor suhu MLX90614 Hasil hipotesa dari sebuah pengukuran menggunakan sensor yang di kontrol lewat sebuah mikrokontroler NodemCu, dan dapat di tampilkan di layar laptop. Sales data at the Citra Roti Factory fluctuated, namely sometimes sales increased and sometimes sales decreased. This is because the sales of bread at Citra bakery are also influenced by service. There are some customers who feel the quality of service is relatively low so that problem solving cannot be resolved optimally. The service period is relatively long so that the sales service process at the Citra bakery factory is slow, which is detrimental to customers. Human resources are still lacking so officers will find it difficult to provide services. To overcome these problems, a system was created to determine the quality of service provided to customers. The Service Quality method can be used as a measure of service quality. The results of this study are to determine the decision support system in the analysis of the service quality of selling bread that is applied at the Citra bakery factory. The application of the Service Quality method will speed up the decision-making process in analyzing the service level of bakery product sales at Citra bakery. Keywords: decision support system; service quality method; factory citra bread. Abstrak: Citra Roti Factory merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan dan penjualan roti. Data penjualan di Pabrik Citra Roti berfluktuasi yaitu terkadang penjualan meningkat dan terkadang penjualan menurun. Hal ini dikarenakan penjualan roti di toko roti Citra juga dipengaruhi oleh pelayanan. Ada sebagian pelanggan yang merasa kualitas pelayanan relatif rendah sehingga dalam penyelesaian masalah tidak dapat diselesaikan secara optimal. Masa pelayanan yang relatif lama sehingga proses pelayanan penjualan di pabrik roti Citra lambat sehingga merugikan pelanggan. Sumber daya manusia masih kurang sehingga petugas akan kesulitan dalam memberikan pelayanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah suatu sistem untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan. Metode Service Quality dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur kualitas layanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pendukung keputusan dalam analisis kualitas pelayanan penjualan roti yang diterapkan di pabrik roti Citra. Penerapan metode Service Quality akan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menganalisis tingkat pelayanan penjualan produk bakery di Citra bakery. Some of the compression techniques that are often used are Run Length Encoding. The RLE algorithm allows a significant size reduction by reducing the number of symbols in a row to a number of the number of symbols in a row. But for text compression the RLE algorithm still cannot be used because there are no symbols or letters that line up. To improve the results of text compression from the RLE algorithm, data changes can be used first, such as using the Burrows-Wheeler Transform algorithm and the Sequitur algorithm. The RLE algorithm cannot compress text because a row of text words is arranged randomly so that the word has a meaning, BWT and Sequitur managed to make changes to the sample text, but RLE still cannot execute it properly, so the RLE algorithm is not suitable for text compression. Keywords: compression; RLE; BWT; Sequitur; Comparison Abstrak: Untuk melakukan pengurangan ukuran bisa dilakukan dengan teknik kompresi. Beberapa teknik kompresi yang sering digunakan adalah Run Length Encoding. Algoritma RLE memungkinkan pengurangan ukuran yang signifikan dengan mempersingkat jumlah dari simbol yang berderet dengan angka dari jumlah simbol yang berderet tersebut. Namun untuk kompresi teks algoritma RLE masih belum bisa digunakan karena tidak ada simbol atau huruf yang berderet. Untuk meningkatkan hasil kompresi teks dari algoritma RLE dapat digunakan perubahan data terlebih dahulu, seperti menggunakan algoritma Burrows-Wheeler Transform dan algoritma Sequitur. Algoritma RLE tidak bisa untuk kompresi teks karena deretan dari suatu kata teks disusun secara acak sehingga kata tersebut memiliki suatu arti, BWT dan Sequitur berhasil melakukan perubahan pada teks sampel, namun RLE tetap tidak bisa mengeksekusinya dengan baik, sehingga algoritma RLE tidak cocok untuk kompresi teks. However, the process of selecting beneficiaries is often considered not to be on target and a long process, so a decision-making system is needed in determining the eligibility of the right beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program. This study aims to determine the feasibility of beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program in Petatal Village, Batubara Regency using the Naïve Bayes method. The amount of data used in this research is 100 training data and 20 testing data with 8 criteria. The application of the Naïve Bayes method in this study obtained an accuracy rate of 100% and an error rate of 0% using Rapid Miner and the Confusion Matrix technique. Keywords: classification; family hope program; naïve bayes, PKH Abstrak: Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup melalui layanan pendidikan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Akan tetapi, dalam proses pemilihan penerimanya seringkali dianggap tidak tepat sasaran dan proses yang lama, sehingga, diperlukan sistem pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kelayakan penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan di Desa Petatal, Kabupaten Batubara dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Jumlah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 data training dan 20 data testing dengan 8 kriteria. Penerapan metode Naïve Bayes dalam penelitian ini memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 100% dan tingkat error 0% dengan menggunakan Rapid Miner dan teknik Confusion Matrix. Lack of public information about diabetes and constraints on the problem of hospital costs make people reluctant to check themselves at the health center, therefore this can help people