One crucial aspect of this process is the semester-based learning planning. Traditionally, the Department of Computer Science orchestrates this planning by creating separate documents for various data points, including courses, CPL (Graduate Learning Outcomes), and CPMK (Course Learning Outcomes), which are then integrated into the RPS (Semester Learning Plan) document each term. This study seeks a solution to enhance the efficiency of such data management through the development of an admin module. The system, designed using the Rapid Test Development (RAD) approach and the Laravel framework, offers a more effective data management solution, subsequently elevating the pedagogical quality of the Department of Computer Science. In conclusion, an integrated approach to data management can make a significant contribution to educational quality. Through this research, the scholarly contribution provided is the introduction of a systematic model in educational data management to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process in higher education institutions","PeriodicalId":190490,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Electronics and Communications Systems","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139367720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Each host on a private network on Proxmox generally shares physical resources, including network connections using a virtual network, one of which is a VLAN. The Proxmox server supports Open VSwitch as a virtual switch. Open virtual switch, an alternative virtual switch quite popular among cloud developers, can be a solution for managing traffic between Virtual Machins and external communications. The method used in this study is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). After applying the automation engine using Ansible, it overcame the problem, namely speeding up configuration and reducing human error or errors in configuring virtual networks. The automation system can speed up the virtual network management process compared to the manual method based on 5 (five) experiments, namely when the manufacturing operation has an average time of 08 minutes and 42 seconds faster. Whereas when the addition operation has an average faster time of 08 minutes 17 seconds. On the other hand, when the deletion operation has an average time of 42 seconds faster.","PeriodicalId":190490,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Electronics and Communications Systems","volume":"250 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135359812","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The design and analysis of DKIM, SPF, anti-spam, and anti-virus applications use the NDLC methodology. The process includes designing spam, spoofing, and virus filtering systems and performing installation and configuration simulations. The next stage is implementation, during which the previously developed system is tested on the spam filtering system, spoofing, and viruses. The last stage is the monitoring stage, where supervision is conducted on the approach to determine its success level. This study concludes that applying the DKIM protocol can prevent spoofing through private and public key-matching methods for authentication. Meanwhile, the application of the SPF protocol can prevent spoofing by authorizing the IP address of the sending server. Additionally, SpamAssassin, ClamAV and Amavisd-New can prevent spam and viruses from entering by checking email headers, bodies, and attachments.","PeriodicalId":190490,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Electronics and Communications Systems","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131067789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Palm Tree Coplanar Vivaldi Antenna is available in four different configurations: single-element, two-element array, four-element array, and an eight-element array. We create a feeding network and radiator patch for two, four, and eight-array antennas. The simulation results demonstrate that the single-element antenna has the best return loss performance and can cover all frequency work from 0.25-6.25 GHz. In contrast, the antenna array can only cover multiband frequency. At 3 GHz, a single-element antenna has a directivity of 8.77 dBi, a sidelobe level of -2.2 dB, and a beamwidth of 63.70. In contrast, an antenna array of 8 elements has a directivity of 15.5 dBi, a sidelobe level of -12.6 dB, and a beamwidth of 80. Using the same substrate size, by configuring the Vivaldi Coplanar antenna to be an array at a frequency of 3 GHz, the 1×8 array antenna has a 6.73dBi improvement in directivity, a 10.4 dB boost in side lobe level, and a 55.70 enhanced in beamwidth performance compared to a single element. According to the simulation findings, the radiation pattern performance of the. Palm Tree CVA is greater than a single element in the same substrate size. Good directivity, SLL, and beamwidth performance make the proposed Palm Tree CVA array suitable for integration in telecommunication, radar, or cognitive radio applications.","PeriodicalId":190490,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Electronics and Communications Systems","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122465558","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
