It was found that the low content of chemically active organic substances in the humus composition of podzolic soils, caused by the zonal features of humus formation, can be positively corrected by applying fertilizers. Long-term use of organic and mineral fertilizers intensifies the process of new formation of humic acids and the formation of their mobile forms – the ratio of Cha-1 / Cfa-1 is 0.28 in the control without fertilizers and 0.33–0.88 in the variants of fertilization against the background of liming. With an organo-mineral fertilizer system, the most favorable conditions are formed for the humification of organic substances however, the type of humus remained fulvate – the Cha / Cfa ratio is 0.93 in the control variant and 0.41 – against the background of liming. Also, the application of fertilizers had an effect on the redistribution of the polydispersity of humic acids, which was characterized by a decrease in the heterogeneity of the composition of hydrophobic molecular aggregates. In a wide range of 1800 cm-1 to 2500 cm-1, a change in the direction of the line of the integral spectrum of soil humic acids under the application of CaCO3 from left to right was found, which is associated with a change in molecular parameters. Based on the results of chromatographic analysis, it was established that the profiles of the molecular distribution of humic acids podzolic soil correspond to the humus substances class. The first fraction is characterized by the formation of ion associates of larger molecules of polar composition. The recovery of humic acids occurred mainly due to high-molecular structures, which is the most sensitive to the application of fertilizers.","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125047644","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Soil research in the city of Odessa was performed at 43 key sites (70 soil profile cuts). Within the city, two classes of soils - natural and anthropogenic (anthropogenically transformed and anthropogenically created (urbanozem)) were identified and parameterized morphological characteristics of soils were determinated. The results of the research were used to improve the methods of diagnostics of anthropogenically transformed and anthropogenically created soils by introducing new indices of genetic horizons and auxiliary graphic symbols to indicate the physical and mechanical transformation of the soil profile. It is revealed that the processes of soil formation within the city in the steppe zone are determined by both zonal natural factors and specific anthropogenic impact within a large industrial city. Signs of soil disturbance are, first, the transformation of the structure of the profile, the change in the depth of genetic horizons, the inclusion of various artifacts, and so on. Zonal soils in urban areas (southern chernozems within the city of Odessa) due to the expansion of the complex of soil-forming processes (greater variety of soil formation factors) have wider ranges of depth of genetic horizons compared to natural soil. Urban soils also have a high variability in the depths of diagnostic horizons, which depends on the functional use of land within the city.","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"108 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125763055","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the research: to establish the patterns of transformation of by-products of agricultural crops of crop rotation into humus and the main elements of mineral nutrition of plants under organic and two organo-mineral fertilization systems against the background of five systems of main cultivation in a 4-field row crop rotation on irrigated lands in the area of operation of the Ingulets irrigation plant systems. The research was conducted in the stationary experiment of the Institute of Irrigated Agriculture of the National Academy of Sciences in the Kherson region of Ukraine during 2016-2020. The following indicators were used to analyze the effectiveness of the combined application of fertilization systems and the main tillage: mass of post-harvest residues for each of the crop rotations; stocks of humus in the arable layer; humus balance; the mass of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium that reached the soil with plant residues; ecological and economic effect (UAH/ha); energy gain (GJ/ha). As a result of experimental studies, it was found that the formation of humus reserves in the soil depends on the mass of post-harvest residues of crop rotation and the methods and depth of their wrapping. The most favorable conditions for the accumulation of leaf-stem mass of crop rotation crops and the formation of a positive balance of humus with an average annual increase of 2.02 t/ha were provided by the organo-mineral fertilization system using the by-products of crop rotation crops and a dose of mineral fertilizers N120P60 against the background of differentiated main cultivation with one slotting to a depth of 38-40 cm per rotation.","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"112 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117260235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Eight-year monitoring was conducted within a long stationary field experiment on the territory of the experimental farm of NSC ISSAR in Donetsk region. The content of nitrate nitrogen in chernozem ordinary was determined on three soil treatment options moldboard ploughing, subsurface non-turning soil tillage and no-till. At the same time, the