The proposed single dual-band dual-polarized antenna uses multi-layer architecture, where feedings in shunt and in series are adopted for the two polarizations, respectively. A symmetrical array scheme collaborated with specified excitations is proposed for array applications to further improve the isolation level. A $pmb{1 times 4}$ array operated at 2.45 GHz and 3.5 GHz is designed for verification. Then advanced functionalities of MLWAs under the proposed pin-loaded EHo-and Eflr-mode are explicitly exhibited. It is a novel kind of two-group evolutionary algorithm that simulates a team upgrading process with member learning, exploring and renewal, possessing the abilities of global, local and directional search. The intrinsic mechanism of TPA makes itself highly competitive in solving optimization problems. This paper mainly focuses on the development and improvement of TPA, including the original procedure, several perfection researches and their applications in microwave component and antenna designs. By employing this low-loss liquid material into structure of patch antenna, the property of frequency reconfigurability with high radiation efficiency is achieved. A two-layer substrate is here presented, where the upper one is made of homogeneous PTFE substrate for printing metal and the lower layer consists of a transparent container, including air and transformer oil layers. By varying the height of transformer oil layer, effective permittivity of the entire substrate underneath the patch can be tuned to realize frequency reconfiguration. Both linearly and circularly polarized (LP and CP) patch antenna prototypes are designed to verify the proposed methodology. The linearly polarized one is finally selected to be fabricated and tested. Single- and double-diaphragm loading structures are taken into consideration, followed by analysis of different physical dimensions on the whole characteristics. The stop-bandwidth of double-diaphragm loaded filter can cover the single TE10 mode operation band of standard rectangular waveguide WR-62 with large stopband attenuation. By using a novel differential parallel inductor (DPI), the SRR realizes high sensitivity. The simulated results show that the sensitivity of the SRR is -90dBm, the 3dB bandwidth is 2.3GHz, and the gain is larger than 13.5dB in its range of the 3dB bandwidth. The power consumption is 10.4 mW while applying 1.2-V power supply. A novel multipactor simulation and analysis tool, which combines the full wave electromagnetic algorithm with the particle-in-cell method, is proposed for the visualization of the sophisticated physical evolution process and the prediction of the breakdown threshold of multipactor in practical EM systems. Based on the accurate description of Secondary Electron Emission(SEE) phenomenon through experimental measurements and numerical fitting, the electron multipaction principles and basic theories have been deeply studied. The numerical calculation and accurate threshold analysis of multipactor in practical components were realized. The antenna is composed of top-loading dipoles and parallel stripline printed on a substrate dipoles periodically loading the Taconic CER-10 material which are placed on the both side of the antenna. Furthermore, in order to enhance the bandwidth performance effectively, a trapezoidal stub is also applied into the design as impedance matching techniques. The proposed antenna is especially suitable for the lower band of the antenna's operating frequency range. Under the condition of true input value of flying target, the effectiveness and reliability of signal generator, clutter, Moving Target Indication (MTI), Moving Target Detection (MTD) and tracking module are verified. The actual measured data and simulation data are compared, the error is less than 1.5%.
