For technology-driven enterprises like PT Sapta Tunas Teknologi, the implementation of an efficient and integrated inventory information system serves as a pivotal asset. Currently, PT Sapta Tunas Teknologi faces challenges in asset management, including difficulties in stock monitoring, scheduling demonstrations, and maintaining the status of demo devices such as servers, storage units, and switches. The management of demo devices has been predominantly reliant on Google Spreadsheets distributed via the WhatsApp application. This research endeavors to design and deploy a web-based inventory information system, with the primary objective of augmenting the effectiveness of demo device management at PT Sapta Tunas Teknologi. The system's design adheres to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall methodology, employing a blend of programming languages such as HTML, PHP, Javascript, and the Laravel Framework, while the user interface is enriched by the Bootstrap Framework. Moreover, the study delves into the transformative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have expedited the digital metamorphosis of both consumers and e-commerce enterprises. This acceleration has ushered in a new epoch characterized by novel opportunities and concomitant challenges within the e-commerce domain. In summation, this research furnishes a multidimensional and academically rigorous perspective on the Indonesian e-commerce landscape, furnishing actionable insights indispensable for businesses and policymakers alike. The evaluation of VGG16 and MobileNet, which are prominent deep learning architectures, has been conducted about their speed, accuracy, and efficiency in resource utilization. To assess the classification performance of both architectures, we employed a dataset encompassing diverse fish categories. The findings indicated that the VGG16 model demonstrated superior accuracy in fish classification, albeit due to increased computational time and resource utilization. On the contrary, MobileNet exhibits enhanced speed and efficiency, albeit at a marginal cost to its accuracy. The findings of this study have the potential to inform the selection of deep learning models for fish recognition scenarios, considering the specific requirements of the task, such as prioritizing accuracy or efficiency. The findings mentioned above offer significant insights that can be utilized in the advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based applications within the domains of fisheries resource management and environmental monitoring. These applications specifically necessitate precise and effective fish recognition capabilities. The efficacy of InceptionV3 Transfer Learning in addressing the intricacies associated with automotive parts classification is demonstrated through its utilization of pre-existing knowledge from diverse domains. The resultant model reflects a capacity to accurately discern spare parts, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the automotive inventory management process. Utilizing InceptionV3 Transfer Learning in this scenario yields a notable and favorable outcome, thereby revolutionizing the traditional framework of automotive parts categorization. The model's efficacy in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of automotive inventory management is evidenced by its achievement of a notable precision level and a minimal loss rate. The implications of these findings are significant in addressing intricate classification challenges within the automotive industry. They pave the way for utilizing intelligent technologies to optimize parts identification and management processes. This study establishes a foundation for a novel approach to comprehending and applying categorization systems for automotive components. Attendance is a crucial factor that can support and motivate every work activity. In this advanced era, many companies still rely on manual attendance systems. The use of manual systems often leads to errors caused by both administrators and employees, such as inefficient paper usage, failure to report absences, delayed submission of monthly reports, or loss of paper records. These issues can lead to employee carelessness, as there is a risk of attendance manipulation with manual (paper-based) attendance systems, resulting in attendance data falsification. By implementing QR codes, employees only need to scan the code using their smartphones. This research employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) for modeling. The application is then developed using Kodular and Firebase. The research findings successfully meet established criteria by effectively identifying potential functional errors within the Tenta Tour Application Information System when deployed on a website. The application of the Black Box Testing methodology has proven instrumental in uncovering functional issues that can be proactively addressed. These discoveries constitute a substantial contribution to enhancing the reliability and overall quality of travel services accessible through the application. In conclusion, this research underscores the efficacy of the Black Box Testing method in assessing the Tenta Tour Application Information System hosted on a website. This research focuses on the utilization of this transformation by Rukun Warga (RW) 16, Kapuk Village, West Jakarta, demonstrating a shift towards digital-based administration in local governance. The study aims to facilitate more efficient and effective communication and information dissemination between the RW.16 administrative body and its residents. The deployment of the proposed application is expected to streamline public service processes by providing residents with comprehensive access to various public services information specific to RW.16. Furthermore, the application empowers residents to submit letters, express their aspirations, and report environmental issues directly to the RW.16 management, thereby enabling prompt resolution of these concerns. The application's development adhered to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the waterfall methodology, ensuring a structured and sequential approach. The backend database is built on MySQL, while the front-end interfaces are developed using HTML and PHP, supported by the Laravel framework.