find information early on to better maintain their health so they don't suffer from diabetes. Predictive efforts are needed to find out the approximate outcome of diagnosing diabetes in someone early on with Pregnancies, Glucose (sugar), BloodPressure (blood pressure), SkinThickness, Insulin, BMI (Weight), DiabetesPedigreeFunction, Age (Age). Furthermore, predictions use the regression method where there are 7 more methods including (1) Linear Regression, (2) Support Vector Regression - Linear, (3) Support Vector Regression - RBF, (4) Decision Tree Regression, (5) Random Forest Regressor, ( 6) Gradient Boosting Regression, (7) NLP Regressor applied in this study. The aim of the research is to be able to determine the best regression method based on 7 regression methods with the best accuracy value that will be used in the deploy process to predict the outcome of diagnosing diabetes in someone from an early age. Decision tree regression as the best method among other regression methods in 4 accuracy tests with ratios of 90:10, 80:20, 70:30 and 60:40.Keywords: diabetes, decision tree, regressionDiabetes merupakan penyakit yang berlangsung lama ditandai dengan kadar gula (glukosa) darah yang tinggi atau diatas normal. Kurangnya informasi masyarakat mengenai penyakit diabetes dan kendala masalah biaya kerumah sakit membuat masyarakat enggan untuk memeriksakan dirinya ke puskesmas, oleh karena itu ini dapat membantu masyarakat mengetahui informasi sejak dini untuk lebih menjaga kesehatan agar tidak menderita diabetes. Diperlukannya upaya prediksi untuk mengetahui perkiraan hasil diagnose diabetespada seseorang sejak dini dengan Pregnancies, Glucose (gula), BloodPressure (tekanan darah), SkinThickness , Insulin, BMI (Berat Badan), DiabetesPedigreeFunction, Age (Umur). Selanjutnya prediksi menggunakan metode regresi dimana terdapat 7 metode lagi meliputi (1) Linear Regression, (2) Support Vector Regression – Linear, (3) Support Vector Regression – RBF, (4) Decision Tree Regression, (5) Random Forest Regressor, (6) Gradient Boosting Regression, (7) NLP Regressor yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian untuk dapat menentukan metode regresi terbaik berdasarkan 7 metode regresi dengan nilai akurasi paling terbaik yang akan digunakan dalam proses pengolahan deploy untuk prediksi hasil diagnose diabetespada seseorang sejak dini. Palm oil is one of the well-known natural resources in the world today because it has high economic value, such as being able to produce palm oil, fuel and others. In Indonesia, one of the largest palm oil producers is the province of Riau, according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that Riau will be the largest palm oil producing region in Indonesia in 2021 with as many as 8,629 thousand tons. The quality of CPO is one of the main factors for customers to make purchasing decisions, especially the standards contained in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 01-2901-2006. The final quality of this palm oil product is determined by the combined results of CPO quality and kernel quality. Good quality raw materials will affect the selling price of raw materials for a good quality final product. Selection of the quality of palm oil products still uses old methods such as laboratory testing to check water content, free fatty acid levels, and others in the manufacture of CPO, which takes several days to get the results. The purpose of this study is to classify the quality of palm oil products with a method. Having an application/web can help the laboratory produce good CPO. The method used in this study is the Naive Bayes method to obtain data quickly and accurately. The accuracy of the Naive Bayes method in determining the quality of palm oil products is 82.05%.Keywords: qualification, quality, palm oil, naïve bayes Indonesia merupakan salah satu penghasil minyak kelapa sawit tertinggi di dunia. Kelapa sawit adalah salah satu sumber daya alam yang terkenal saat ini didunia karena memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi seperti dapat menghasilkan minyak sawit, bahan bakar dan lainnya. Di indonesia salah satu penghasil kelapa sawit terbesar adalah provinsi Riau, menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat Riau menjadi daerah penghasil kelapa sawit terbesar Di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 8.629 ribu ton. Kualitas CPO adalah salah satu faktor utama bagi pelanggan untuk membuat keputusan pembelian khususnya standar yang terdapat pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 01-2901-2006. Kualitas akhir dari produk kelapa sawit ini ditentukan dari gabungan hasil kualitas CPO dan kualitas kernel. Bahan mentah yang berkualitas baik akan mempengaruhi harga jual bahan mentah untuk kualitas akhir produk yang baik. Pemilihan kualitas produk kelapa sawitnya masih memakai cara yang lama seperti pengujian laboratorium untuk pengecekan kadar air, kadar asam lemak bebas, dan lainnya dalam pembuatan CPO, yang membutuhkan beberapa hari untuk mendapatkan hasilnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengklasifikasikan kualitas produk kelapa sawit dengan sebuah metode. Dengan adanya aplikasi/web dapat membantu pihak laboratorium dalam menghasilkan CPO yang baik. Penelitian studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, berlokasi di 2 kecamatan di Kabupaten Asahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan; Rendahnya daya saing produk UMKM Kabupaten Asahan disebabkan masih rendahnya penguasaan teknologi di kalangan pelaku usaha. Bila ada inovasi teknologi sifatnya temporer, hanya untuk keperluan pameran/eksebisi di tingkat regional dan nasional, bukan untuk peningkatan mutu produk, diversifikasi dan efisiensi dalam jangka pendek maupun peningkatan produksi secara berkelanjutan, peningkatan omzet, laba serta perluasan usaha dalam jangka panjang. Pengembangan technopreneurship kemitraan Prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Asahan (delivery order) merupakan best practice untuk memperluas dan memperkuat technopreneur unggul di daerah.
