Applying adequate financial management is the primary key to facing future financial challenges. Therefore, sufficient knowledge is needed to build proper habits for managing money. Community service activities provided to TK Petra 9 Surabaya students involved three kindergarten classes, each consisting of 22 to 23 students. This program aims to introduce proper money management habits early on as a preparation for a stable future financial condition. In its implementation, the method used is service learning, which can directly cultivate awareness of problem-solving. The application of this method included watching puppet shows, coloring pictures of professions, ice-breaking, and making piggy banks. Puppet show activities positively influence students' character development, while coloring and making piggy banks help sharpen children's motor skills. Research shows that due to time constraints, DM patients often have difficulty engaging in physical activities. Diabetic foot exercises have been recommended as a physical activity that can be done anytime and anywhere, including while relaxing with family. These simple exercises can help improve blood circulation, strengthen the small muscles in the feet, prevent foot deformities, and address the limited insulin levels in DM patients. This activity aims to introduce foot exercises to the community, particularly the elderly with DM issues so that they can engage in physical activity despite physical and time limitations. The method involves conducting simulations and health education three times a week. The results showed decreased blood sugar levels in the elderly who participated in this foot exercise program. Fachri","doi":"10.53088/penamas.v4i1.869","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53088/penamas.v4i1.869","url":null,"abstract":"HDPE pipes are widely used in various industries, such as drinking water and sewage infrastructure, petroleum, agriculture, and construction. The advantages of HDPE pipes include corrosion resistance, light weight, easy installation, and low maintenance costs. Checking the quality of HDPE pipes, spesifically from industry that we tested, is important to ensure infrastructure safety, prevent system failure, improve operational efficiency, obtain user satisfaction, and conserve resources. We evaluated HDPE pipes with type PN 12.5 SDR 13.6 from industry in terms of resistance to hydrostatic pressure, tensile strength, and expansion capability. The evaluation was carried out at the Material Chemistry Laboratory of the Department of Material Engineering and Metallurgy FTIRS-ITS ITS in accordance with the standards of SNI 4829.2: 2015, ASTM D 638 M, and SNI 2553: 1999. The results show that HDPE pipes can withstand hydrostatic pressure up to 12 bar without leakage. The average tensile strength is 43.34 MPa with an average elongation of 354%, indicating ductile pipe properties with necking. In mentoring, data is collected using the interview method, with questions and answers given directly to the counseling teacher and students. This mentoring activity is carried out in two stages. The first stage is the identification of learning problems in students. The second is identifying problems among teachers—the results of the mentoring show that there are two factors. The first factor is the internal factor, namely the family, and the second is the external factor, namely the school environment. Another inhibiting factor is the influence of technological developments and social media. Social media dramatically affects students. It is not directed. It can threaten today's younger generation. Socialization of activities carried out to provide information to the public about activities. The implementation of the activity begins with assistance in making disinfectants and continues with spraying disinfectants into public areas and residents' homes. One indicator of English proficiency is the TOEFL score. The purpose of this training is to improve the ability of UIN Salatiga Sharia Faculty students in 2022 to work on TOEFL questions. The participants in this training were 30 Sharia faculty students from various semesters who had been selected through portfolios. This training method involves a pretest, hybrid lectures (online and offline), and a post-test. The result of this study is an increase in student TOEFL scores from a minimum initial score of 310 to 350. This community service article is based on the TOEFL Online Training for students in Salatiga to equip 25 fourth-semester students who already have background knowledge of Basic English in the previous semester. This training was carried out online through Google Meet, Google Classroom and WhatsApp Group in August 2021 due to PPKM (Restrictions on Community Activities). This activity was held for 20 meetings, starting with an online pre-test and ending with an online post-test. The training per meeting lasted 120 minutes, namely: conducting pre-teaching activities, presenting material according to topics per meeting, asking and answering questions, practicing the theories/strategies taught by doing exercises, and providing direct feedback/evaluations to students. At the end of the activity, participants who meet the requirements will be given 2 certificates of participation and also a certificate of TOEFL test results. From these activities, it can be concluded that TOEFL is very important for students to equip them with recognized English skills for academic purposes. \u0000  \u0000Tes kecakapan Bahasa Inggris salah satunya adalah TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language) yang semakin luas digunakan untuk berbagai kepentingan. Artikel Pengabdian ini disusun berdasarkan pelatihan online TOEFL untuk mahasiswa di Salatiga untuk membekali 25 mahasiswa semester 4 yang sudah memiliki background pengetahuan Bahasa Inggris dasar di semester sebelumnya. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara online melalui Google Meet, Google Classroom dan WhatsApp Group pada bulan Agustus-September 2021 karena adanya PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat). Kegiatan ini terselenggara sebanyak 20 pertemuan, diawali dengan pre-test online lalu diakhiri dengan post-test online. Adapun kegiatan pelatihannya per pertemuan berdurasi 120 menit, yaitu: melakukan kegiatan pra-pengajaran, pemaparan materi sesuai pembagian topik per meeting, tanya jawab, mempraktikkan teori/strategi yang diajarkan dengan mengerjakan soal-soal latihan, dan pemberian feedback/evaluasi langsung kepada mahasiswa. The steps of PkM activities are through lectures in explaining in theory the importance of financial reports and demonstrating / practising in preparing financial reports using smart phones through the SIAPIK application issued by Bank Indonesia. PkM activities were carried out by socialising and assisting in recording financial transactions through the use of the SIAPIK application to MSME actors in Sukosari Village, Bandongan District, Magelang Regency. The results of the activity include business actors dominated by women in the activity of preparing financial reports digitally using the SIAPIK application rather than men. Participants who participated in the activity had an education level of elementary / equivalent to high school / vocational / equivalent. The businesses carried out by the participants are all individuals with businesses run in the form of trade and service businesses. As a result, efforts to improve English mastery for the academic community are evidence of an institution's seriousness in realizing its commitment to international standard institutions. The Covid-19 pandemic is currently affecting a variety of industries, particularly education. The Study from Home (SFH) system has now been adopted by many educational institutions. This, however, isn't enough. Many parents express their dissatisfaction with having to accompany their children to their home study sessions. This is not a major issue for students from upper middle-class families, as their parents will almost certainly provide facilities and private tutoring. Students from lower-middle-class families have a different situation. They must learn to be self-sufficient within the confines of their current circumstances. One of the private vocational schools in Central Java is SMK Warga Surakarta. Students in this school have difficulty understanding English sentences, according to the results of interviews with English teachers.
