However in the learning process students are less motivated because the study method are less attractive. According to these problems natural science media using android platform was made for 4th grade student because students still have a high interest in Android smartphones and animation. The purpose of the study is to produce interactive and interesting media for learning, so the students can learn natural science easily and pleasantly. Waterfall method used in designing process. The testing phase in this study uses black box testing method and user acceptance test with students and teachers as respondence. The overall result for testing and questionnaire has the average 93,4%. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to make car purchasing decisions at Kelip Motor Karanganyar applying the TOPSIS method and how to build an application system for car purchasing decisions by applying the TOPSIS method at Kelip Motor Karanganyar. The company problem is that the company loses and many products are damaged so the product cannot be sold because the product is stored too long and the storage costs and selling value fall product because of similar product competition. The product control phase began to be implemented to anticipate the swelling of new inventories, with the method of economic production quantity being one of the efforts to suppress production and control production so that the value of these products could be maintained and the company would not suffer losses due to damage to manufactured goods. Types of Data consist of Primary Data, There are 2 kinds of primary data that the authors do, namely: Observation Method, Interview Method, and Secondary Data in the form of Library Studies Browsing the Internet. Data analysis by analyzing the system using UML, input-output design and system testing From another process, one form of a separate data collection process is provided according to the production data control needs of the EPQ Method and is feasible if the process is stored in full. And the data displayed is in accordance with the testing of Production control validity and the results of the test can be concluded that the software built is free of syntax errors for results that are as expected. So that Animal Farms of Boyolali District does not know which areas produce dairy milk cows with large numbers or small. Therefore, an algorithm is needed to facilitate the grouping of potentially dairy milk cow based on milk production data (liter), number of female dairy cows (how many), number of owners and year of production. In this research, using the K-Means algorithm is used to the grouping of potential dairy milk cow producing areas. By using K-Means aims in facilitating the classification of an area that has the greatest potential dairy milk cows, medium and small. The result is an illustration that shows the regional grouping based on dairy milk cow yields, which are 13 districts that have a potency of dairy milk cow (cluster1), 28 districts that have medium potency dairy cows producing (cluster2), and 28 districts less potential dairy milk cows (cluster3). It will be analyzed to avoid this. The process of registering student services into the system is limited to the number of prospective students but input data is still unable to implement policies so that when data input still occurs or data from the same data or many data often occur. This study uses Cobit 4.1 to audit the registration information system available at the BLK Surakarta. The selected subdomain is the Delivery Subdomain and Support DS 10 and DS11, the purpose of which is to determine the maturity level value in the IT process that has been applied in the BLK Surakarta and provide recommendations that need to be corrected. Based on the maturity level statement in the Maturity Management Guidelines Control Framework. The resulting output is the study indicate that BLK Surakarta must conduct system performance evaluations that are routinely carried out with those responsible for identifying and tracking problems so that they are aware of the current system conditions. In Domain 10 of Delivery & Support, the results of the Current Maturity Level calculation are 3.27 with conditions Determining the Process. While Domain Deliver & Support 11, the result of calculation of Current Maturity Level is 3.31 with the Requirements for Determining the Process. During the period of 2012 to 2014, there was a significant increase in dengue cases at Boyolali district. For the reasons above, the study is focused on how to cluster Areas DHF-Prone using K-Means method. Clustering is based on the parameter of the number of dengue cases in the sporadic and endemic zones. There are several types of data collection methods that include: observation, interview, and literature study. Design of this proposed system use modeling language the context diagram and data flow diagram. The system is implemented using PHP Programming Language and MYSQL database. This system cluster 3 level zones of Endemic and 3 level zones of Sporadic based on geographic information systems. The result of system testing using the silhouette coefficient on the sporadic zone is the average coefficient for level 1 is 0.837, level 2 is 0.858, and level 3 is 0.773 that means the object has been in the right group. Many people today pay less attention to the health of these vital organs. This is evidenced by the many people who consume cigarettes which will have a negative impact on lung health. The lack of public attention to lung health and the high cost of examinations make this problem slow to deal with, by because it requires a system that can be used to diagnose lung disease that can be accessed by the public in general. The Certainty Factor method is a classification algorithm that uses the principles of the assessment of an expert to assess each variable or symptom in each disease in this case and has the accuracy is quite good in conducting data classification, so this method is considered appropriate for diagnosing lung disease based on the symptoms experienced. Data used in this study is expert assessment data on symptoms in each disease, this data is obtained from l interview with pulmonary specialist doctors at Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. The results obtained in this study are the accuracy of the certainty factor algorithm for diagnosing lung disease with diagnostic testing data of 10 data patients with an accuracy of 70%. For that researchers want to measure the performance of laboratory information systems to find out how far the information system provides benefits to the performance of RSUD Surakarta using IT Balanced Scorecard method. With the aim of research to analyze the achievement of the laboratory information system at RSUD Surakarta based on IT Balanced Scorecard method and to recommend what things need to be done to optimize the performance of laboratory information system. Population and sample of research is 15 laboratory staff. The result of measurement using IT Balanced Scorecard method of laboratory information system performance at RSUD Kota Surakarta is in the very good category with the average achievement of the fourth perspective is 92,92%. The focus of the problem by the payment service provider is the information system that has not been integrated with the bank, data input is still using proof of payment from the bank and then in the manual input by staff BAUK. Problems that occur are the strokes in inputting data, the number of queues during student activation, and the length of the flow during KRS activation. This research uses COBIT 4.1 Framework with DS1 and DS11 domain process. The degree of maturity to evaluate payment service providers for Financial Information Systems is at Level 3 (Process Defined). This is in accordance with the current state of financial information management. Calculations in choosing a prospective student must be able to measure rationally the level of ability themselves with the quality of the school to be chosen. The quality of the school is determined based on the school's favorite level, the value of school accreditation, facilities owned, and achievements that have been achieved by the destination school. The purpose of this study was to apply the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Taxonomic Matcher methods to the creation of a system for selecting schools.
