This study aims to introduce and apply character values in everyday life. This type of research is Research and Development (Reseach and Development) using the Four D (4D) development model. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive statistics. The data in this study were obtained from expert validation of Civics learning materials of 90% very good, media expert validation 96.36% very good, linguistic expert validation 96% very good, and the results of development trials (one to one evaluation, small group evaluation and field test) 100% very good.