dynamics of weather conditions was observed and the hydrothermal coefficient of Selianinov (HTC) was calculated. Statistical data processing was performed by correlation, regression and ANOVA analysis in a sample of the results of 729 individual observations. It is shown that after a twoyear drought, an increase in yield occurs along with an increase in the content of nitrates in the soil on all variants of soil treatment. However, a year after the overmoistening, the yield decreases, despite the still high level of nitrate nutrition. In years with critically low humidity, the greatest yields are recorded on moldboard plowing. By comparing the treatment efficiency without soil turnover and the conventional moldboard plowing, we determined the conditions under which minimization of tillage is advisable. With an increase in the degree of minimization of tillage, the positive peak on the graph of the relative yields dynamics decreases and the negative one deepens. With no-till, the productivity of crops decreases in years with a HTC less than 0.6 at the same time as a decrease in the nitrate content in the soil. For no-till, a positive correlation was also determined between the level of nitrate content in the soil last year and the crop yield in the following. It was found that the non-use of plowing increases the risk of negative effects of excessive soil moisture if the nitrate content is high. It has been proven that a lack of nitrogen is not a factor in determining yields under subsurface non-turning tillage. However, with no-till, the decrease in yield is due to a decrease in the content of nitrate nitrogen in the soil, which has a long-term effect. Based on this, it is possible to predict the effectiveness of the direct sowing system. The regression analysis determined the dependence of the relative yield for no-till on the relative content of nitrates in the soil of the previous year (r = 0.950).","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121836474","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Soil incisions laid 7 agricultural areas of the country. Field research, sampling and analytical work were performed in 2019–2021. The list of indicators under study includes the degree of soil erodation, the general content of humus, the content of the clay fraction, the general content of phosphorus and the content of the movable phosphorus in the selected clay fraction and in the soil. A detailed division of phosphorus into reserves and their calculation according to the methodology of calculations of reserves of nutrition elements according to N.I. Gorbunov (1978). The studied mountain brown soils are characterized by a loamy granulometric composition, nutty-cloddy structure, a slightly acidic or slightly alkaline reaction. The total humus content in the upper horizon varies from 1.0 to 6.8 %. The proportion of the clay fraction is from 2.9 to 18.3 %. The content of phosphorus in the clay fractions is 2–3 times higher than in the soil as a whole and the maximum is 0.558 %. The phosphorus reserves was allocated – close, immediate and potential. Fluctuations in the content of phosphorus reserves in the humus horizon were revealed: immediate from 6 to 26 %, near - from 7 to 19 %, potential, dominant in the total content of 68 to 80%. In the humus horizon, an insoluble form of phosphorus occurs, which increases the resistance of soils to water erosion due to the formation of water resistance structures. Uneven distribution of phosphorus and its reserves in brown soils on the mountain pastures of Uzbekistan, both in the soil profile and the regions of the country, is stated, which is affected by the relief, exposure of slopes, the features of soil -forming rocks, atmospheric precipitation, hydrothermal conditions, and the period of biological activity of soils. The losses of the near and direct reserves of the humus lead to a decrease in the total content of the phosphorus as a whole.","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126948720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Models were developed during the research of carbon runoff values in the agrocenosis of winter wheat on sandy and light loam soils (PhСО2LIG and PhСLIG), medium and heavy loam soils (PhСО2HEAV and PhСHEAV) have been developed, and their accuracy has been assessed. Experimental studies have established and confirmed territorial consistency of the values of organic carbon runoff PhСО2LIG on wheat crops with geomorphological features of the quality of sandy and loamy soils, in particular the particle size distribution, gleying of soil and gley soil, was revealed. It is established that 95.2 % of the value of the error of remote identification of Ph of winter wheat biomass is due to the values of grain yield, straw and root mass. Taking into account the peculiarities of diagnostic phases of photosynthetic runoff of organic carbon phases of organogenesis of winter wheat for remote identification, the recommended average annual time windows of the Sentinel 2A image order in terms of natural and climatic zones of Ukraine have been developed. Thus, it is proposed to develop similar models for other satellites that produce images in the SWIR and NIR bands close to 2080-2350 nm and 1550-1750 nm, respectively. This will provide more images needed to diagnose carbon runoff in winter wheat crops.","PeriodicalId":189346,"journal":{"name":"Agrochemistry and Soil Science","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131518611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
