Mobile banking is an ICT application considered to be of vital use among people in different countries of the world, who are likely to have different infrastructural development or resource facilitating conditions. Despite all the benefits of mobile banking application, yet its adoption is beyond the industry expectations in Nigeria and most African countries. This can be attributed to some factors. This study examines the resistance factors that influence the adoption of mobile banking application in Nigeria in relation to enabling environment, based on customers perspective and concluded that customer’s resistance to use mobile banking services in Nigeria was significantly influenced by inadequate bank branches, absence of legislative framework, high cost of monthly Internet subscription and poor quality of Internet/telecommunication services. Most of students and academia in these developed nations have embraced mobile technology because of its simplicity, flexibility and also provide opportunity for students and academia to collaborate with one another irrespective of their geographical location for research purposes. Few literatures suggest that the level of technology acceptance in the country is still very low compared to other parts of European and some Asian countries. The emergence of the new concept of Cloud computing has greatly changed the way in which organisations are managing their services. Cloud computing primarily includes the process of providing computing resources as a service rather than a product in an organisation. Hence, the adoption of Cloud based E-commerce has been seen to help the aspiring service SMBs to enter into the big leagues of business operations. Indian service SMBs, in general, play an important role in the economic growth of the country. They provide different opportunities to the society which include reduction of poverty, development of rural areas, and generation of job opportunities, entrepreneurship, and export of nation and so on. Hence it is necessary to adopt new technologies so as to enhance their business performance, improve competitiveness and reduce cost. However, service SMBs are facing several issues in India which are ultimately due to lack of sufficient resources. Previous researchers have focused on analysing the importance and issues of SMBs in a competitive society. However, one question which needs to be addressed is whether any specific economic benefits it provided to Indian SMBs. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted to evaluate the level of economic benefit is obtained by Indian service SMBs. Finally, this research paper will help organisations to evaluate economical factor which enhances adoption of Cloud based E-commerce in Indian service SMBs. It is also expected that the findings will help organisations to increase their productivity, efficiency, and innovation. \u0000Keywords: Cloud computing, Cloud-based E-commerce, Indian service Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs), Economic benefits.","PeriodicalId":188272,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Information Technology: Emerging Technologies","volume":"380 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116347832","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These factors may act positively or negatively depending on the course of a vessel. In both cases, optimization of the route according to these conditions, will improve the factors such as labor, fuel and time. In order to estimate the wind, wave, current direction and magnitude for the region to be navigated, it is necessary to develop a system that can make predictions by using historical information. Our study uses historical information from the E1M3A float, which is a part of the POSEIDON system. With this information being used, artificial neural networks were trained and three separate artificial neural networks were created. Artificial neural networks can predict wind direction and speed, direction and speed of sea current, wave direction and heigth. The esmitations made by this system are only valid for the region where the float is located. For different regions, it is necessary to use artificial neural networks trained using the historical information of those regions. This study is an example for prospective studies.","PeriodicalId":188272,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Information Technology: Emerging Technologies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130297189","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
