The data shows McDelivery is in third place with a proportion of 21% as the most frequently used fast food delivery, this is presumably due to promotional services carried out by McDelivery on Digital Marketing via Instagram, where McDelivery is only promoted on the official Instagram account @McDonaldsid which makes The promos on the McDelivery service are less focused because they integrate with other promos. The population in this study were all McDelivery Indonesia users with a total population of 17,609 which came from the number of McDelivery application downloads on the app store and play store with a sample size of 100 respondents. By using survey research methods, with descriptive and associative types of research that aims to determine the existence of independent variables and to determine whether the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The results of the large trial of the effect of digital marketing (X1) on impulsive buying (Y) is 30.73%. The big influence of seasonal discount (X2) on impulsive buying (Y) is 20.76%. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all employees of the Center for Atmospheric Science and Technology totaling 88 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques, saturated samples. \u0000Based on the research results that work ethic is in the low category, Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG) is in the low category and work productivity is in the low category with the magnitude of the influence of work ethic on work productivity by 3%, Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG) on productivity work amounted to 6%, and the effect simultaneously amounted to 12.2%. The results of the study partially show that work ethic has an effect on work productivity, Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG) has no effect on work productivity. This study aims to analyze the remaining business results (SHU) of the cooperative which is used to assess the financial performance of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya, Subang Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is the entire financial report of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya District of Subang for the last 5 (five) years 2015-2019, while the sample in this study is the balance sheet and calculation of the remaining business results (SHU) for 5 (five) the last year 2015-2019. The data analysis technique used is the horizontal technique and the vertical technique. The research findings show that the achievement of remaining business results (SHU) obtained by the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mandiri Bangkit Jaya in the Subang Regency during the last 5 (five) periods, namely the 2015-2019 period, shows good achievement. Based on the results of the analysis of vertical techniques and horizontal techniques, the cooperative's remaining operating income (SHU) has increased every period.
